Guest Reviews
- James (8/5): - J
- FABIAN (10/5): - Best room ive stayed in by far, plenty of food within walking distance
- Jesse (10/5): - It's was great love staying there.
- Thomas (10/5): - not bad at all
- W Andrew (4/5): - This location felt unsafe. People were yelling at each other outside my room, and the property was rundown and dirty. The motel room itself at least had a relatively new floor, but overall felt pretty gross. Hair, dirt, stained towels, cigarette burn hole in comforter. People gave this place good reviews, but I don’t get it. Steer clear of this place!
- Charles (6/5): - It's a place to sleep and shower. Big parking lot.
- Bernard (10/5): - Large super clean room. Lots of restaurants very close. Very quiet.
- John (6/5): - Its an average motel 6.
- julian (10/5): - I love coming here
- Morgan (10/5): - Great guest service and housekeeping!
- Michael (6/5): - A little sketchy.
- Pat (2/5): - We elected not to stay at this property because it did not feel safe leaving our vehicle in the parking lot after witnessing a drug deal happening. We received a refund and went to another motel.
- Bree (10/5): - Love staying
- Nancy-Ann (8/5): - N/A
- Sarah (2/5): - Disgusting BUT you get what you pay for pictures definitely lie. Pube hairs on our towels, smell of weed everywhere, barking dogs in the room next to us. My husband was grilled just to get another room key. It was just a never again experience.
- Terry (10/5): - The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the rate was good. This is a great place to stay if you are in Wichita.
- scott (2/5): - Not good
- Bree (10/5): - Lo e it
- Bree (10/5): - I love this place
- Bree (10/5): - Gujh
- Charlie (8/5): - Alright
- Bree (10/5): - I love this place
- Bree (10/5): - Tub un
- Nicci (6/5): Smells like regret - Definitely an "adventure" staying here. The area felt a little sketchy — a drifter asked me for a holy Bible, which honestly felt pretty on-brand for the vibe. Our "non-smoking" room smelled like it had hosted the Marlboro Man’s retirement party. The bed was surprisingly comfy, but the blankets had a charming hint of Eau de BO. Parking lot was basically a graveyard of cigarette butts. On the bright side, they let us check in early and didn’t charge extra for our dog — probably because they figured he couldn’t lower the property value any further.
- Charles (10/5): - Iblove the rooms and staff is great
- Christopher (10/5): - Na
- Shane (6/5): - Whole place smelt of Marijuana, bathroom was pretty dirty, and pillows and bed were uncomfortable. If you want a cheap 1 night stay then it's okay. Wouldn't bring my family again tho
- Carolyn (10/5): - My husband and I have stayed here before, with no problems. We have dogs and they are probably the only ones that don't charge extra for them.
- Denise (8/5): - I am a nurse traveler, so I have had multiple stays at this motel over the last few months. It is within eight miles of the hospital, located around several choices of restaurants and shops, seems to be a safe environment, and is always clean. The only down side is some of the rooms have a very low water pressure and the water temp is low. Otherwise, a good stay.
- Jason (10/5): Not a bad stay - No issues with our room, hotel staff was professional and the room rate was reasonable.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Run down place. Dumpy neighborhood
- DiAnna (4/5): - Run down place. Dumpy neighborhood
- Leontina (8/5): - Friendly Staff..
- Lorie (4/5): - Room was clean enough and bed was fine. There was no hot water and only a few electrical outlets worked. It was a late check in and early check out, so it worked to crash. Would not recommend or stay there again.
- Sheri (8/5): - I enjoyed the convenience of how close it was to different places to shop, eat and the highway. I would definitely stay here again.
- Daniel (10/5): - Good
- Michael (6/5): - Everything was functional and clean, except the restroom floor needs better cleaning especially in the corners and around the toilet. Couldn’t find any pen or paper. The tv had a pretty small screen and the tv signal would often go blank. When the tv signal came back a different program was on.
It was raining and a lot of water came off the front of the second floor walkway down to the sidewalk below and you couldn’t walk from a ground floor room to your car in the parking lot without getting wet from the runoff from the walkway above. The receptionist provided basic assistance but wasn’t friendly.
The total bill was $85 but it wasn’t worth that.
- Ingrid (8/5): - It was sufficient for our needs to sleep. Clean and comfortable.
- April (4/5): - I’ve stayed in other rooms that We’re not that bad. But this one was really bad. The shower did not work properly and the tub would not drain. It was not very clean this time. The floors were dirty. The shower curtain was nasty.
- Zach (8/5): Cheap comfortable stay 7/10 - The remodel was definitely a good move for this Motel 6. Room had a nice modern feel to it with great tv/movie choices and a decently comfortable bed. The only part that is a bit underwhelming is the tiny bathroom. Make sure to bring your own bathroom necessities because they do not provide any Other than a bar of soap. Good spot if you are looking for a cheap stay with some food choices near by.
- Robert (6/5): - Facility didn’t match the picture. No inside access to rooms. Rooms were clean. Bed was as hard as a brick. No coffee maker. Room was inexpensive.
- Jim R. (10/5): - Friendly Staff Batman !!
- Rosie (8/5): - X
- Lynne (8/5): Will come again - Desk clerk was pleasant and accomodating.
Room was clean. A few flys and 1 bug our cats had fun chasing at 4 am.but no problem. Plumbing from neighbors bathroom was very loud in our room.
- Domonique (10/5): - Good
- Eddie (2/5): - It is dirty and none of the outlets worked and the tv didn’t work.
- Christina (6/5): Maybe Not… - We booked a non-smoking room. The room that we were assigned smelled heavily of stale smoke. We were met with “Some guests smoke in the room anyway”. The back of the bathroom door was disgusting.
- Denise (2/5): - 1: poor customer service, the guy was on the phone the whole time he checked me in.
2: disgusting room, bed bugs, smells even though it's a non smoking room.
3: apparently the AC is controlled by the front desk and he didn't bother to mention that.
Will not go back.
- Louden (6/5): Ehhhh. Only if everything else is full. - We learned basketball kids are rude and loud. There was a big bb tournament in town and those kids have no consideration for anyone else. The rooms are far from sound proof, bed linens and towels have a gross smell, and the place needs a update. It is a well lit parking lot, with a lot of signs telling you to lock your vehicle. We felt safe enough but overall the check in staff was the only excellent thing about the hotel.
- Denise (8/5): - This is not so much a review of the property, as it is a review of fellow guests. Especially, the guests who have children with them. Please remember that there is a wide range of people out there that must find lodging, and they do it for a wide range of reasons. Night worker, day sleeper here. I was treated on my last six days to the chaos of a large group of people renting rooms above and around me. Unfortunately, the multiple children with this party did not have many options as to where they could play. So the parking lot and sidewalk just outside the rooms had to do. Constant yelling, constant bouncing basketballs, and two of the days having one of these said children beating on my door because they could not remember where the other party members were located. You can't blame the motel. They were booked full and had no where else to put me. I can however ask the parents to be a bit mindful that their crotch goblins are loud and to monitor accordingly. I know its hard out there, but just try. I can talk cause I walked the walk. Had four goblins myself.
- Shelley (6/5): - My security latch was broken on my door, lots of young adults in the parking lot late night.
- Claudia (6/5): - The cleaning crew had used an air freshener in the room & it was OVERPOWERING!!! I had to keep the bathroom exhaust fan on for two hours to dissipate the odor.
- Shannon (6/5): - It was ok
- Janette (2/5): BEWARE!! BED BUGS!! - I stopped here to sleep during a road trip. I felt like the area was kind of sketchy but it was only one night and the room seemed pretty clean. Imagine my delight when I found a bed bug on my pillow. I was even more delighted when the desk clerk didn’t believe me and wanted me to go back up to the room with him, keep in mind I am female and traveling alone. Completely inappropriate. I showed him a picture but wouldn’t go back up there. He then told me he could not issue a refund until he spoke to management. I asked him to have the manager contact me, wrote my name, phone number and room number down and I haven’t heard anything nor have I received a refund.
- Dorothy (2/5): - Dirty , unhelpful , was NOT a handicapped room as advertised
- Maria (6/5): - Mucho ruidoso
- Wallace (6/5): - Nice room clean area around good BUT motel levies a $50 security deposit which wasn’t disclosed in the reservation. Refunded on checkout to credit card
- Charlie (10/5): - Hi
- Ettore (8/5): Good budget place - Good size clean room.
- Brandi (8/5): - Easy check in. Very accommodating.
- Michel (10/5): - Very clean and good service
- Ronan (6/5): - Brackets and hooks were not secured. There was no way to use the TV cabinet as a desk as there were no electrical ports. The area is not exactly the greatest part of Wichita.
- Rory (8/5): - I was informed upon registering I needed to provide a $50.00 returnable deposit on my checkin. It was returned within 3 hrs of my departure.
- Carla (6/5): - Nice big room but no holder for the toilet paper.
- Lacresha (6/5): - Had a girl 2 rooms down with guys in and out all night....had homeless/tweakers walking by room late hours of night....bad neighborhood
- Alma (10/5): - Being in a tornado watch was a little scary but felt safe with the room we had.
- FREEMAN (6/5): - I understand they have upgraded the hotel but it still felt a bit underwhelming for me but it was a motel 6 so…not bad for motel 6 and a short notice trip.
- Anabelis p (2/5): - Horrible
- Jennifer (8/5): - No deadbolt lock.
- Orlando (10/5): - Needed Iron i had to go buy one for my wrinkled clothes
- Gerald (2/5): - Across the street from freeway
- Russell (6/5): - No coffee or daily room cleaning
- Larry (4/5): - This is week 2 that I stayed, I left last Tuesday morning at checkout and the guy claim they sent my deposit back to my debit card and my card wouldn't let them so they sent it to Expedia. I paid for the room through Expedia not my deposit, and now it's been a week, and they charged me another deposit when I came back Tuesday night. i need that money for food for me and my cat that is pregnant but they seem to not care if we starve as long as they get their money. This has been horrible and I will never stay at motel 6 again, and I will be telling everyone that I come into contact with about my experience at motel 6.
- Robert (8/5): - Clean, comfortable, well-appointed room at a great price. Would recommend and return to when in Wichita KS.
- Ismael (10/5): - 10/10
- Verified traveler (4/5): - There were a number of long term guests. It was kinda noisy at random times during the night. Not bad if you're just passing through for the night.
- Lisa (6/5): - .
