• Erida (6/5): Convenient location close to the university - Location was great, terrace was nice and sunny to stay outside. Staff was helpful to carry luggage up the stairs as there was no elevator. The room was too small with no desk or work space. The bathroom flush was not working properly. Breakfast was very simple, with only a couple of options, each item had to be asked from the staff, with juice and water served only on demand on plastic cups.

• Melissa (4/5): - Posizione Non mi è piaciuta la pulizia, sopratutto del bagno, il ragazzo dello staff che ci ha accolti non parlava l’italiano e non ci capiva neanche in inglese, assenza di bottigliette di acqua, di bicchieri, di un bollitore in camera con te, tisane etc. come in tutti i b&b in cui sono stata. Colazione inclusa nel prezzo veramente scadente. Un cuscino a testa sottile senza avere la possibilità di averne un altro nell’ armadio.

Per un soggiorno lungo non so se ritornerei... Per una sola notte accettabile...

• clara (6/5): Para salir del paso está bien, pero deja bastante que desear. - Hacer el check-in y el check-out fue muy fácil. Está bien comunicado con el metro, aunque andando bastante lejos del centro y de la estación de tren. Se oye muchísimo ruido de la calle, el desayuno deja bastante que desear. Realmente las fotos no hacen justicia al hotel, y en persona no está tan limpio ni nuevo.

L'edificio è bellissimo e questo crea un'atmosfera familiare. La colazione era impeccabile, servita sulla splendida terrazza. Paolo in particolare è stato super gentile e molto attento a tutte le nostre esigenze. Da lì si può godere di una vista panoramica sui dintorni dell'hotel. Ideale per chi cerca un po' di riposo durante una vacanza. Posizione centrale. Tornerò sicuramente! Nulla

• Tatiana (5/5): - I sanitari nuovi. Posizione comoda per la nostra necessità. Non mi è piaciuto che la camera prenotata aveva delle foto COMPLETAMENTE differenti da quella che ci hanno assegnato. Inoltre aveva un odore di deodorante per ambiente esagerato, probabilmente a coprire la pulizia mediocre. Era fredda, abbiamo trovato il letto fatto con un solo lenzuolo e abbiamo dovuto prendere il copriletto, che era il meno peggio a livello di pulizia rispetto alla coperta. Scarico parzialmente funzionante, qualche capello qua e là (anche sulle lenzuola) e testata pitonata con annessi comodini.

• Francesca (8/5): Hotel semplice ma carino - Camera minimal ma accogliente, letto comodo e bagno pulito. La struttura si trova a pochi minuti dalla fermata della metro ed è in una zona tranquilla. Lo staff che ci ha accolto è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Nel frigo della stanza c’erano due bottigliette d’acqua ed è sempre cosa gradita. La colazione era un po’ scarsa a livello di scelta, infatti c’erano solo brioche e yogurt. Era comunque buona. Se dovessi trovare qualche puntiglio, potrebbe essere utile mettere un bollitore in ogni stanza.

• Carolin (8/5): Für einen Städtetrip eine super Unterkunft, die alles hat, was man braucht, wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist. - Kleine Unterkunft mit wenigen Zimmern. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Das Frühstück bestand aus süßen Croissant und Kaffee oder Tee, typisch italienisch. Die Croissant waren die besten, die ich bisher hatte. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Das r Einige Dinge müssten mal erneuert werden. Unsere Klospülung war bspw locker und das Bettzeug müsste ebenfalls mal getauscht werden. Die Terrassen könnten ein wenig Aufmerksamkeit vertragen.

• Jet35693797135 (2/5): a total regret, a complete failure - By far one of the worst places I've ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, we were served by a man of Indian origin who tried to trick us with the city tax. He wanted to charge us 30 euros per staff member per night (absolutely insane). The other days, he was less than helpful with information. We asked for an iron, but he said it had to be returned immediately. The breakfast was nothing special, limited to sweet rolls and yogurt. The rooms left much to be desired. Dirty sheets, bed bugs, very slow internet speed, and sometimes it wouldn't even connect. The hot water pumping system was deficient. The wood on the ceiling was riddled with woodworm. The terrace was very dirty; it hadn't been cleaned for days. The wall paint was peeling off. In short, a disaster. For the price and the services, it's a bad place to stay. Please stay away from this place.

• Arife Nazan (8/5): Sakin bir Roma tatili - Cok sakin ve Bologna merkeze sadece bir kac dakika yurume mesafesinde olan bir yer. Calisanlar ozellikle de Paul cok yardimci oldu. Merkeze uber yada metro ile kolayca gidebilirsiniz. Her yer yemyesil, kuş sesleriyle kahvalti yaptik ama sikinti sivrisinekler. Mutlaka koruyucu bir sprey bulundurun yaninizda.
• Michal (10/5): - Pekne, komfortne a moderne zariadené izby, čistota. Spočiatku som mal trochu strach ako urobiť check in, keďže recepcia je otvorená len do 20:00 a prišli sme o 22:00. Ubytovateľ však túto situáciu bez problémov zvládol a dal nám všetky inštrukcie ako sa dostať dnu.

Polecam ❤️ - Bardzo cicha okolica, dobrze działająca klimatyzacja, lodówka, suszarka do włosów, codzienne sprzątanie, miła obsługa, dobra kawa, lokalizacja blisko metra i przystanków autobusowych, w odległości 10 minut pieszo od hotelu znajduje się bardzo duży supermarket Conad Superstore, duża łazienka, ciepła woda, taras.

• Vincent (6/5): Pleasant - Our stay at Imperial Suite was just okay. The rooms were decent, but there were a few issues that made the experience stressful. A night before our stay, I received a call from the hotel saying that my booking didn’t match the number of people in my group, which caused unnecessary stress. I had to double-check and forward my booking details to clarify the situation. When we arrived, none of the three rooms we booked had an AC remote, which led to a very uncomfortable night. We had to request the remotes the next day before they were finally provided. The rooms themselves were fine, but the breakfast was very limited—just a croissant, yogurt, a small cake, and coffee. The bath was, in my opinion in - The nice terrace, although we could not enjoy due to the weather and the neighbourhood was quite calm. The location, the hotel was 40 minutes away from the city center by walk.

• Sebastiano (7/5): I would be again in Imperia Suite but I also hope I can connect to internet through the Wi Fi - The staff has been very good and gentle. The Imperia suite is close to my office. Rome is always the most beautifull town in the world. Moreover is very close to the subway. The internet connection. For two consecutive days I had a lot of issues connecting to the wifi. It's very unstable. In my opinion also the breakfast should be improved. The croissants seem to be not fresh but unfrezed.
