- Johanna (9/5): - Bra läge vid stranden och huvudgatan. Bodde med utsikt mot havet. Bra och relativt stor balkong där man såg solnedgången. Trevlig personal som hjälpte till vid problem med safety boxen som inte fungerade. Nya vattenflaskor och städning varje dag. Ingen frukost på hotellet. Hade inga problem att gå över gatan och äta den på caféet som var helt ok och med trevlig personal. Däremot var utbudet lite dåligt med få alternativ.

- Anet (8/5): Bien - L’accueil, le personnel à l’entretien, la propreté. L’eau froide citronné à l’entrée du bâtiment. Nous avons eu droit à une consommation chacun à notre arrivée. Le tarif est trop élevé. Aucun service pour la plage, pourrait y voir à fournir parasol et chaises pour leur clientèle serait un plus et apprécié. On choisit cet endroit pour être en bord de mer, mais rien pour s’asseoir sur la plage.

- yousra (5/5): Connaissant très bien l’île de Langkawi je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel - L’emplacement seulement Personnel pas très chaleureux sourire forcé, Réceptionniste pas très aimable pendant tout le séjour sauf un monsieur au Check out, Seulement une serviette corps par personne J’ai dû demandé 3 fois à avoir des serviettes pour les cheveux Pas de lampes de chevet, Évier était bouché à notre arrivée, j’ai demandé à plusieurs reprises de faire quelque chose mais cela ne semblait pas les déranger, alors on a laissé tomber On a découvert au matin de notre départ que le café thé et tasses étaient dans un tiroir dommage pas à la vue des clients, Et quand on a quitté l’hôtel je me suis rappelé que j’avais oublié sur le lit un vêtement qui me tient à cœur j’a envoyé un message via booking pour qu’il puisse me l’envoyer à ma charge bien sûr mais l’hôtel a ignoré mon message, Zéro service client et fidélité,

Got to see the sun set from the room. They provide 4 complimentary can soft drinks in the minibar fridge. That's a very unique and great idea. Bathroom had a rain shower. Nice None
