- Syaniza (9/5): My stay at The Jerai was a pleasant and memorable to our family. - The service and hospitality of their staff is excellent. We requested many things such as extra towel, add on extra mattress and house keeping to clean the room and they send the staff immediately after our request! The food during breakfast was not bad at all. Nasi lemak, kueyteow tasted good. Almost non dislike 😁

- Nur (9/5): - What I like about this property is its reasonable price, which includes a very good breakfast. The room was comfortable, and my family and I really enjoyed the food as well as the swimming pool provided. What I didn’t like about this property is that I booked two rooms , one with a double bed and another with twin beds , but the staff did not inform me in advance about any changes. When I arrived, they told me the double bed room was fully booked and I had to switch to a twin bed instead, which spoiled my mood at the time, especially as it was my first anniversary. However, it was still okay as my family and I chose to enjoy the stay since we really needed to rest.

Jangan risau report polis otw.. Bilik busuk.. Staff biadap..2 kali staff housekeeping cuba pecah masuk masa kami tengah tidur..sekali cukup laa kami bgtaw ada orang..kali kedua cuba pecah masuk lagi dengan..staff tu 2 org perempuan bertudung dengan seorang lelaki..mmg bangsat punya hotel..sy dh record video diorang tengah mengendap..memang biadap sungguh staf hampa layan kami noh? - Siti (7/5): Good - The location is strategic. Breakfast was good. The staff is also have good personality. I think this hotel should upgrade their cleanliness. The pillow and bedsheets in room is quite smelly. Have asked them to change but the reason is unacceptable which they claimed they forgot to change. The mug in room got stains and crack. There is leaking in hallway. Please upgrade maintenance.
