• Valerii (6/5): - De badkamer was heel schoon en comfortabel. Zeer hoge prijs voor zulke omstandigheden. Ontbijt is zeer eenvoudig - croissants en ontbijtgranen. Eigenaars zijn niet zo vriendelijk, alleen de jongeman was vriendelijk.
• Pieter H (9/5): Mooi oud pand op een rustige locatie vlakbij uitvalswegen richting de bekende vakantie gebieden. - Grote kamers, badkamer was goed uitgerust, voldoende handdoeken. De bedden waren groot genoeg en comfortabel. Locatie is dichtbij de snelweg richting de grote meren en Toscane. Je kan in het naburige dorpje prima eten, de eigenaresse weet de juiste adressen voor goed eten. We waren een tas vergeten. We zijn door de hostess/eigenaresse gebeld hierover en zei heeft de tas opgestuurd naar ons uiteindelijke vakantieadres. Ze heeft dit erg netjes afgehandeld. Misschien iets meer fruit bij het ontbijt, maar dit is persoonlijk. Wij eten graag fruit en kwark als ontbijt.
• Jan 1745 (7/5): Mooie kamer en prachtige badkamer Ideaal voor een doorreis. . - Een hele mooie kamer met een prachtige badkamer. Eenvoudig maar lekker ontbijt. We werden ontvangen door moeder en zoon. De zoon is zeer vriendelijk en spreekt goed Engels. De beschrijving op booking voldeed niet volledig aan de realiteit. Het pand is opgedeeld in verschillende delen en de villa bestaat uit een deel van het- weliswaar prachtige- geheel. Op het terras hing de was te drogen, de living deed ook dienst als ontbijtruimte, de tuin was beperkt. Ideaal voor een kort verblijf dus. Er loopt een drukke weg voor de villa nata, hetgeen goed te horen is. Uit de beschrijving van de kamer waar we sliepen, leek het alsof het ging om een aparte slaapkamer én een woonkamer met zetelbed. Het betrof echter een ruime slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed en een zetelbed erin voor twee extra personen.

• Milan (9/5): Superb - Very charming villa and rooms. Special experience if you want to stay in 16th century house. Good breakfast. Kind and helpful hosts.
• Vladyslav (1/5): Bad - The ancient middle ages living room is perfectly preserved. The villa is old with very high ceilings and stayed cool even during the heat wave. The hostess was the rudest and unfriendliest person we've ever met, and we travel a lot (to the point that she was yelling at us for no reason). Which is a shame, because otherwise the villa itself could be rather great.
• Angela (6/5): The original owners renovated the property amazingly, sadly it seems to be going downhill - Good sized rooms, quiet location, very charming young man who dealt with most of our enquiries. The woman who runs the b&b was rude and unpleasant. There was a large rack of laundry out drying right in front of the door to the property, along with piles of unused furniture. Stale croissants for breakfast.
• Nicola (8/5): Very good - Beautiful property inside decorated with style. Due to location and us cycling the host booked us a restaurant, took us and picked us back up. Excellent service. The location is remote if you don’t have transport. Photos don’t represent the current condition of the exterior of the property.
• Christian (6/5): A nice 1 night stay - Once passed the rough outside entry to the whole building, the interior and garden were pleasant and have a nice special feeling The owning family and their help were courteous and ready to help The proposed restaurant was upper level with good food … and heavy price. The owner was really welcoming but waiter’s English caused some disappointment with misunderstood orders. The sofa bed was not really comfortable The breakfast had basic and simple choices but nothing fancy

• Cristina (10/5): A true charm - I formed my opinion that in Italy, staying at a small B&B/ agriturismo is a unique experience, which could not compare to any other type of accomodation. The house is so beautiful, room was huge and was spotlessly clean, breakfast was amazing, thank you for everything, including the restaurant recommendation. Maybe i would have liked to be a bit more warmer in the room, but i have a problem with that in general, so i am the one a bit abnormal :))

• Rob (10/5): Wouw - We loved the place, really your room or apartment next to a 15th century fresco(s), unbelievable. So besides this also Sonia was great in helping us to find a restaurant, but the breakfast was pico bello. Thank you Sonia and Roberto.

• Anonymous (9/5): Romantic Italian countryside close to Lake Como. - We love the beautiful, historic villa with enormous rooms. We enjoyed drinking their wine on the terrace in the evening, with a view of the surrounding countryside. The farm animals add to the charm.

The hostess Sonia was incredibly warm and helpful, her food was delicious and her passion for the task was evident. Recommended! Could have been cleaned in more detail

Suitable for both as for family as for romantic couple at the country side, very quiet and peaceful, but a car is needed to get around. A unique place to explore the country, or just to visit! Very clean, very comfortable. Our host was very friendly and helpful. The surrounding is beautiful. It's a real farmhouse with horse, donkey, goose, chicken and cats. The breakfas was also very good.
