- Ann (9/5): Will definitely stay there again! - Because of doctor appts didn't really get to enjoy the breakfast. We are both handicapped & your parking for that is very limited. One REALLY bad thing about one of the spaces is you have the driver stepping out of & getting into their car on large uneven rocks. While this looks nice it is very dangerous! This area should be a cement sidewalk down the side of the parking place. Sooner or later someone will fall & get hurt & Hilton will find themselves in a lawsuit. Other than that we were very pleased with the facility & the staff!!

Not like the pictures. We didn’t get housekeeping and when I called the lobby and spoke to the receptionist to see if I can get towels and a new comforter she was rude telling me “you can come down and get it”. I wasn’t even expecting that response. Again I feel like breakfast could have gone until 10am so you could sleep in a little bit but still be able to have breakfast.

The staff is awesome and accommodating. Jon at the front always is able to help me out if I have any issues. Susie and the rest of the staff always make sure my room is clean and fresh after spending the day out and about in the field.

- john0105 (6/5): Past its prime. Try somewhere else. - It was ok for one night, but this hotel is past its prime. The hotel is pretty beat up, big scratches and marks on the doors and walls everywhere. The bathroom pocket door took incredible force to open and close. The bathroom was grimey with rust stains and hard water stains on everything. There were dishes left in the dishwasher. The breakfast was ok except the coffee was definitely not fresh. I will look for a better maintained hotel next time.

- Joe (4/5): - The room I booked had hair in the shower pan. It wasn’t hair belonging to a head. Pretty disgusting. The shower head was clogged so water pressure was low coming out of it. The pillows were flat as can be and even stacking them didn’t help. For a Hilton brand this was not what I was expecting. I’ll be generous and give a 3 due to staff being nice. Outside of that.. abysmal experience.

If you like to workout the gym is pretty big and has a good selection. Downsides would be the bathroom doors are sliding and don’t seem to want to latch. The bathroom is kinda small too. The carpet in the hallways is old and coming up and needs replacement. Other than those minor things it’s a very nice hotel and very reasonably priced

I have done this countless times, but the process stopped when it was time to get the digital key. Said I had to go to the front desk. So frustrating. Two hours prior to arrival, I selected chat with front desk option in order to resolve the issue. No one ever responded. This was a technology, process, and worst of all, service failure.

- Thea (10/5): Pros/cons - Pros: comfy, large two room suite, rollin shower, small kitchen with full sized fridge, spacious for my big walker! Cons: dated roll in shower, needs upgrade, microwave dirty and turn table inside wobbled, auto curtain almost all the way down but had gotten stuck so it gently buzzed all night ( we sleep through anything though) Would still stay here again!

- William (2/5): Strangers walked into my room while I was in bed!! - When I entered my room on the top floor, the room temperature was 90° according to the thermostat. The heat would not turn off. After a member of the staff came up to try to fix it, he was able to turn off the heat/cool control. Later that night when I was in bed about to go to sleep, THE DOOR OPENED AND TWO STRANGERS AND A DOG JUST WALKED RIGHT IN!! The night desk clerk gave them keys to my room! After I told the strangers to get out and that the room was occupied, I put my clothes on and went to complain to the desk clerk who seemed indifferent to the problem, I never even got an apology or an explanation. The premade packaged breakfast was an inedible and unappetizing.

- Cindy (4/5): - When we arrived at our room, we found that the restroom had no door; instead, there was only a see-through shower curtain. That is a big no for me, especially when traveling with kids. We requested a new room, and they accommodated us with one. However, the new room was filthy. The sheets had stains, there was mold in the sink, and it had a funky smell. My kids were looking forward to the complimentary breakfast, but we decided to skip it and eat somewhere else because if the room was dirty, how could we trust that the kitchen was any better?
- AreWeThereYet3_11 (10/5): Nice Little Hotel - Very comfortable hotel. Loved the larger fridge. Loved the kitchenette area. We usually stay at Hampton Inns but I like the Home2Suites concept. The staff was friendly when we checked in. I would stay there again. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was good. the area was safe and we felt safe.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Home2 Suites by Hilton: 1 bed king suite - It was a clean stay for the most part, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, but the omelets were bland. Didn’t get the normal sponge offered to wash dishes. Couldn’t find, and wasn’t told where the ice machine was. Tv was messing up (remote wasn’t working) and skipping channels without allowing you to click on a certain one. Bathroom was fine but you could tell the shower hadn’t been wiped down well. Overall it was an okay stay. Not the best i’ve had with the same company though. Some of their hotels seem to just not be as well maintained as others.

Lee at the front desk was very welcoming and the worker servicing breakfast in the morning was very kind. Cons: Breakfast was grab-and-go. The room was okay, overall. The bathroom was poorly cleaned. There was what seemed like soap scum on all the chrome, as well as hard water stains. The hotel shampoo/conditioner/body wash that's normally installed into the wall was just scattered all over the shower. ALL the doors had huge scuffs across them. Our room door was high off the floor, like you could stick your hand underneath. The a/c had a loud noise. The faucet in the kitchenette was so loose, i was scared to use it. It was disappointing because I've stayed at several Home2 Suites and they've been perfect stays. I've been at Motel 6's that are in better condition. Luckily we just needed to sleep for the night.

- Melissa (8/5): Comfortable bed but some things could be improved - We enjoyed our stay here. Pros: staff was super friendly, bed was very comfortable, room was very quiet. Cons: floor of room was dirty, the coffee was terrible tasting, and the pool was nasty (not that we wanted to swim because it’s winter, but looking out our window and seeing a brown pool full of trash, moss and leaves was just gross - maybe drain it when not in use??).

The shower was bad the toilet had seen better days. It was just yucky. The conditioner bottle didn't work. They had bottles that you could reuse sounds fine but, it was unsanitary.

- JOSEPH (10/5): Nov 30th - The room was not ready still after 5 pm . There was a Texas Tech football game and they explained that they were fully booked and the room would be ready asap. It was ready shortly after. The floor in the bathroom was a little dirty but we needed to get some rest because we had a long drive the next day and was leaving at 6:30 AM. Thank you.
- Terri (4/5): - Breakfast heated and served in plastic containers or wrap. Foam plates and plastic cutlery. I settled for 1/2 a waffle, skipping the plastic infused food, HFC syrup and jelly. An hour into my drive, I had stomach pains and nausea. Room was hot. Adjusting the thermostat did no good. I finally turned it off. Still did no good. It was a cold night so some heat was necessary but it was suffocatingly hot. Sliding door to bathroom was jammed in open position. Shower was barely warm in hottest position.

- Amanda (8/5): - There are many restaurants to choose from close by. The morning staff are very kind and energetic. The room was decent and clean. It was great for the one night i needed a room for my family of 6.

You can tell they have tried to fix issues when they arise, those fixes just seem to have been done poorly. The room looked clean until you look in the corners. It just seemed like lots of the cleaning and repairs were done half ass. The breakfast was nice though and the breakfast staff was so friendly! I wouldn't stay here again for the same price but if it was on a steep discount I would consider it again.
