• Faiz (8/5): Excellent, thanks to BWR - Everything was good during my 3 nights visit. The Room facilities were excellent for a 3 Star hotel. Staff were very friendly, professional and customer oriented. Room service food was very delicious and I always love the Indian food 😋😘 Points to improve- - No WiFi in the breakfast restaurant. Its very important to stay connected. My private pick up taxi on 18th Feb was not able to call me while I was having my breakfast. Therefore, to stay connected I had I my breakfast outside the restaurant in the lobby area. - on 18th Feb, for dinner I ordered Mutton Rogan Josh from room service, and I was told its not available in the menu. Then I ordered mutton kadahi from the room service. But received Mushroom kadahi. Issue was the hotel staff misunderstood the word mutton for mushroom. They were apolegetic and acknowledged the mistake and replaced it with mutton kadahi 🙏🏼 Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. BWR will be my number 1 choice during my next visit to Vishakhapatnam. Thank you The elevator is quite slow.

• Denise (8/5): - Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The mattress was so comfortable and the majority of staff was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the manager was rude, treating my friends poorly, yelling at them because they did not fill out a visitor's form 24 hours before my visit (They did not need to do that as my Indian "sponsor's" contact information was on my visa) and then yelling at me for ordering dinner for them for which I paid for at check out. He made me feel very unwelcome and if I hadn't been tired and had prepaid for the room, I would have found another hotel.

• Rahul (5/5): Good room, smelly lobby , friendly staff at front desk and friendly but untrained restaurant staff - Staff is helpful The first floor lobby where our room was, has a damp smell all over on the floor. Its when air condition place is operated without AC. The restaurant food is good taste, however, the staff is not trained in ‘hotel management’. Small things like the food should be piping hot when served is not observed. The sambar , coffee were just ‘look-warm’. The restaurant was perhaps overstaff but none of thm had any attention to tables and what the guests want. They assembled in a huddle in some corner of the restaurant and chatting. When coffee is served with sugar, the stirring spoon was not given, it didnt occu to the staff that it is mandatory to give spoon. When omelette is served there was no knife. Everything we have ask for. This shows lack of training in the trade they r operating plus lack of management and supervision. It appeared a bunch of staff was picked from anywhere and make them wear Best Western Uniform and put them to attend table. I wd not complain if i am paying Rs.500 for a night and if the dinner plate is Rs.50, but if room tariff is Rs.5000+ and food in restaurant is suitable to ‘Best Western’ brand we expect better service and attention to details. What we pay is not only for food, but for service and experience.

The room needs two cards to light up. So, every time you exit the room, even the ac goes off. Also, the shower console was complicated. Breakfast has a big menu. But most items are repeated and tasteless. Also, be early. Else, items are unavailable readily.

When i booked the room through booking.com, it was mentioned as 2 twins and 1 futon bed but actually the hotel did not provide the futon bed. It was provided at extra cost. Also room was not big enough to accommodate the extra bed. This is disappointing.

• Carissa (4/5): - There was a wedding one of the nights we stayed there, on the 4th floor, for 400 people and it didn’t start until 11pm. The front counter smiled and said there will be noise. So I made a hotel change for that night and the following two nights. The hotels.com team said it was the hotels policy that would not let us be refunded, even for the night that was 3 nights out. The hotel wouldn’t budge, even though there was going to a loud wedding that would keep us up all night.

Didn't like that internet could not keep connection, arguement over breakfast because voucher was hidden in newspaper on door, cost 310 rupees when breakfast paid and included, Most of time the staff English, although kindly willing, was not understandable. Most of my questions not understood just like breakfast thing. Air conditioner hard to operate. TV took most one day with nothing, only evening of second day able to change channels.

• Verified traveler (8/5): All in all, a nice stay - I spent a couple of nights at the Best Western and, overall, it was pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower worked well (though it took quite a while for the water to get hot). My only issue was with the service. Specifically, if they knew i was going to be there for two days, why did they only set my card key to be active for one day? This caused a bit of a problem on day 2, as i had to get to a meeting, but couldnt get into my room to get things I needed. And it isnt as if this was a simple correction. For some reason, it took several trips to reception because the new keys wouldnt work, either. It seems that this would be easily resolved by activating the key card appropriately upon check-in.

• CELITA (10/5): - We use to come every year and stay here because is close to our friends. Nice area, comfortable ,however, you cannot find Diet Coke or any diet soda. The food looks good but it’s very spice and I stick with omelet, a slice of bread and chicken broth soup with rice. The menu this year came with a lot of choices and I’m trying to find out non spice and tasteful meal. My husband loves the food and for those spice lovers is a feast!

The rooms are clean and comfortable and adequately fitted with wardrobes and washroom facilities. Mr. Anand in particular goes all the way to ensure the guests are at ease and well settled in.

Customer services Ms Chandra ensures guests are comfortable and feel at home! Rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of Indian foods, dips and sauces, fruits and drinks.

• Balaji (8/5): A nice cozy hotel with great service.. - It's a nice cozy hotel. The hotel staff were courteous and ever ready for help. Room service was very prompt. The breakfast spread was limited but was fine for a short stop over stay. The hotel is in a crowded market area so need to plan out travel time if visiting other places e.g. RK beach or shopping destinations. Overall a good hotel for short stays and I recommend this to single as well as family trips.
