• Richard (9/5): - The "old world" style of the Inn, the workwork, the history, the location, the staff, the breakfast .... All were top notch !! The only 2 negatives were no refrigerators in the rooms, especially with the heavy recommendation that ALL coolers and food stuffs come out of the cars due to the bears. The rooms could use a few more electrical outlets also.

• Thomas (6/5): Nicht mehr schönes “Old Style Hotel” in Top Lage - Das Einzige, dass an der Unterkunft hervorzuheben ist, sind die zentrale Lage in Gatlinburg und das freundliche Personal. Die Zimmer sind schmuddelig und schlecht ausgestattet, das Frühstück sollte man besser auslassen, teuer.

The towels were changed each day but the bed was not made during our stay which surprised us as we had left a tip for the housekeeping staff on the first day.

The rooms were clean and cozy, beds were freshly laundered and comfortable, the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the included breakfast was wonderful. We even received a sweet goodbye treat at check out! Nothing. Everything was absolutely fantastic!

Also a plus is the rocking chairs on our balcony and out in front of the Inn that allow for relaxation. The location of the Inn is perfect and close to everything. we had no dislikes

• Livesay (9/5): Great Historic Charm - I loved the charm of the historic Inn. It is in the perfect location to everything. The beds were very uncomfortable. I did not sleep well during the visit due to the beds being to hard. Did not like that you can't stream and watch your shows. You were stuck watching what they had on the few channels they had.

• Paul (4/5): Very disappointing. - The location was great. The bed was worn out and not comfortable. Like sleeping in a hole. It was very noisy until 2 am and started again at 5am with the loud noises from doors slamming and floors creaking. This was from other rooms, but the rooms have much less noise dampening than typical Inns. The room was poorly represented by the photos and the staff. It was to have a walk in shower for accessibility and it did not.

• Daniel (10/5): Love the Gatlinburg Inn - Breakfast is top notch, love the front porch, staff is friendly, love the location Usually is extremely clean, the room we were in was not up to the usual standard, there was toothpaste on the hand towel, toothpaste splattered on the bathroom mirror frame and visible dirt on the curtains to the balcony door. All considering this a isolated incident since we have never experienced this before so maybe housekeeping had a bad day. Will definitely stay here again since this is our go to place and this is a first time seeing this. We have stayed multiple times.

• Wanda (5/5): Not what we expected - Nice sitting area off the lobby In need of renovation. Bed was terrible, very soft and had permanent body depressions. Limited furnishings. No soundproofing between rooms. Historic but not in a good sense. Town is overwhelming and very very busy. Not what you expect to find around a national park.

Convenien - Downtown Gatlinburg My room had severe settling issues in the floor. Major funhouse effect when walking around. Balcony doors had gaps in the weather stripping which allowed stink bugs to come in constantly.
