• Thomas (9/5): Immer noch eine gute Wahl aber … - Wir waren das zweite mal in der Anlage und es hat uns wieder gut gefallen. Die Bungalows waren sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Betten bequem und weich für thailändische Verhältnisse. Aber dieses mal können wir keine 10 Punkte vergeben. Wir hatten über der Terrasse am Bungalow einen großen Sonnenschirm der auch nicht einfach zu entfernen war. Gut gemeint als Sonnen- und Regenschutz. Aber dort drunter hat sich die Hitze so gestaut, das man nicht dort sitzen konnte. Außerdem hat sich auf dem Sonnenschirm viel Dreck gesammelt. Das mit den Vorhängeschloss als Türschloss sollte auch geändert werden.

No restaurant at the venue though they were happy to call and order food to be delivered to your room. We travelled with a 9 month old baby, staff were very friendly with him, always smiling and playing with him when they could.

• Gabriele (9/5): Kleines tropisches Paradies - Das Larissa Samed liegt in einem wunderbaren, gut gepflegten tropischen Garten. Die Bungalows sind einfach, aber praktisch und modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht! Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig und doch ist man in wenigen Schritten am grossen Sandstrand oder im Ort.

• Lauren (9/5): - Close to everything but felt very private and secure. The private beach was beautiful and a lovely break from the busy main areas. Aircon was good and the bed was comfortable. The cleaners came every day as soon as we would go out. The private beach was very rocky and we got cut even with water shoes. Room felt very private except for being able to hear everything happening outside as it was not very soundproof. Shower water spilled across the bathroom floor when showering.

• Romane (10/5): Idéal pour déconnecter - Bungalow perdus au nord de l’île, avec comme seul bruit les oiseaux et la mer. À 3 minutes à pied de la grande plage, et à 5 minutes des commerces. Très ressourçant, on peut même louer des scooter à l’hôtel pour se balader sur l’île.

Der Strand in der Nähe circa 20 m vom Bungalow ist leider kein Badestrand sehr viele Steine, aber man kann nicht alles haben. Es gibt wunderbare Ausweichmöglichkeiten

• Rebekka (8/5): Eine kleine Ruheoase - Die ruhige Lage, die Ausstattung der Bungalows und der Room Service waren sehr gut. Auch der schöne Garten. Der kleine private Strand und in nur wenigen Gehminuten war man am Hauptstrand und im Zentrum. Abends konnte man nicht draußen sitzen wegen der Moskitos und tagsüber war es unglaublich heiss vor den Bungalows. Ausserdem hat das Nachbarresort täglich sein Abwasser ins Meer gelassen.

• Renate (7/5): Not a bad place to stay but it’s overpriced (by 20-30%) - Good location, close to town but away from noise etc. Large, clean room. Didn’t like the bed at all, quite dangerous - the mattress is much smaller than the surrounding platform so it was difficult to see/judge the edge of the bed in low light. I walked into it twice and 4 weeks later still have the bruises - it also has plastic pieces nailed to the corners which makes hitting the bed that little bit more painful 🫤 Also no sockets or light switches near the bed. Blinds over the windows are too small. Beach furniture is poor.

• Maria Næsby (10/5): - Resortet ligger for sig selv i byen, så der er stille og roligt. Der er privat strand, dog er det bedst at bade, når det er højvandet. Men der er dejligt og roligt. Der er ingen restaurant på resortet, hvilket ikke var et problem. Det eneste det kunne bruge var en badebro, så man kunne komme ud hvor der var dybt, ellers intet.

• Fiona (7/5): No frills - Good location, cute garden, and nice ocean front. - The place is cute (the garden and alley in between the cabins are very pretty - lots of trees and beautiful plants) and the location is perfect, secluded yet super close to main beach and town. Snorkeling is ok (snokerling boats come to this spot and feed the fishes...). Rooms were very clean too and thet give you beach towels, The beach next to the hotel (main beach) is very beautiful. Bring water shoes. The "beach" isn't really one imo in the sense that yes it touches the water but but it's not a sandy beach and it's very rocky and therefore not easy to enter the water. High tide a bit better i'd say. So bring your shoes, and be extra careful if you are going swimming with kids. That being said, once you manage to get yourself out there, there's some interesting snorkeling. The beds are rock hard and you can hear everything in the room next door. Also, we had the first room with ocean view (cabin 1) and next to our cabin, on the left side when you are facin the cabin, there was an exposed giant blue pipe and a big pile of black trash bags against the wall. It would be easy i think to at least dispose of the bags and hide the pipe a bit, That unfinished construction look was unfortunate. The lady at reception wasn't the friendliest though she seemed to warm up a bit a the end.
• cameron (10/5): The perfect 🤩 place to relax and recharge! - Such a relaxing place to do lots of nothing. The rooms were great and you could just relax. Stayed 5 nights and could have stayed 5 more… loved the wildlife too Will be back… minutes to the perfect beach, restaurants and perfect clear water Everything was great and the staff were amazing. Dealt with a person smoking cannabis around families and non-smokers - thank you. 🙏

• Margie (9/5): - Very comfortable accommodation in a great location. Rooms serviced daily. Easy stroll to the busy beach and village. Many restaurants close by. Fairly good snorkeling out the front. Little private beach with lots of nice shaded areas to chill out. Also nice swimming at high tide. Motorbike hire on site. We loved staying here. There is no pool and no breakfast available. No pool doesn't bother us as we snorkel mostly and for breakfast we bought fruit from the village and yoghurt from the 7-Eleven. The price would increase if these 2 things were available so we were very happy with our stay.

• Karla (9/5): Sehr entspannend - Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig - der Partystrand nebenan ist von weitem zu hören. Dennoch nah zum Ort (5-10 Minuten zu Fuß), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (7/11) und vielen Restaurants, Massagesalons und zu einer Klinik und Apotheke. Alles da. Zum Badestrand ist es noch näher, am besten mietet man eine Sonnenliege mit Sonnenschirm für 100 Baht pro Person. Auch günstige Restaurants am Strand, wenn man schaut. Außerdem auch lecker Hühnchen, Papayasalat und Reis am Strand essen direkt vom Händler. - Schöne Strandspaziergänge. Angenehm große Terrasse, wo wir jeden Morgen unser Müsli mit Obst gefrühstückt haben, denn Frühstück gibt es nicht in der Unterkunft. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung. Gut einstellbare Aircondition. Viel Natur drum herum. Super. Jeden Tag haben wir den Tockey gehört. Wir haben nochmals 10 Tage verlängert und haben uns prima erholt.- Gute Anbindung an die Fähre, 20 Baht pro Person für das Songtaew vom Hafen zur Unterkunft. Kein Frühstück in der Unterkunft; Handtücher zum Teil aus Polyester, nicht saugfähig. Bettwäsche auch aus Polyester. Wir haben unser eigenes Laken deswegen mitgebracht und eine eigene Decke. War auch für andere Untrkünfte gut, wo es nur dicke Decken gab. - Abends zum Teil sehr voll auf der Straße, im Laden und im Restaurant.

• Калиниченко (10/5): - Понравилось абсолютно все!!! Чистота в бунгало. Удобство расположения в отеле. Приватность местоположения и в то же время доступность до всего на острове. Да, пляж каменистый, но нам в коралках было удобно, зато пляж только для гостей отеля, а в 5 минутах ходьбы большой песочный пляж. Не было шумных гостей. Полная тишина и релакс. Вернемся на Самет только в этот отель.

La plage de l'établissement n'est quasiment pas praticable contrairement a ce que montre les photos car il y a de gros rochers. On est 3 à s'être baigné et 3 à s'être coupé au niveau des pieds sur les rochers.

• Anaïs (6/5): Séjour agréable malgré le bruit du matin - Emplacement t’es proche du port et centre ville, chambre propre et lieu sympa avec plage privative Bruyant: bruit de construction et du personnel de jardinage dès 7h30 le matin.
• Bobrovskikh (10/5): - Прекрасное расположение! И свой пляж к, и до большого Sai Kaew 3 минуты пешком. Море у отеля сначала не понравилось, но, когда на Sai Kaew принесло мусор и медуз, мы очень даже оценили чистоту отельного моря. Можно взять на ресепшн спасжилеты и маски, и проплыть за камни, куда привозят туристов с других пляжей. Рыб, конечно, не много, зато есть морские ежи и разноцветные тридакны. В номере есть чайник, чай и кофе, вода. Ежедневно меняют полотенца и делают уборку. Отличное обслуживание! Очень уютный милый отель.
• Aatos (10/5): Unohtumaton kokemus viidakon ja meren äärellä - Larissa Samed Resort on kauniin viidakkomaisen puutarhan keskellä. Kuistilta on mukava seurata puutarhan elämää ja viidakon ääniä. Bungalowit ovat erittäin siistejä ja viihtyisiä ja niissä on huippuluokkaiset vuoteet. Tällä kertaa Sametin päärannan vesi oli likaista, enkä halunnut uida siinä. Resortin yksityisrannalla vesi oli puhdasta ja oli miellyttävää pulahtaa meressä hellepäivän keskellä. Erityisen maininnan saa resortin henkilökunta. Palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä, persoonallista ja sydämellistä. Tästä jäi hyvät muistot! Ulkona oli aika paljon pikkuhyönteisiä ja moskiittoja, mutta onneksi ne eivät päässeet huoneeseen.
• Carina (7/5): Würden den Aufenthalt als gut bewerten, da die Lage gut war und die Bungalows sauber. - Wir haben den kleinen privaten Strand abends sehr gerne genutzt, um in aller Ruhe noch den Abend zu genießen. Die Lage war auch super. In wenigen Schritten ist man am großen Hauptstrand, an dem sehr viel los ist, dort kann man sich Liegestühle für 100Baht am Tag leihen und kann sich überall Kaffee und Getränke oder einen Snack holen. Uns hat leider gar nicht gefallen, dass es überall auf der Insel sehr zugemüllt ist. Leider auch bei unserer Unterkunft. Auf der Terrasse sah man die abgeladenen Müllsäcke hinter den Bungalows. Ich glaube, dass die Insel ein generelles Müllproblem hat. Dienst sehr klein und es sind sehr viele Touristen dort. Der private Strand war leider zu wellig um ihn zu nutzen. Aufgrund der Steine konnten wir dort nicht wirklich hineingehen. Dadurch war auch das Wasser sehr aufgewühlt und die Sicht zum schnorcheln schlecht. Wenn das Wasser ruhig ist und die Sicht besser, eignet der Strand sich aber so ch er sehr gut zum schnorcheln. Zusammengefasst hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass man etwas mehr Liebe hineinsteckt und etwas mehr auf die Müllentsorgung achtet. Besonders am Strand könnte man zum Beispiel noch mehr liegen aufstellen und Auflagen zur Verfügung stellen.
• Steffi (9/5): - Wir wurden zu jeder Zeit nett im Hotel empfangen. Das gesamte Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag zu unserer kompletten zufrieden sauber gemacht.

• inés (10/5): Un magnifique séjour - Des bungalows simples mais avec tous ce qu'il fallait. Clim, lit confortable, terrasse, bouilloire avec thé et café. Environnement avec beaucoup de végétation et surtout, surtout, une plage privé à 50 m de mon bungalow. Ça compensait largement le vis à vis assez proche des autres bungalows. Aucun bungalow n'avait vue sur la mer. Je précise car j'ai vue un couple de jeune faire un énorme scandale parce qu'ils en voulaient un avec vue sur la mer. J'ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était très sympathique. Et l'hôtel était à 5 mn à pied de la grande plage avec café, restaurant et du bien sûr beaucoup plus de monde.
• kimm1 (10/5): great valued place to enjoy the beach - amazing location short walk to everywhere and away from the touristy area 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to the town main street the lovely lady who runs the place was always friendly and helpful the room we stayed had a great view of the water the room had every thing you needed for a great stay stayed 6 days and loved every day will come back again many thanks had a kettle and fridge but some kitchen bowls plates and utensils would be nice

The manger was super rude and races 🙏ישראלים ממליץ לא להתקרב,תומכת BDS מובהקת .חוויה נוראית Just a warning for travelers visiting Ko Samet. We arrived at Larissa Samed Resort with a confirmed reservation after sending a message in advance regarding our room. The resort never replied. When we asked about it at check-in, the manager became upset and cancelled our reservation on the spot, leaving us without accommodation at 3 PM. She also made an unpleasant comment about Israelis. We had to find another hotel last minute. Very disappointing experience.

• Parag (10/5): Highly recommended cute resort with amazing staff - This is a cute hotel with a private beach. The private beach is more for snorkeling. The nice beach is only one minute walk away with many restaurants and bars nearby. It is about five minutes from the pier by taxi and they provide a scooter shuttle from the taxi drop off point to the resort entrance. The staff is amazingly nice. The Wi-Fi is not fully reliable. We had a small issue with our room,AC and they fixed it immediately. They have nice seating swings and other facilities near the private beach. The Wi-Fi was so so so if you’re highly dependent on it, you might need a back up plan. I don’t view this to be an issue, but it’s about a five minute walk to the main street where you can get 7-Eleven massages and additional food.

• Staffan Nordqvist (9/5): Mycket trevligt boende med nära till allt - Mycket trevliga bungalower nära Sai Kaew beach, men ändå en bit ifrån larmet från stranden och byn. Det infann sig ett fantastiskt lugn när man svängde ner mot bungalowerna efter den korta promenaden. Personalen var mycket hjälpsam med att rekommendera restauranger som serverade frukost i närheten, då de själva inte erbjöd det. Bra WIFI och alltid renstädade rum med nya vattenflaskor när man kom hem på eftermiddagen. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende. Det var en del mygg på kvällarna, men personalen kom förbi varje eftermiddag med tända myggspiraler till alla altaner, och det fungerade rätt bra. Kompletterade med myggmedel och då fick man vara ifred för blodsugarna.
• Johanna (10/5): A peaceful and relaxing stay — we highly recommend it and would love to return again - We loved the peaceful location and the private part of the beach, which is excellent for snorkeling, especially in the morning and early afternoon when it’s at its most beautiful. You can bring your own snorkel gear and water shoes, or rent equipment at the reception. The resort is within walking distance of several restaurants, which was very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful — they assisted us in extending our stay at short notice and arranged an early morning taxi and boat transfer for us. The rooms were lovely and very clean. Nothing — we were very happy with our stay.

The sweet little beach has great snorkeling, and the main b - This was the perfect little property for our family vacation. The private beach was a great place to snorkel, the grounds were very clean, and the spaces were clean and comfortable. It is not the fault of the hotel, but there was a distinct sewer smell most days, especially near the water. Hopefully this is temporary.
