Guest Reviews
- Suchismit (2/5): - The doors didn’t lock . The service was poor . They didn’t even look at the clogged bathrooms . Terrible.
- UJJWAL (10/5): - The staff was very helpful. Convenient location.
- Rabindra nath (8/5): - It is agood stay
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Excellent location, safe building, friendly and attentive staff, and a clean and comfortable room with good amenities. Easy to recommend.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Terrible experience in Hotel Pallavi International - I booked this hotel for my parents and their experience us terrible. Rooms are not at all as shown in pictures, or like a 3 start hotel as advertised. The beds were shabby and full of bedbugs. In fact, the hotel management changed the rooms because of the bedbugs. The new room was no better, it was also shabby and few bedbugs. My parents had to spend the night half-awake. The quality of the breakfast was also poor, and the restaurant area was also not as expected/shown in pictures.
- Arundhatee (8/5): Affordable - Rooms were clean. The area is excellent. We went there for US Visa interviews and all offices for the task were within walking distance. There is a tea stall just in front of the hotel so breakfast is sorted. Other food options are also there. We only wished the beds we're bigger. We got a double bed super deluxe room for 3 people but I was surprised to see how small the bed were.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The hotel is very conveniently located near the US consulate.
I was able to check my bag with them and walk to the consulate on the day of my visa interview.
The hotel is also clean, has great WiFi and is reasonably comfortable for the price that you pay.
Beware of their scam when checking in:
I checked in at 8 pm on Jan 10 2019. The front desk staff tried to "offer" me a room at a different hotel, which I am sure would have been of much worse quality and much cheaper and they would have pocketed the difference. Their claim was that there was a problem with my Expedia booking. They only relented and showed me to a room I paid for in the hotel when I stood firm and insisted that I was not going anywhere else.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The rooms were ok. BREAKFAST wasn't free as advertised.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Despite having a confirmation from Hotels.com stating that breakfast was included, we had to argue with the receptionist who eventually agreed but stated that we could only choose Indian dishes (we are British so wanted the "American breakfast"). Some time later a phone call to our room confirmed that we were entitled to any breakfast on the menu. There was no wifi available during the whole of our 3 night stay. This was very inconvenient though the reception staff seemed to find it amusing.
- Sharif (4/5): - not so Good
- Barry (8/5): Chai time - Great chai shop in front of hotel really made the place even better.
- Sunil (8/5): - Arrived early in morning, they accommodate me
- Nath (2/5): It is the worst I had ever stayed. - For the first two days they have not supplied drinking water in the room. When utilized the 1/2 ltr mineral water bottles (2 Nos) they charged Rs.40. Even in a 'roadside hotel' water is supplied immediately when a guest arrives. When asked the Manager said I would have requested the attending boys for water. It is customary and a part of etiquette to supply drinking water in a room. It is not generally charged when the hotel failed.
The tariff is too high for this room. They promptly charge for every single minute. The DGM says he had nothing to do with Expedia and the customer had to follow the conditions of payment as per his advice. What for Expedia then in?
I stayed for only two days. With their check-in, check-out time calculations I paid for 3 1/2 days. It is absurd. Any hotel is a standing property of the owner. Why should anybody pay for the hours he had not even stayed in the hotel. It is gimmick of modern commercial intelligence.
