- Equinoxomega (8/5): Very good - The room was pretty nice and very big. I would say that the hotel, the same as Villahermosa, has seen its best time about two decades ago and the age is starting show a bit.

- Alejandro (2/5): - I did not like anything about this place. Horrible rooms, not clean beds. Dirty bathroom, inconsistent hot water, faulty air conditioner, plugged faucet, terrible restaurant, parking offsite you need to cross street and walk behind a building ti get access to it if arriving late. The worst hotel in all of my years of traveling.
- John (10/5): Best Hotel In Villahermosa Mexico - My Stay at the hotel was the Most Fantastic time I have had at any hotel. The staff bend over backwards to accommodate you in every way possible in my opinion this hotel rates a 10 I will recommend the hotel to my friends and anybody who is visiting Villahermosa. The cleanliness of the hotel what is the best I have ever seen
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The access to the elevator and the parking. People at the fromt desk very nice
- Guadalupe (8/5): - Que tienen vigilancia con personal calificado día y noche
- FabioManzano (8/5): Ideal, if you fancy saving a dollar or two. - Staff is friendly and flexible, the service is fairly decent and they provide extra service when required with anticipation. This is a small hotel that has plenty of limitations, yet theyprovide the extra in service.
I would pay a little extra for another hotel, on another area of town if it was my choice; but we had a company meeting there and everything was "alright" with the rooms, the staff members were super servicial and the rate offered was fantastic. They provide rooms for meetings and events that are enough for a about 50 to 100 people.
This Hotel worked more than well for us.
- R6896IFsueb (10/5): Good Value, Great Location - Super attentive staff, big rooms, plenty of hot water, valet parking and superb breakfast for a really good price. In a safe area to boot.
Excellent value for the money, would definitely stay here again.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Centro area in Villahermosa should be avoided. - The downtown area is dirty and stinky. I don't think the sewers work well, so there is a smell of sewage everywhere. Including the lobby/entry of this hotel.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Really messy and noisy area, kind-of-ok hotel - The hotel is in the middle of a super-messy and noisy street with markets and clubs. They have a parking lot about 200m away, but no way you can find it yourself, so you need to leave your car somewhere, and ask staff. Staff does not speak a word of english, making everything harder.
Room itself is ok, except for plastic-feeling linen. We were on the third floor (kind of far from the noise), but still everything was vibrating due to the music downstairs, and the whole place is really really loud non-stop throughout the night.
- Neal G (6/5): - Very convenient area. Fun at night. Room was too cold on one side and too hot on the other. I would stay again
- DavidRGuanajuato (4/5): Avoid! If u can, go up market - Yes, this joint is cheap but it is also horrible. Rooms - dirty. Staff - did not care. Breakfast - very ordinary; to have milk in the coffee we had to pay extra. The only benefit was that it is situated on the edge of a very groovy part of the city. Avoid at all costs
- mimiburton (10/5): peaceful and cheerful - every one was very polite, the service was excellent, the hotel was very clean and the food in the restaurant was delicious. that hotel is a piece of HISTORY.
- tecouag (8/5): Budget hotel in Villahermosa - The hotel is located at downtown Villahermosa. Honestly the city don't offer you a big variety of fancy hotels, so I runned the risk in my first visit at this hotel.
The result is: An old hotel, with limited technology and services, but perfectly safe, clean, with kind personal that assist you anytime you need. And all this in one of the cheapest rates in the city.
If you want a fancy hotel, your only option in Villahermosa is Hyatt hotel, otherwise I recommend you to consider this hotel.
- adv69 (8/5): simple and convenient.. - The Miraflores is conveniently situated in the center and near the riverside promenade (where you have the privilege of seeing sewage pouring into the river). The worst of it: there were ants in my room. Otherwise, the hotel has standard, clean two or three-star quality business type facilities. It is a cool, air-conditioned place, which is a relief in a town where you start sweating almost as soon as you start walking. There is a free WiFi zone in the comfortable lobby. The best of it: the staff are friendly and amenable. They make me think of those adverts that promise personal, friendly treatment in five-star hotels: They give you that in most places in Mexico, and it is real, the friendliness and courtesy are genuine! So an OK place to stay - about $50 or less a night - for a night or two.
There is little to do Villahermosa: there is a very interesting archaeology museum (where I was the only visitor when I went), an intriguing tropical park/archaeology site, with animals and birds wandering around a jungle plot dotted with Olmec statues and stelae, and if fed up of heat, taxi takes you to Soriano, a shopping center with a multi-screen cinema and air conditioning.
