- Sabrina (7/5): Riva del Garda e’un posto rilassante - Ottima posizione dell hotel,abbiamo parcheggiato la macchina e ci siamo mossi in bici ,ottima la colazione trovi di tutto dal dolce al salato,i dipendenti tutti molto cordiali e disponibili La piscina top dopo una giornata a pedalare tornare in hotel e farci un tuffo in piscina bevendo un ottimo sprint e’stato molto rilassante L’unica pecca negativa è che le camere non hanno l’aria condizionata ma solo un piccolo ventilatore,passata la notte praticamente in bianco Questa cosa sicuramente sarebbe da migliorare

- Marina (5/5): mercatini di Natale a Riva del Garda - arrivati verso le 15 dopo 4 ore di viaggio siamo stati ricevuti con gentilezza in reception la quale ci assegnava la camera. Entrati all'interno la sorpresa della camera fredda talmente fredda che siamo rimasti vestiti con i cappotti. anche il bagno freddo da non potersi nemmeno far i una doccia..Dopo quasi 30 minuti il termosifone ha cominciato a scaldare ma ovviamente la camera per avere una temperatura decente ha avuto bisogno di ore . La lampada dello specchio del bagno non funzionava così ci siamo accontentati della luce del soffitto..Sulla pubblicità c'era scritto parcheggio privato ma i pochi posti 5/6 erano esauriti così abbiamo parcheggiato in strada. Non abbiamo detto nulla in reception in fin dei conti siamo stati una notte..Però un po più di attenzione a questi servizi ci vorrebbero. tutto descritto sopra

- Marco (5/5): Non ci tornerei - Bella la piscina. Buona e varia la colazione. Alcuni posti auto di pertinenza della struttura. Vicinanza alla cascata di Varone, che si può raggiungere a piedi. Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Albergo vecchio e camere che necessitano sicuramente di una profonda ristrutturazione: porta del bagno rotta, scarichi lavandino e doccia che non vanno e tanti altri particolari rotti e non riparati. Stanza non climatizzata...dotata di ventilatore a piantana: caldo insopportabile. Lontananza da Riva del Garda, difficilmente raggiungibile a piedi. La soluzione é andare alla cascata e prendere una navetta gratuita che, con un cambio, porta in centro.

- Bortoli (5/5): - Mediamente un po' tutto . Stanze molto calde prive di aria condizionata per un tre stelle e la mancanza di attenzione agli intolleranti al lattosio alla colazione.
- Adrian (6/5): Simple hotel in quiet location. Not ideal for solo travelers dependent on public transportation. - Friendly & attentive staff. Clean. Pretty good breakfast with fresh fruits. However, no eggs or omelette. The location is indeed very quiet and 5-10min outside of Riva by car. However, it is not ideal for solo travelers who depend on public transportation due to infrequent / unreliable buses to Riva and back. The walk to the city centre is 30min by foot. The room felt a bit subpar considering the price of >100€ per night. I did book last minute though, so this may not be generally applicable for all rooms.
