• Dwilani (9/5): Superb - The room service is very pleasing. The breakfast provided is also great. At night, there were too many mosquitos in the restaurants and receptionist.

• Mochamad (7/5): Stay At Bekasi At MERAPI MERBABU HOTEL BEKASI - This is a good and strategic hotel in Bekasi area. Theres McD in front of the hotel. Close to bekasi's city center and great spots. Food also good. Delicious. Clean. And good serving. Parking lot also spacious Room was good. Its big and spacious The AC is so bad. Its not cool. Its even took long time to get the air cool. When we go out and return back to the room, the room is warm. The electricity efficiency make all electronics including AC turn off when we're out. The shower also didnt spray strong. Hot and cold work well but the spray from the shower was weak.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Not clean room and dusty. - The hotel room is very unclean. Too many dust both inside room and especially in balcony. Bathroom is also not clean.

• Verified traveler (6/5): New hotel, good rooms, needs improvement - The hotel itself is fairly new and rooms are in good condition. Didn't like the smell of cigarettes that seemed to be in hallway and room. No bar fridge in room. No hotel information book in room. No room service even though room service button on phone. Wanted to charge us half the room rate for a late check-out after our wedding night which didn't strike me as great customer service. Otherwise room fairly spacious and clean. Pool good. Breakfast good mixed selection of western and Indonesian buffet. Bit rough charging around 100k for am instant coffee and cup of tea on checkout.
