- Meeks (10/5): I had a great experience staying at the Quality Inn in Greensboro! - I was very grateful for the exceptional service I received when I arrived at the Quality Inn! I was very tired after a long trip and the concierge, Chris, was very patient and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked. I stayed two days and got a lot of rest, coffee and breakfast both mornings, and enjoyed my stay tremendously! Thank you so much! Everything was great! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The location was central to everything I needed and I had a great experience. I will certainly be returning when I visit family in the area.

- Leah (8/5): Safe and Friendly Hotel and Staff - The hotel is in a decent area and located just by the interstate. Very friendly staff. My only complaint was the fridge in our room made noise all night till I unplugged it.

Everything here was excellent and clean. Bed comfy, courteous staff and super clean. There was a spray scent added to the room I didn't enjoy, like a plug-in or the like, too much for my nose, but everything else was fab!

Not a single object or surface in this hotel room felt cleanly enough to leave food on, touch or simply to lean on. Pictures do not do justice to how filthy and visibly unkept each area was. Take reviews praising this Quality Inn's cleanliness with a grain of salt.

- B. (4/5): There are better options. - This was a trip to The Masters for me and my son. This was a semi-affordable option but in my opinion was way over priced for the condition of this hotel. This place is a sub $100 hotel all day long. It is an older hotel that was renovated some time ago. Honestly it needs to be torn down and start over. It got the job done but next time I will just pay more to stay at a nicer hotel.

- Heiser (6/5): A short stay - We were passing through and needed a place to stay for the night. I was a Choices member a few years ago, so I asked about my membership, but unfortunately, it had expired. The manager said it would be no problem to become a member again, and within five minutes the membership issue was resolved. The room was comfortable and clean. The only reason I gave it a four instead of a five is because it is an older room, smaller than most, and no breakfast. But for the accommodations, it was priced lower. Also, there is a Waffle House in walking distance.

Within 3 mins we asked for a refund and were offered the “luxury” room. No thanks!!! Bugs travel!! The young man upfront was polite and after calling the mgr he was able to refund our money.

- Stacy (10/5): Other than the man living there and working there this would have been a great place for vacation - The lady running the front desk was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond on everything she did. There was one cleaning lady that also went above and beyond what she did also. The man and lady that was in charge of cleaning was not what we expected they live there and he is always looking at the little girls to the point where it is very uncomfortable with the little ones he has no business working there. I will not stay there again as long as he is there had it not been for him I would recommend this place to anyone but as long as he is there I will not be back and I wouldn’t recommend anyone with children to stay here it’s a disaster waiting to happen the man was a foreigner and he has no business in this kind of work

Our big issue was with the cleaning staff that begged for a tip and literally followed me to my vehicle continuing to ask for one.

I was told by the staff that the girl responsible for cleaning the room was angry and left work early. I never received a call or an apology from the manager. In addition, the electricity in my room was loss the next morning while taking a shower. Bad experience
