• Savas (4/5): - Süper oda olarak rezervasyon yaptırmamıza rağmen, otele gittiğimizde oda olmadığı söylendi. Bir süre bekledikten sonra ise balkonsuz ve küçük bir oda verildi. Bunun dışında odanın ve otelin temizliği iyi değildi, personelin tavrı da agresifti, rahatsız olduk

• ismail ilhan (8/5): Göle en yakın otel - Arka taraftaki, şehir ve arkasındaki dağlara bakan odalardan birinde kaldık. Önce ön tarafta olmadığımız için dertlenmiştim, fakat sıcak yaz günlerinde arka tarafta kalmanın daha avantajlı olduğunu anladım. Kahvaltı ortamında ve göl kenarında olsun, havuzda olsun manzaraya doyduk. Ayrıca kahvaltısı gayet iyiydi.

• Ahmet Sabri (10/5): Manzara süper - Normalde dağ manzarası almıştım ama resepsiyondaki arkadaş göl manzarası verdi. Bunun için çok teşekkür ediyorum. Manzara muazzam. Göl ozellikle sabah çok güzel görünüyor. Gayet tatmin edici bir kahvaltı sunuyor. Göl kenarında kahvaltı keyfi çok harika. Otel odaları gayet temiz. Tam bir fiyat performans oteli.

• edgar (4/5): lovely location but run down - An overnight stay in the only 3* listed on the site. But we should have stayed in a clean and comfortable pension as this hotel badly needs maintenance and better management. It has seen better days.

• Betül (6/5): - Otelin konumu mükemmel, göle bakan tarafta bir odada kalırsanız her sabah harika bir manzaraya uyanabilirsiniz. Fakat otel son derece bakımsız ve adeta hobi olarak işletiliyor gibi. Banyoda duşakabin yüzeyleri kir ve kireç lekeleri ile kaplıydı. Havlular beyazdan siyaha dönmüş vaziyetteydi. Otelin havuzunun olduğu yerde bar gibi bir yer var ama sadece otel sahiplerine hizmet veriyormuş, misafirler kafeden içecek alıp havuza geri çıkıyor. Yataktaki bazaya hiçbir giydirme yapılmamış, dümdüz sünger görüntüsü üstüne çarşaf serili ve güzelim manzaralı balkonda tek bir sandalye dahi yok. Çalışanlar ise birbirinden habersiz ve isteksiz iş yapıyor. Kesinlikle fiyat performans açısından yetersiz bir yer, ve kötü işletiliyor. Otelde bir balsyı çifti gördüm, arkadaşlar kesinlikle balayı oteli olacak bir yer değil, estetik namına içerde birşey yok sadece konum güzel.

• Caner (10/5): Köyceğiz otelimiz - Son yıllarda her yıl kaldığımız otelimiz Temizliğinden, kahvaltısından, manzarasından, havuzundan, çalışanlarından, fiyatlarından çok memnunuz. Havuzdaki özel işletme kapatılmış. Tamamen yine sadece otel müşterilerinin kullanımına bırakılmış. Banyosunun ve duşakabinlerin yenilenmesi lazım. Bir de havuza sonradan takılan camlar yüzünden yüzerken artık göl manzarası izleyeceğimize kirli camları izliyoruz onların kaldırılması konusunu yönetimden talep ediyoruz.
• Angus (4/5): Fab Location but very very run down. - Location was fantastic and the staff were very nice. The hotel however was incredibly run down and is screaming out for investment. The pool was empty and in the process of being cleaned when we arrived. They only started filling it the day we left. As the pool is the predominant image on the website for this hotel, i felt a bit cheated. It was very overpriced for the facilities that were available.

• Barbara (10/5): - Loved the situation of this hotel with beautiful views over the lake! The staff were all lovely. Food was good and loved sitting on the terrace having a few drinks taking in the views. Fab pool. There was nothing not to like about this hotel and we will be back!
• Angela (8/5): - I stayed at kaunos last year. Sadly the old manager died. The hotel has appointed a new manager,who has certainly spruced things up, everything is much cleaner, still a bit tatty, but given time he's going to do an excellent job. Noticed that the staff were much more friendly. The hotel has got the most fantastic view overlooking koycegiz lake. Great place for a goodnight sleep. mostly Turkish residents ,which adds to atmosphere of the holiday
• Gülten (2/5): - Dieses Hotel ist einach nur dreckig! Eingang dreckig Bad dreckig - verschimmelt Betten dreckig - Haare vom Vorgänger unter dem Bettlaken zu sehen. Badetücher, Handtücher dreckig Balkon so was von verdreckt - konnten wir garnicht nutzen. Das einzige was funtioniert hat war das Internet. Die Lage ist auch OK

• Gill (8/5): - The location is stunning, sits right at the lake and is surrounded by mountains & nature. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly but the hotel is dated and needs refurbished.
• Jihad (2/5): - This property was rated as very good and it really upset me that a hotel room can be in such an awful state. Grime and dirt and what looks like blood stains on the base of the mattress. It was absolutely revolting. I left immediately. The staircase carpets are in such a awful state , I told the receptionist that he should speak to the owner. Totally unacceptable. Was really angry that it was given sucha good rating. Makes me wonder if these ratings are genuine.
• Verified traveler (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - Dont stay here. I’m from australia it was disgusting. Dirty Aircon hardly worked No hot water Shower disgusting. Beds mould The hallway is all dark just has sensor lights. When comaploned they offered me another room and to leave the tap on for 10 minutes to get warm. I left both rooms 15 minutes and was still cold. I packed and left and went down the road to Ozay hotel. Was clean amazing service & good breakfast. Perfect location
• Michelle (10/5): Beautiful view and excellent service - We had a wonderful stay at the Kaunos hotel. Fehmi the Manager couldn’t do enough to help us. The view from the hotel is stunning and one of our rooms was lake view which was beautiful. Rooms are simple but immaculately clean with good air conditioning. The pool is a great size and overlooks the lake. The hotel is situated on a lovely promenade with lots of restaurants serving delicious food right on the waters’ edge.
• Aysegul (10/5): - Biz eşim ile birlikte ilk defa Köyceğize gittik ve Kaunos hotel de de ilk defa konakladık. Ama bundan sonra devamlı gideceğiz sanırım. Otelin işletmesini yapan Fehmi abiye çok ama çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Abi diye hitap ediyorum çünkü resmen bize abilik yaptı. Evimizde gibi hissettik. Her şeyle tek tek ilgileniyor. İnanılmaz yardımsever bir işletme sahibi. Otelin havuz manzarası çok güzel. Biz temizliğinden de memnun kaldık. İlgi alaka zaten mükemmel. Buradan Fehmi abiye tekrar çok çok teşekkür ediyorum her şey için.

• ERDAL (6/5): Köyceğiz göle müzik çalmaktır. - Odaların ses yalıtımı kötü olduğu için misafirlerin normal konuşmaları bile rahatsız edici oldu. Yatak rahattı oda temizdi. Koridorlar ve merdiven temizliğine özen gösterilmeli. Kahvaltı kalitesi düşüktü.Sıcak su akşam 9da yoktu.Ilık su ile duş almak hiç hoş olmadı.

• Oktay (10/5): Manzara süper - Otelde konaklama süperdi. Fehmi bey ücretsiz bize dağ manzaralı odamızı göl manzaraya çevirdi. Odalar temiz tutuluyor, klima çalışıyor. Odalar biraz gürültülü ve yataklar rahatsız edici. Geriye kalan tavsiye edeceğim bir otel. Gayet memnun kaldım.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Ne ka ekmek.. - Temizlik memnun ediciydi. Bunun dışındaki tüm parametreler vasat düzeyde. Özellikle ses ve gürültü konusunda en küçük bir hassasiyetiniz varsa kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.
• Turan (8/5): - Otel konum olarak gölün hemen yanında çok güzel bir balkon manzaramiz vardı. Genel olarak temiz bir otel, odamiz temizdi. Kahvaltı yeterliydi fakat çok çeşitli değildi belki o geliştirilebilir.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Çok kötü - Oda çok pisti gölün yanı olduğu için heryer sinekti ve ona rağmen cama sineklik takmak akıllarina gelmemiş. Çarşaflar yıkanmamiş ve sararmişti. Banyoda ne sabun ne duş jeli nede herhangi bir temizlik malzemesi vardi. Kahvaltidaki ürünlerin kalitesi kötüydü. Otelde çalişanlar çok iyi insanlardi fakat otelin bu durumunu onlar bile kurtaramadi. Böyle bir otel benim yönetimimde olsa çok başarali bir iş çıkartabilirdim Fakat resmen otel sefalete terkedilmiş.
• cihan (8/5): Kaunos hotel de bir gün - Otelin konumu çok güzel bir yerde. Kahvaltıda sorun var. Salatalıklar soyulmamış. Domatesler çürümüş. Kahvaltı konusunda biraz çalışma yapılması lazım. Saat 18:00 da niye yüzme havuzu kapatılıyor alaadım.

Dalaman Havalimaninda yaklaşık yarım saat kırk beş dakika arası uzaklıkta. 2020 sonbahar yani korona dönemi varken gittim. Kahvaltı salonunda kahvaltılar masaya getiriliyor pandemiden dolayı. Masalarda dezenfektan bulunuyor. Odalar ve banyo temiz, göl manzaralı odaların manzarası çok güzel ama oranın dağ manzarası da güzeldir. Odalardaki televizyon biraz küçüktü ama yeterli. İlk defa gelenler için hem kordonda bulunması hem merkezi olması açısından en iyi alternatiflerden. Kordonda ayrıca bir sürü restoran bulunuyor. Personel bir şey olunca yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor ve gayet misafirperver. Bahçesi küçük ama güzel, park olanagı da var araçla gelenler için. Yakında küçük bakkal da var ihtiyaçlar için. Asansör mevcuttur. Köyceğiz için iyi bir konaklama sunuyor bu hotel.

• David (10/5): Will be back!!!!! - Was not expecting much as externally the building looks a bit concrete ish. However the staff (especially Fehmi) were not just friendly and helpful but went out of their way to keep us entertained. Breakfast was buffet style with wide range to chose from, tea and coffee always available. View from balcony is beyond words, lake usually like a mirror first thing in morning, stunning. When booking go for a lake view!!!! Would book here again which says it all.

Located by the lake, close to restaurants and city center. Very basic breakfast. Good option for budget travelers.

• Alan (10/5): Weekend break - Spent a lovely day/night at Kaunos hotel. Fabulous location on the lakeside. Wonderful views from the rooms. Clean pool with infinity style views across the lake. Good service from the staff. Can’t think of any faults.

• Malcolm (10/5): İdyllic Lakeside Views - Living in Turkey we usually visit Koyceğiz at least once a year for a chill out. This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel and will certainly revisit. Great lakeside room and views. Staff very helpful and attentive. Everywhere very clean and tidy with a beautiful garden. Great pool area which we used each day despıte being late in the year. Good Internet connection.

• Susan (8/5): Good location - Arrived late after a delayed flight and only stayed one night as we were driving on. The staff were very friendly. The hotel decor looked a bit tired but we had a fantastic lake view from our room. Breakfast was OK.
