• Irene (10/5): I let a precious possession there and the staff went over and beyond to help return it to me. - It was beautiful…with a central spiral staircase. Staff was attentive, we had an issue with our door…immediately staff was there…it was just our issue..door was fine.

• De Alba (8/5): Agradable, con ciertos cuellos de botella - Excelente el desayuno, pero es muy pequeño el comedor, tuvimos que esperar y aveces el tiempo es dificil que se pueda esperar, probablemente ampliar el horario sea una buena idea, por que se puede uno acomodar a hacer algunas cosas y luego regresar tranquilamente a desayunar Realmente precio-calidad creo que no hay objeccion, definitivamente la espera del desayuno, demasiada gente y muy poco espacio, tambien el estacionamiento se llena y no encuetras espacio

• amorey (10/5): Overall, it’s a well-maintained vintage hotel with friendly staff, secure parking, and great value for a one-night stopo - The building has a lot of character and is very well maintained for its age—classic design with thoughtful upkeep throughout. Check-in was easy, and the front desk staff were friendly and professional. The location was convenient, the secured parking was a huge plus, and the valet staff were helpful and kind. Free breakfast was a nice bonus before hitting the road again, and the provided soap and lotion were surprisingly nice quality, which was a thoughtful touch. The only downside was the car exhaust from the highway, but we were just there for a quick stopover and expected that going in.

Dostępna była woda oraz kawa do ekspresu. Przez to, że blisko głównej drogi to był duży hałas, klimatyzacja stara chodziła głośno i ciężko było ja ustawić. Śniadanie dla nas było bardzo słabe, nie było nawet możliwości napicia się herbaty (po prośbie obsługa podgrzała w mikrofali wodę)

Has all the amenities we 👧 had looked forward to. Everything was close by. From shopping at the mall, to burger King to eating at pescador y mariscos. We had a safe pleasant comfortable worry and stress free stay. We couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks to you 👧 all at booking.com for your assistance to choose Hotel Baez Carrillaz. We didn't have enough time to stay longer. And it's difficult to change US dollars💵 into Mexican🇲🇽 pessos.

El desayuno es sencillo pero rico (es un plus porque es cortesía) Tiene detalles de mantenimiento como manchas en paredes o goteras en áreas comunes que no afectan tu estancia
