• Margarita Rivero (10/5): - El personal de limpieza muy agradable y atento pero la manager no me gustó la forma para tratar al cliente porque mi hija fue a quejarse porqué nosotros llegamos a la 11 de la mañana hicimos el chekin y nos dijeron que que asta las 3 de la tarde no podíamos entrar y fueron llegando más cliente después que nosotros y le entregaron la habitación y las leyes en este país son parejas para todo el mundo por igual En el área de piscina que es abierto no se puede fumar el cual no ahy ninguna señalisacion qué no se puede fumar además yo pregunté antes de fumar y me dieron que si podía fumar los niños tienen muchas limitaciones no pueden jugar en la piscina no se puede oír música en fin el hotel mas malo que e cojido en toda mi vida es ese gracias

We’ll be back in a couple of years, and we’ll plan on staying here again. - The staff were very friendly and helpful, and you can’t beat the proximity to the beach. We loved that they lent out beach chairs, too! A little noisy, but that’s what you should expect when you stay in this style of room.

• Franco (3/5): Cockroaches. No thank you. - The location is pretty convenient, only thing is not very walking friendly since you always need to cross the road to get to the beach. Heated pool. We saw (and killed) a couple cockroaches. Needless to say, we stayed at one of the most expensive rooms. The facilities were old and not well maintained. The staff were more concerned about warning us about the different rules rather than making us feel welcome.

Heat and air always works well. One block walk to the beach ! Second floor is accessible only by stairs. Places to dine are plentiful in the area but not within walking distance.

La souplesse pour le départ. La chambre m’a paru plus petite que ce que je pensais. Il fallait bien gérer les valises ! L’exposition de la chambre et l’absence de luminaires au mur ou au plafond.

First contact with the manager was not friendly. There are 2 entrances , we walked into the wrong end for the reception (no sign) and was met with a “can I help you” in quite an aggressive way. Later we had checked in we sat for a short while outside and empty apartment . She approached us and said I thought you were in 7 ?As if to say you shouldn’t be there . Just needs to be more friendly at the 1st meeting

• Robert (9/5): - The room was very nice, clean, affordable and a great location just steps from the beach. Swimming pool was very nice as well. If I could live there all year I would. Just a couple small things I would recommend is a softer mattress for room 19 and few throw rugs and maybe some sound deadening art work so there isn't an echo as much.

• Hans (9/5): Great spot for some fine R&R - This is my fourth stay at Ocean Villas. I love the proximity to Deerfield Beach which is a 2 minutes walk away. The property is extremely well maintained and the pool area has a pleasant vibe. The full size kitchen is a real plus will all of the things you need to cook on your own if you choose. Debbie, the manager, keeps a close eye on things to ensure everything is in tip top shape. Nothing to complain about, I will note that you really need a car to get around. Major shopping is 5 minutes away. There are some restaurants you can walk to about a 1/2 mile away. Offering guests beach chairs would be a nice touch.
