Comodo per la posizione e vicinanza ai mezzi. Purtroppo il divano letto è davvero scomodo, il materasso quasi inesistente, sembrava di dormire direttamente sulle doghe.. unica nota negativa di tutto il soggiorno.

• Loraine Noordijk (5/5): Prijs kwaliteit was het niet waard om hier te verblijven - Voor 460 euro was dit echt erg onder de verwachtingen. Lijkt niet op de foto's, waren smerige plekken op het platfond in de badkamer, het was redelijk dicht bij de stad maar zeker minimaal 20 minuten lopen. Het personeel was wel oke. Ze deden hun werk en was ook wel alles. De positiviteit in hun was niet aanwezig, net alsof ze daar niet wilde zijn. De kamer was prima ook niets bijzonders maar had ik ergens anders voor veel goedkoper ook kunnen boeken. En dan tot slot het bed. Ik denk dat er op 1 punt in de nacht kwam dat ik liever op de bank had willen slapen. Alles behalve comfortabel.

Size of unit is a plus in London Wifi was out for couple of hours but not just in the property but wider area so outside of the propeties control. The plumbing is poor with the sound of effluent from higher units being heard in this unit 29. They should have done a better job at insulting this for this awkward constant sound. Couch is seriously uncomfortable to sit on

• Samir (7/5): Good place and location but not worth the value for the money we paid for 7 nights! - Good location. Nice sized apartment. Clean. Checkout time as early as 10:30-11:00 is unheard of. Checkin was as late as 15:00. This was a massive inconvenience for a family with two young kids. Next time we will need to lookout for such abnormal checkin and checkout timings.

Lots of room for family of 4 we did expect a better view looking at the pictures advertised on the site. This didn't take away from the room being great but it would have been nice to have a better view

• Ismaiel (9/5): Great staff and apartments in a beautiful location - Reception staff, Silvie and Maria, very helpful and respectful. Location is great, 5min walk from Borough market and london bridge. Very clean apartment and building. Bus stop next to the building. Parking and late checkout are available for a fee, which is fair. Housekeeping is once a week, should be more. The couch is not that comfortable.

Appartamento spazioso, silenzioso, pulito e cucina attrezzata(peccato solo per la vista in quanto non erano disponibili i piani alti come nelle foto; comunque bella lo stesso). Posizione tranquilla e comodissima a pochi passi dalla metro Borough e London Bridge.

• Siobaun (7/5): It’s fine. - The location was very handy only 10min walk to London Bridge station or 5mins to Borough tube station The doors didn’t stay open without door stoppers, the washing machine didn’t really work without manual prompting to next stage of the cycle. I was questioned overly when leaving a day early, even though I had messaged and advised at check in that our flights changed. It was very accusatory.
• Wright (7/5): I would not stay there again. It was spacious but it felt like a conference room. - It was very clean. It was nice having a convenience store next door. They cancelled my reservation 2 days before citing the card didn't run through, with no warning, then to rebook cost me twice the price. I got taken. There are NO amenities, the pictures of a gym are a complete fraud, they did not clean after one week. There is no view, it's just a closed courtyard, with zero outdoor space. There is no ventilation system. You can open a window but that's it. Zero airflow.
• markus (7/5): Gute Lage, jedoch deutliche Abstriche bei Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Komfort. - Wir waren zum ersten Mal in London und fanden die Lage gut: Ein Supermarkt befindet sich im selben Gebäude, Metro- und Busstationen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zu Fuss erreicht man die Tower Bridge in etwa 15 Minuten und den Borough Market in rund 10 Minuten. Die Matratzen waren in Ordnung, und die Zimmer wirkten sauberer als der restliche Teil der Wohnung. Positiv ist auch, dass die Möglichkeit besteht, Netflix zu nutzen. Früh- sowie Late-Check-out sind gegen Gebühr möglich (wobei es merkwürdig ist, wenn man 50’ vor 15.00 ankommt und die Wohnung schon parat ist, trotzdem noch einen Aufpreis zahlen muss). Leider war die Wohnung insgesamt nicht besonders sauber. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich noch Essensreste, und auch das Geschirr war teilweise nicht richtig abgewaschen. Die Badewanne und die Dusche haben ebenfalls schon bessere Zeiten gesehen – insbesondere der Abflussbereich war stark verschmutzt, und am Wannenboden gab es zahlreiche Flecken. Den Geschirrspüler mussten wir vor der Nutzung selbst gründlich reinigen, da die Sprüharme verstopft waren. Beim Betreten der Wohnung fiel zudem ein unangenehm starker Geruch auf. Wir haben dies umgehend gemeldet, erhielten jedoch lediglich ein Raumspray mit der Erklärung, die Wohnung habe längere Zeit leer gestanden und daher diesen Geruch entwickelt. Es gibt weder eine Garderobe noch Möglichkeiten, Badetücher im Badezimmer aufzuhängen. Das Zweisitzer-Sofa ist sehr unbequem – man sinkt nach kurzer Zeit ein, und es ist kaum möglich, zu viert gemütlich zusammen fernzusehen. Auch die vier Stühle im Wohnzimmer sind wenig komfortabel. Die Küche ist eher spärlich ausgestattet. Zwar sind ein Handtuch, Spülmittel, Schwamm sowie Möglichkeiten zur Zubereitung von Tee und Kaffee vorhanden, jedoch fehlen beispielsweise Ofenhandschuhe oder ein hygienisches Schneidebrett. Zudem ist es kaum möglich, die Fenster offen zu lassen – sowohl nachts als auch tagsüber ist es durchgehend sehr laut (Polizei- und Krankenwagensirenen sowie Lieferverkehr vom Tesco). Im Badezimmer besteht die Gefahr, sich am „Radiator“ die Finger zu verbrennen, wenn man nicht aufpasst. Es gibt einen Schalter ausserhalb des Badezimmers, mit dem sich die Heizstäbe einschalten – diese werden sehr heiss. Es wäre sinnvoll, diesen Schalter entsprechend zu beschriften, da er leicht mit dem Lichtschalter verwechselt werden kann. Für Gäste, die sich hauptsächlich ausserhalb der Wohnung aufhalten, wenig selbst kochen und weniger empfindlich auf Sauberkeit reagieren, mag diese Unterkunft dennoch eine gute Option in London sein.
