• Hannah (9/5): Spacious apartment, friendly staff, great location. - Really spacious apartment. Had everything I needed. All information was easy to find for what I needed. Staff were really friendly and helpful and recommended a good place to grab some late night food, minutes walk from the apartment. No privacy/net curtains in the bedroom, only in the living room. There was some spot mould on the bathroom wall. Easy enough to be part of the cleaning routine and mould and mildew spray and wipe the walls.

• Christine (8/5): We stayed at the Marlin apartments before. location suited us as it was close to public transport. - Close to Cannon St and Mansion St tube. The area was very walkable and public transport was on the main road. The sofa bed mattress could be firmer and comfortable.

Just enough space and well equiped kitchen. Ask for the rooms on the top floors, you can really feel and hear underground trains

• Luca (7/5): Consigliato ma con qualche aspetto negativo - Posizione top: molto vicina alla metro, circondata da bar e pub; attenzione: è in mezzo al quartiere finanziario di Londra quindi i locali chiudono presto la sera e restano chiusi durante le festività. Pulizia top: appartamento molto pulito al nostro arrivo. Cucina e locali ben attrezzati: tutto quello che serviva era presente, pulito e ben funzionante. Check-in: siamo arrivati alle 3.00 di notte dall’aeroporto di Stansted e nonostante avessimo avvisato del nostro arrivo a tarda notte non abbiamo trovato nessuno alla reception. Abbiamo aspettato 30 minuti fuori in strada prima che qualcuno ci aprisse. Abbiamo soggiornato 6 notti e non abbiamo avuto nessuna pulizia in camera e nessun cambio asciugamani: ok che non è un albergo ma per il prezzo pagato almeno un cambio a metà del soggiorno ce lo saremmo aspettati

• Sharon (4/5): Poor sleep, great location - The location and size were excellent. The kitchenette was convenient and all the appliances worked. If you are a very sound sleeper and location and kitchenette are the top priorities, this place would be worthwhile. The mattress was awful. Stiff, creaky, and very uncomfortable. Every slight movement shook the whole bed. A mattress topper would do wonders. From the fourth floor the underground was very loud and interfered with falling asleep. The bathrooms were poorly ventilated and consequently very musty. There was a major leak in the shower door, pouring water out onto the floor. The lights in the kitchen and bathroom flickered constantly. Many of the doors and cabinets were chipped and discolored. This did not affect their functioning but made things look shabby.

• howco1 (10/5): Or favorite place to stay in London - The Marlin is a place we go when we stay in London. The studio apartment is perfect for the two of us and having a kitchen and a large refrigerator/freezer is great as we love to stock up from the local markets. Best of all you can't beat the location right in central London a short walk to St. Paul's and so close to the underground/tube stations. If you don't mind hearing the trains under your feet - really just a low rumble than this place is a great place to stay...

Purtroppo le nostre camere erano situate nella parte opposta rispetto all'ingresso principale e il rumore causato dal passaggio frequente di treni della metropolitana e lo stridore dei freni proprio in corrispondenza delle nostre camere (eccetto poche ore la notte) provocavano persino la vibrazione dei vetri delle finestre, rendendo difficile dormire.

Wonderful position, silent apartment full of every options like dish washing machine, dryer machine, micro owen, two split sleeping rooms, new dishes and cleaning pills for every machine. Staff really supporting, smiling, very kind. On foot we have visited most of the places in a very nice and safe area. Thank you for everything, really worth spending our stay here!

Estás muy bien conectado, con el metro al lado y fácil acceso a todo, lo que en una ciudad como Londres marca la diferencia. El apartamento es amplio, limpio y funcional. Está bien equipado y resuelve bien una estancia de varios días, sobre todo si necesitas algo de autonomía con cocina. La cama es cómoda y el descanso en general es correcto. El personal y la recepción 24h aportan tranquilidad y hacen que todo sea más sencillo, sobre todo si llegas tarde o necesitas resolver algo rápido. El principal punto negativo es el ruido, especialmente por la noche. Se percibe el paso del metro y el exterior más de lo esperado, lo que puede afectar al descanso si eres sensible. También hay algunos detalles mejorables en el apartamento: equipamiento algo justo en ciertos casos (como menaje o mobiliario) y pequeños fallos puntuales en instalaciones que deberían estar más cuidados.

Clean apartments with everything you need plus complimentary tea and coffee and a couple of dishwasher & washing machine tablets on the house. Felt secure too. Main issue was the noise of the tubes and pub outside in the evenings. And the TV kept resetting itself and asking for the password plus was in Portuguese. : ) Phone didn't seem to be connected.

Good location close to embankment area and St Pauls Cathedral. With an apartment on the 2nd floor, getting used to the rumbling from the metro was a challenge, fortunately the metro does not run between midnight and 05:30. Overall well pleased with the apartment, would go again but ask to be on a higher floor.
• Amanpreet (7/5): Pleasant stay and spacious considering central location - Central location and 24x7 concierge 1 of lifts that lead directly onto our floor was not working for the day we arrived, so we had to carry luggage and baby stroller up few flights of stairs. The staff refused to restock tea supplies and gave only 1 additional dishwasher tablet on asking for a few to ensure we could clear the dishes.

Exceptionally friendly staff, excellent cleanliness and overall tidiness. The noise from the underground is slightly disturbing in the morning and evening. Noise from the nearby bar is also disruptive, especially late at evening.
