- Polyn (9/5): A very good hotel but CS needs to improve. - The room is really big and nice and cozy. Beds are small but comfy. It's very quiet, yet very close to everything. The pool is huge and nice.. You can isolate the bedroom from the rest of the appartment which is great when one wants to watch tv or work etc. The small balcony has a view on the pool and is nice to dry swimming gears. There is a washing machine with laundry powder!!! When we arrived at 11:30am, the room was ready and they let us in☺ You need to wear a sleeping mask in mornings as the curtains do not hide any light. The CS is not very effective. I've sent an email before to say i will arrive at 11am. They never replied. The room hasn't been cleaned when we came back at 5pm despite us putting the sign on the door since 10am. I complained to the lobby. She looked suprised but did nothing about it until I came back 30 min later. There was a waterpomp problem in the whole hotel while we were there so we couldn't use our bathroom nor shower for hours.starting.at 10am. We could only use from another room. They didn't offer any compensation for this. A free juice or sth would have been appreciated. When i asked a staff if it was fixed after 2h, he replied : "I don't know, i work in the spa. Go ask reception"... Instead of calling reception and letting us know. Also spa is very very expensive. In the bathroom, there is only a bathtube but if you want to shower, you just flood the whole bathroom and around the bath, the tiles are flat, so water never/cannot go away. It is not well thought thru. The phone in the room doesn't work so you cannot call reception. They wanted 350k to go to airport when Gojek only asked 130k... Basically, if you don't need CS/staff, this is the best place in Sanur.

- Misako (10/5): お気に入り - 部屋が広くてキッチン、洗濯機、ウォーターサーバーがあるのか便利！特に洗濯機は本当に有り難い。海から帰ってシャワーの間に水着も洋服も洗濯。翌朝には乾くので荷物が少なくて済みます！ スパも素敵。優雅な気分を味わえました♡ かなり使い込んだタオル。バスタオルは真っ白がいい。。

- Judith (9/5): Very Comfortable Stay - The location is excellent. It is located in the middle of Sanur, and it is very easy to get to the north and south ends via taxis; they are not expensive. It is a short walk to the beach path via a lane called Pantai Karang. The beds are very comfortable, the air conditioning & wifi are excellent. The staff were lovely & very helpful. So much is included, a water dispenser with hot & cold water in the kitchen area, mosquito coils for outside. plug-in ones for inside, and fish food if you are in a room with a pond. It is a lovely property. Nothing

All items in room counted!! - Nothing Everything, pool dirty/unusable, constant daily maintenance issues (water leaks, air con) had to continually whatsapp the front desk to rectify, no water for over 4 hours from 5pm. Moved to alternative accommodation after 4 of our 8 nights and was only offered compensation of half the price we paid which was not an acceptable offer for substandard accommodation. Room not as advertised. Very disappointed in response from "Resort" and Booking.com. Do not recommend this accommodation in Sanur. Management need to address drainage issues so pool can be used during rain.
- TANYA (7/5): Good Comfortable Central Location - The location is central and close to many restaurants. Loved the pool and leafy surrounds. Rooms are big. Liked the free water dispenser. Beds are comfortable. Staff were always kind and attentive. No blockouts curtains so hard to sleep in. Shower head needs repositioning more securely and on the wall up high. Water pressure can be non existent and hard to adjust heat/cold. External handrail had timber rot and is dangerous. I believe they are in the process of being replaced. Some problems roof water leakages.
- Nina (8/5): Fijn en mooi verblijf, vriendelijke personeel en een goede prijs kwaliteitverhouding - Heel fijn appartement. Alles is er wat je nodig hebt. Goede prijs kwaliteitverhouding, mooi zwembad, restaurant aanwezig en heel vriendelijk personeel. Tijdens ons verblijf van 5 dagen was er hevige regenval waardoor het water tot wel 20/30 cm stond bij het hotel. Hier kan het hotel zelf denk ik weinig aan doen. Na 2 dagen zakte het water en pompten ze het water weg. Daardoor moesten we 2 dagen lang door het water lopen om uit het hotel te komen. Verder hadden we die 2 dagen ook geen water in ons appartement. We konden wel douchen en naar de wc in een villa die niet verhuurd, maar dat deed wel af aan onze ervaring in het verblijf. Overigens had ons hele blok geen water en van een andere gast hoorde ik dat er ook al problemen waren met de druk op het water de dagen hiervoor.
- Lee (8/5): Great little property - The facility has a small kitchen with a good sized fridge between the bedroom and small loungeroom which is very handy. It's very central to heaps of good places to eat. Staff were fantastic. We have stayed here before and the only gripes would be to replace the Bali style lounge (which looks pretty) but is very uncomfortable for 2 people to sit on and the glass doors to the bedroom probably needs a curtain. The kitchen draws will need to be updated soon.
- Deharn (9/5): - Great value for money, in a fantastic location with many restaurants within walking distance. Fantastic coffee and food all within very close proximity. And an easy walk to the beach front. We loved the spaciousness of the apartment. And appreciated the washing machine. The air conditioning was great in both rooms. The facilities of the gym and pool were also good, both very clean. The pool is large and was never crowded, so perfect if you needed to so some laps, or just enjoy a swim. Room service was great value and efficient. We have booked another week as we loved our stay. And it suited our work from the apartment needs. The only negative, which was not a deal breaker for us, was that there was no couch to sit on in our apartment. There was a dining table and chairs though. Also no proper shower, just a hand held nozzle in the bath - which is large and high. This would be an issue for anybody with mobility issues.

- HAE REUM (10/5): 깨끗하고 넓고 편리한 숙소 - 걸어서 해변까지 갈 수 있고 주변에 맛집과 마켓, 상점들이 많아 편리합니다. 숙소는 깨끗하고 주방시설 및 그릇 그리고 미네랄 정수기에 세탁기까지 구비되어 잘 이용했어요. 풀장도 크고 좋았고 직원들의 응대도 바로바로 이루어져서 좋았습니다. 스노클링을 위해 사누르항 쪽으로 이동시 거리가 가까워서 괜찮았어요. 룸서비스가 오전 11시부터 5시까지만 이용 가능한 점은 좀 아쉬웠어요. 스노클링 가는날 아침 일찍 식사를 해야 했는데 이용하지 못해서 숙소 앞 베이커리에서 해결했습니다.

- Anne (9/5): Extremely happy to meet you again - Sayang Sanur Terrace House was my lovely home for two months. I loved so much the privacy in my own yard. Got even two of them, front and backyard. As a freelancer I travel with my work. Thank you so much for excellent wifi, which is private for every client in their room. Not like it has happened before, you are busy with your work and suddenly a neighbour pops in and switches the TV on, "uups" half of speed gone. Would like to thank everyone, who made my stay wonderful. My special thanks go to Sandita, who filled all my wishes, which came on my mind and those were quite many 😊 also huge thanks to people in reception, Arista, Ira and Daniel, you are doing great 😍 In my mind huge thanks go to fish as well, who entertained me a lot. We had serious talks 😉, when they refused the offered food and lot of fun moments as well. I'm not going to "blablabla" here about booking "how was the breakfast" as I did not have any, had wonderful opportunities to serve myself in my room. Maybe you'll hire a better plumber in the future 😉
- Birdtrail (6/5): Okay. - Location, spacious room The pool was closed for 2.5 days out of our 3 night away. The pool and experience around it was a big part of making the booking. What's worse, the management didn't inform us or apologize or adjust for it. They only matter of factly reacted to it upon checkout when we mentioned it. Granted heavy rain is not in their control but taking care of the guests is. So if you are booking in rains-beware! Phone in the room was not working. Some mildew smell in the kitchen and cupboards.

All Staff we encountered from check-in, cleaning ,restaurant & gardeners were incredibly friendly & helpful. We loved the layout of the room & its kitchendtte & washing machine facilities. The huge pool was great to relax in after a long day. The Restaurant provides well priced breakfast , lunch choices. Fabulous position in the centre of Sanur with close proximity to many restaurants,warungs,bars & spas. Highly recommend & look forward to our next stay. N/A

- Judith (8/5): A very comfortable stay. - The location is great, with a short walk to the beach path via Jln Pantai Kurang. It is set back from the main road and is extremely quiet. Close to many eateries and a supermarket. The rooms are very comfortable, also the air-conditioning. The pool is spotlessly clean, and the grounds. The entrance to the ground floor terraces have a fish pond, and the fish food is supplied, also mosquito coils for inside and outside. It is a very well-run accommodation house. Nothing major to complain about. I would like a walk-in shower due to my age and mobility issues, but it is a terrazzo bath with a wide ledge, it is easy to manage.

- Tanya (5/5): Sadly I can’t recommend the Terrace House - The location is good and the staff are lovely. The Terrace House apartment was clean and the double bed was comfortable. Sadly I left early even though it meant no refund. The pool was murky and unswimmable and the shower was impossible for me (a 5’4” middle aged woman) to navigate. The cane furniture in lounge area is uncomfortable.

Great air conditioning and overall nice place to stay. Staff very responsive. From the living room the neighbors were a bit loud / easy to hear. Unfortunately, all of Sanur footpaths were being dug up which made walking on street difficult.

- Shelly (7/5): Friendly comfortable hotel, close to restaurants and beach. Great pool area, safe, quiet and relaxin - The pool was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Push bikes were available for hire. Location was good. Rooms were spacious and had a large fridge that actually froze ice in the freezer. There was a hot/cold water dispenser with a very large bottle of water included, this was great. Loved feeding our own fish in the front pond. There was a large patio out the back - we had a ground floor room There was no water at times for the first couple days. So was not able to shower before dinner. The shower is over the bath which some people may find difficult to step into. There was a smell at times from the drain in the bathroom. Would have been nice to have some chairs on the back patio area, rather than having to carry out inside chairs for afternoon drinks. The beds were hard.

- Gina (9/5): Perfectly equipped apartment with balcony, pool, and outstanding service. - A very spacious one-room apartment with a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was large and perfect for a comfortable swim, and having a washing machine was a huge bonus. Everything we needed was provided, and the cleaning staff were excellent and attentive whenever required. Within easy walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. We booked a twin share for two singles, but the beds were pushed together and couldn’t be separated. Fortunately, the wide and comfortable window seat in the lounge worked well as the second bed.
- Geoffrey (5/5): Wouldn’t stay in a Terrace room again - Location central in this part of Sanur, set back off the main road so quiet. Stayed in Villa 1 last year and it was fantastic, however the Terrace room we stayed in this time was a let down. Bathroom door was extremely hard to open and close also the wardrobe door was near impossible to close fully. The shower was an over the bath style and this made it difficult to safely get into it, also the shower rose was a hand held type with no mount point to allow both hands to be free to wash yourself.
- Wendy (10/5): Fantastic spacious apartment - We loved how spacious the apartment was, with a separate bedroom, bathroom with bath and washing machine, kitchen, dining/lounge area. The view from the balcony to the pool area was lovely, as was the view at the rear of the unit overlooking frangipani and neighbouring rooftops. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool was enormous and never felt crowded and the having the cafe at one end was very convenient for a snack or lunch whilst at the pool. We will certainly look forward to returning to this lovely resort. Nothing

Location is fantastic 👌 Will be back next year. The showers need to be wall mounted or provide a shower curtain. Restaurant has so much potential however will need to increase it's hours to include dinner and offer a greater variety of drinks, cocktails would be even better!

A huge amount of space with separate living, sleeping and kitchen area with a balcony overlooking the pool (room 203) The Cafe and bar close at 5pm. Would be nice if one could get a poolside cocktail in the evening, but maybe nobody would use it much.
- Maree (10/5): Perfect location, amazing staff, clean and beautiful rooms. Loved it. - Our beautiful clean rooms had everything we needed for the perfect stay. Kitchen, washing machine, balcony, huge bedroom and lounge room, bath tub, hot and cold filtered water on tap. The staff were absolutely exceptional especially Sandii who had the biggest smile and lovely calm and helpful way. The reception staff were super helpful with our early bag drop off, the pool was divine and the resort is central to everything. Close to the beach, restaurants and warungs and yet quiet and peaceful off the main street. Can’t recommend enough Nothing. Absolutely perfect.

Only 1 smoking area, so if you’re not a smoker and want to sit on the comfy lounges in the shade you’re right out of luck.

- Maggiebnz (10/5): Peace and tranquility in the heart of Sanur - This is affordable accommodation in a great location of Sanur. It is set back off the main street and was very peaceful during the day, and night. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We liked that there was a washing machine in the Terrace House Apartment, and the apartment was very spacious. Th location was excellent because we could walk out the driveway and be in the middle of restaurants, cafes, shops and massage spas. It was only 10min walk to the beach, or to Icon Bali Mall. There is an on-site cafe so you can dine there for breakfast, lunch, sacks or drinks by the pool. There wasn't much we didn't like about Sayang Sanur, it was perfect for out 10 day stay. The only recommendations I would put forward would be to have cushions on the pool side loungers, and for cafe staff to maybe go around to guests sitting at the pool and ask if they would like any food or drinks, every now and again. I think you would get a bit more business that way. But it's also easy enough to ask at the cafe for any food or drinks to have at the pool. A more powerful hairdryer in the apartment would be awesome and perhaps tea and coffee supplied for a day or two.
- Samuel (10/5): Peaceful Oasis in Sanur - We spent two nights at Sayang Sanur and really enjoyed our stay. The property is set back from the main road, so it’s pleasantly quiet. The beach and a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and shops are all within walking distance. The apartments are spacious and equipped with everything you might need. The pool and garden are very well maintained and perfect for relaxing. Depending on traffic, the airport is about 30 to 60 minutes away. You could easily stay here for a longer period if you're looking for a peaceful base. We would definitely come back. -

- Jodie (8/5): Great location. Lovely rooms apart from curtains - The staff very friendly. Rooms clean and spacious. When we had a complaint, the manager upgraded us. We started in the room we booked. Although nice the curtains were quite sheer making the room very light all night. We did complain and got upgraded to a much nicer room with blockout curtains. I would suggest block out curtains for all rooms.

- Steven (4/5): Worst hotel to finish off a 20-day holiday in Bali, Java and Gilli. - The Pool Arrived in torrential rain and the two check in reception staff sat and watched the taxi driver collect an umbrella next to them to cover my wife and our luggage. On checking in (by the female of the two employees) was given a list of room items that would need to be paid for if we stole them and then told we were to notify the reception 40min before checking out so as to have the items listed counted? Taken to the room and on entry a smell of sewage (due to the kitchen sinks not plumbed correctly therefore allowing the sewage smell). I don't believe the photo or description of the room paid for was the same as we received as there was a second-floor apartment accommodation on top that you could hear every step of the occupants in the room with tiled floors. As it was still raining and the need to eat dinner outside the "resort" only one umbrella was provided for two people so on asking the reception to borrow another the reply from one of the two trainees was "you will have to return it, or you will be charged" The room shower towels must have been from the original opening day. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed ever experienced with every spring now imbedded in my wife and I back. The room lounge chair cushion was flatter than a pancake. There were no cushions on the pool side aluminum rattan lounges therefore long stay were uncomfortable. There were cushions on the smoking area lounges.

I advised the staff, and they said it would be checked, but unfortunately, we didn't get the chance to swim as it didn't clear within the 3 days we were booked into the hotel

Couldn’t watch tv easily because couch was in wrong position. Tired and dated furniture and needs good coat of Paine. Saw cleaner rinsing mop in the outdoor fish pond. Was told noisy air conditioner would be fixed, didn’t happen. Breakfast at restaurant was cold and dining closed at 5.00pm.

It was spotlessly clean and roomy and we loved that it had a washing machine to do our washing. The pool was beautiful, clean and huge. The staff were a standout at this property, so friendly. The restaurant on site was great for breakfast and not that we used it but they also provided room service Nothing

- Linda (8/5): It was good but beach access a bit of a walk but beach not great in wet season. - brekky and pool Acess to room was STEPPING STONES OVER A FISH POND, whilst serene it was a bit dangerous in the rain or if carrying bags in and out if your older or a bit unstable on your legs. Also the pavers in the driveway back to the road were a bit unstable and 2 people had falls whilst we were there.
