• Mehdi (10/5): - Staff were so helpful and did their utmost best to make me feel welcome at the hotel. The room was spacious, and beautifully decorated. The private plunge pool on the balcony was the best! If anything, some furniture and the room may need some small fixes. The shower tap was extremely difficult to get to the right temperature, either too cold or too hot.

• Ottavia (9/5): great! definitely recommend - i loved it! the place is really nice, the rooms are huge, clean and well decorated, every detail is very thought out. the staff is incredibly nice and friendly. i had a problem with wifi and they supported me very carefully. the food was good if I have to say something not so great about this place i I could say the location is not super central but I mean, that is something you already know when you book.. you need a car but that’s pretty common in Windhoek

Breakfast was good with the other chef, once the chef changed it was not the same. they can reduce the pieces of Art in the room "less is more"" The goodness of the meals was no consistent. Staff were friendly but the owners or Managers were unfriendly. Could not even greet their customers.

Service at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and will be back. Location is a bit secluded (25 min walk) which I guess is a plus to be away from the hubbub of the city center and also makes it safe.

Breakfast was limited, but quality was very good. The rooms are dated and requires some maintenance. My room was not serviced for the duration of my stay. Cleanliness could be better. Pillows need to be changed, they are virtually non-existent.

Very friendly staff that make you feel welcomed and appreciated every time they see you. Suites are above expectations, and the food is very good. Highly recommended.
