Бассейн ледяной, купаться не возможно. Уборка в номерах символическая. Сантехниха была грязная, когда мы заехали, я купила моющее средство, помыла сама. Очень шумно по ночам, с открытым окном спать сложно🤣.

• Evgen (9/5): - Персонал отличный! Все добрые! Много чёрной плесени в ванной комнате. Как оказалось пластиковая ванна была треснула и вода сквозь щель попадает под ванную. Но так как ванная вмонтирована глухо и без доступа под неё то вся влага скапливается под ней и плесень процветает. . Номер с в частичным видом на море. Хотя заказали и оплатили номер с полным видом. Окна выходили на дорогу и напротив стоящий отель QUINTER на первом этаже которого караоке массаж. Всё ночи напролёт оглушительная музыка и дискотека мешали спать. Всю улицу и близлежащую обоссали местные таксисты, водители автобусов и рикш. Причём ссат прям при тебе и твоих родственниках. Не стесняются даже. Антисанитария ужасная. Бассейн ледяной, отдыхали если так можно сказать с 19.03.26 ро 30.03.26. Завтраки на 3-4 балла из пяти. Недоеденное сегодня завтра продавалось в другом виде. Не очень как-то. Сушить плавки и купальники не на чем. В ванной сырость. Ничего не сохнет. Холодильничек малюсенький на 2 бутылки шампанского не холодильник от слова совсем. Вобщем-то не советую.

• Jindriska (8/5): Man kann dort bedenkenlos zu dem Preis ca. 27,-€ pro Nacht dort buchen. Alles war ok. - Die Lage ist gut, etwa 500 m zum Strand, das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigeren Straße. Das Frühstücksbuffet war dem Hotel entsprechend groß und ganz gut, für jeden war etwas dabei. Nur der Kaffee hat sehr schlecht geschmeckt. Auf jeden Fall Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war mehr als in Ordnung. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dafür war halt der preis in Ordnung.

• Tatiana Poly (10/5): Приятное место в удобной локации - Отличный отель в хорошем месте. Набережная 300 метров. В отеле очень чисто по сравнению с другими отелями Вьетнама. Очень удобная мягкая кровать. Балкон небольшой, но красивый вид. Хороший чистый бассейн и терраса. На завтраке есть что выбрать, с учетом местной специфики. Персонал на ресепшене дружелюбный, охотно идет навстречу. Жаль, что придется уехать в другое место, так как нет номеров в связи с лунным новым годом, но сама сюда еще бы вернулась, а также буду рекомендовать знакомым. Выбрала номер Делюкс с балконом с частичным видом на море

Bin circa um 19:00 Uhr angereist, konnte den Safe leider nicht benutzen, bei Nachfrage wurde mir gesagt sie schicken jemanden in den nächsten 10 Minuten. Kam aber keiner,habe dann morgens noch mal nachgefragt dann kam endlich jemand musste erst freigeschaltet werden. Für die Grüße und Ausstattung des Hotels ein zu kleiner Trainingsbereich, und leider auch sehr alt.

• Mopiiex_ac (5/5): Жить можно, но грязно - Отличное месторасположение, близко пляж, нормальные завтраки, вкусный суп, дают пляжные полотенца, есть бассейн и тренажерный зал. Есть кондиционер. Кровать удобная и большая. Быстрое вселение и выселение. Девушка администратор хорошо говорит на английском языке. Это каскад, при входе в номер нас встретили местные жители в виде семейства тараканов, они буквально были в недоумении, почему мы их потревожили. Борьба с ними не помогла, они регулярно пополняли свои ряды, особенно ночью в ванной комнате и конечно присоединялись к трапезам. Администратор сделал вид, что не знает таких слов и тараканов у них нет, номер не поменяли якобы из-за отсутствия. Уборка в номере тянет на 1 звезду, волосы везде, плесень на шторке в ванной, капли крови на постельном, потухший запах от полотенец. Дверь на балкон открывается с особым усилием, жена открыть и закрыть не смогла. Мебель ветхая. Возле кондиционера после 10 дней проживания поползла плесень, естественно никто это не убирал. Я пытался оставлять чаевые, но вместо тщательной уборки перестали менять постельное белье, тогда жена пошла жаловаться и чудо, белье начали менять. Поняли одно, чаевые оставлять нельзя, первый раз такое отношение. Бассейн есть, но вода жутко холодная, купаться невозможно, только окунуться. Тренажерный зал есть, но ничего не работает и все грязное, благо есть турник. Обеды не плохие, но все жаренное и сильно калорийное. В итоге за свои деньги это дорого, есть альтернативы получше и дешевле. Однако мы в номере были не часто, поэтому казались все минусы терпимыми, кроме уборки. А самое ужасное, спите себе в 8 30 и тут звонок в дверь, уборка, при этом нажали кнопку не беспокоить (не убираться).

• Gary (5/5): Not for the westerners. Go elsewhere. - Firstly I chose this hotel for myself and 2 friends (3 separate rooms) from the photographs on Booking.com. The photos gave the impression the hotel was on the beachfront or very near to the beachfront. It is several hundred metres away from the beachfront. The advert said restaurant for lunch and dinner and signs indicating 0600-2200 restaurant opening hours but that’s not true. Only breakfast and that was disappointing as one of my party was not overly mobile to walk to restaurants some kilometres away. There was no bar or room service even though mini bar was listed in the room directory. and the hotel was really only good for sleeping in. It was tired, needed a renovation and was dark and not bright. Lots of noise from other quests as well. Breakfast had very little to offer a westerner and most of the food was warm at best. Not the place for us and good it was only 4 nights. The showers were at very best a touch warmer than cold and when asked the engineer stated to let them run for the heat to come through. 15 min no heat. What a waste of water. Do not think that this is the worst hotel but there are better I would say in this price point. Also don’t believe everything that is written or portrayed in the advertisements. Breakfast, showers, location. Karaoke bar directly across the street and very loud until early hours plus buses blowing horns all through the night.

Пляжные полотенца можно взять на первом этаже с последующей заменой на чистые каждый день.Завтраки разнообразные, преимущественно азиатская кухня. Не хватает выпечки. Отель достаточно большой, но скопления народа на завтраке не было, места хватало всем, в очереди никто не стоял! На четвертом этаже расположен бассейн с прохладной водой и небольшой спортивный зал. Жили на 17 этаже, напор воды в вечернее время никакой. Назрела необходимость в обновлении мебели.

• Matt (8/5): - I found the Dendro Gold a great location as it's 2mins walking to a couple of brilliant local bar/restaurants. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Nobody seems to use the hotel pool and gym much, or the restaurant for dinner though. But with great local options it's fine. Would happily stay here again!

The buffet breakfasts were great, one man in particular “An” he was so helpful, he had a great memory and brought my husband’s coffee out every morning before we even said anything. The pool was well kept, very nice and cool with a beautiful view. The beautiful ladies who tidied our room up were awesome and very helpful. The gym was absolutely filthy :( We booked this hotel in particular for the gym, because the one we’d been going to was closed over tet, so we paid a lot of extra money booking this hotel to find that the gym looked like it had never been cleaned. The carpet was full of dust, hair, dirt and there were no mats to lay down , which made floor work impossible if you’re sweating unless you want to have dirt stick to you…. It did have some good machines and barbells and dbs ect but needs a good clean, hard to breath in there. Some fans wouldn’t go astray. Our shower in the room didn’t have that hot of water and the way the bath was layed out ment the floor got flooded upon showering :/

Most thrilled & memorable trips. - After 4 hours of coach rides from Dalat 12 of us checked into Dendra Gold Hotel with great relief and surprises. It's a big high standard hotel with comfortable rooms and lobby. Some of the rooms have views of the sea and city. Turn left 100m from this hotel is the Nha Trang seasides. Nearby are many eateries nearest is the Roly Seafood restaurant where best buffets are available. Dendra Gold Hotel also serves very happy breakfast. Our 2 nights stayed were very pleasant , hotel was undeniably comfortable and quiet.

• Marco (4/5): - Il personale della recentemente era gentile così come in generale tutto il personale. Tranne il servizio delle pulizie che nonostante avessi messo l'indicazione di non disturbare una mattina mi ha suonato insistentemente per ben due volte e sempre per ben due volte ha cercato di entrare in camera. La colazione non mi è piaciuta a alcuni alimenti erano freddi. La posizione è buona.
• Mrdean (10/5): Exceptional - I liked everything, very comfortable beds with spacious room, lovely shower and bath. A great selection at breakfast. The noisy guests. Chinese and Korean.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - It was alright. Very noisy, constant tour groups and chaotic breakfast area. Should have signs to noise level down. They like to shout in the corridor. Lifts take ages when there are lots of people staying, as lifts are slow. Dining staff and great. Recepionists alright. Some more helpful than others. Balcony not worth calling balcony

• Wanderer511551 (6/5): Need better breakfast - Room was ok. No sodas/water in fridge for optional purchase. Staffs were friendly but not attentive. Breakfast was not good with limited options. Coffee tasted water downed. TV reception was poor with terrible audio ... hardly can hear anything with too much static.
• Quang (6/5): This is 3-star hotel, not 4-star - This is not 4-star hotel. It’s just 2.5-3- star hotel. The bathroom is small and the design of bathtub is bad because it can’t lock the water inside the bathtub but spilling out a lot on the floor. It’s really inconvenient. However, the price is fair. I got what I paid for.

• Lucyn18 (9/5): Great base in Nha Trang - Very friendly and helpful staff. Located slightly out of the main town but only 5 min walk to the beach. Room was clean and comfortable. Not many 'western' options for breakfast (but that's personal preference!). Lot of construction on the same road - imagine it will be a great location in months to come.
• Isabell (7/5): Good - Great location and nice ocean view. Very limited breakfast options for vegans / vegetarians. Guests and sometimes even the staff were unbearably noisy during breakfast. They yelled across the room and watched videos on their smartphone in the loudest possible way. No one seemed to care.
• Jenny (9/5): Superb - Location is convenient. Morning buffet is value for money. Staffs are nice, friendly and helpful.
• khmeramericm (10/5): Great hotel, friendly staff, and amazing breakfast - We've been staying here every year for our long vacation. We feel like home as they treated us like their family. Great hotel with great location, very friendly staff from receptionist to the staff at the amazing breakfast, and very affordable price for this 4star hotel. Nhi, An, Hoi, and the rest of the kitchen staff are the most friendly people we have ever met. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
