- Carla (9/5): Convenient, secure, comfortable option in central Toowoomba - Centrally located near Queens Park and the main streets. Rooms are well soundproofed against outside noise. The TV had options for regular TV plus all streaming services. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Parking was $20 per night in a locked area which was quite handy given the central location of the place. The hotel overall is quite sterile inside. The long corridors are a bit lacklustre but overall it does the job.

- Helgar (9/5): - The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Easy walking distance to city shops & eateries. Wasn't made aware of extra fee for car parking before booking.
- Nicholas (5/5): Clean well-appointed room, lovely staff but hot and very noisy room. - The room and everything in it was very clean and well presented. Great bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed and all of the crockery, utensils etc were exceptionally clean. Our room and balcony faced west so we couldn’t use the balcony for the entire afternoon as it was in full sun and too hot and we had to pull the curtains to keep the sun out so the room was dark and unpleasant. We had envisaged relaxing on the balcony. Being Saturday night the noise from the hotel/club and bars next door was unbearable. Even with ear plugs we could not sleep until the early hours of the morning. Suggest requesting a room on the eastern side overlooking the park to avoid both of these issues which spoilt our stay.
