• Filippo (2/5): Non guardate il punteggio e le foto - Quasi nulla anche perché il giorno prima Ho soggiornato al napalai hotel che al confronto era il paradiso Wifi non funziona cambiato camera durante la sera ha smesso di funzionare, pulizie inadeguate, colazione con poca scelta e alcune pietanze fredde, non c'era l'ascensore e al cambio stanza abbiamo dovuto prendere noi le valigie e spostarci di un piano,

• Bruno (8/5): Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir - Hôtel très pratique proche de l'aéroport avec navette gratuite à disposition. Chambre confortable et propre. Pas d'ascenseur, mais le personnel est présent pour aider avec les bagages. L'orchestre au restaurant était excellent et a vraiment ajouté une super ambiance au séjour. Merci ! Gros plus : il y a une piscine, mais malheureusement, nous n'avons pas eut le temps d'en profiter.

The small refrigerator in the room came in handy for us. I didn’t get to enjoy the swimming pool, but that is a nice feature for a hot day. There is a free shuttle service to Udon Thani airport, a nice feature to have. There is a wide variety of delicious food options for breakfast. None

• Jason S. Hornsby (9/5): Great Location and Value, but Room for Improvement - The location, breakfast, and amenities were all great. Overall, the room was comfortable and the swimming pool, while needing a little maintenance, was nice and well-kept. For a family of three, we were suggested a room with two twin beds. When we checked in, we weren't offered any option for a third bed to be added to the room. It was a pretty tight fit for us on only two twin beds.
• Christopher (9/5): Friendly, clean and comfortable for the price - The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It had a great location as well. Mosquitoes were constantly getting in somehow so we had to deal with them but it was a minor issue over all.

• Gareth (8/5): - The spacious pool area, restaurant evening dining was excellent. 1, location, ok if you are flying from udon Thani Airport, but not if you are staying in udon Thani for a couple of days. 2, the shower area had black mold on the tiles, and needs updating but toilet area very good. 3, the pool area, some tables and chairs did not have any shade, a couple of parasols would have been nice. 4, Breakfast lacked basic western food, but the freshly cooked omelette was lovely

• James (10/5): Outstanding staff and very relaxed feel. - Great quiet location. Very friendly and helpful staff many of whom speak English well. Nice pool and a very good breakfast buffet. It’s “in the middle of nowhere”. That is not a problem for me I just use my Grab app and book a moto taxi.

You'll need a car, but the road is smooth to Central, although it make take some time to reach the northern part of the city. For the price, nothing really. Good stuff.

• Paul (8/5): Nice hotel. - Older property that is very tatty but a lovely, laid back atmosphere with nice, helpful staff. Room was comfortable with very large bed, balcony, shower with toiletries, good wifi and air con , small fridge always good to have. Pool was ok but most of the furniture very old. Great free pick up and drop off at airport which is 10 minutes away despite the hotel being literally yards from the runway. Breakfast ok, definitely aimed at Asian guests which is fine being in Asia. Very good value for money at £20 a night for 2 including breakfast. Bar and restaurant extremely quiet every night we stayed. Staff were always lovely and helpful, Nui on reception was particularly nice with a lovely smile to greet you with. The hotel could be so much better with a little more effort. Two light bulbs out in our room on check in which were quickly replaced but why not before? We had to change rooms on night 6 at 23.30 hours due to a pipe burst which flooded the toilet. Breakfast items constantly running out and staff making no attempt to top up until they were asked. Pool furniture very old plastic chairs and tables which could so easily be replaced at minimal cost. Location not great, a lot more aircraft noise than I expected, especially from the military aircraft.

Un bon petit déjeuner buffet. Très calme Le climatiseur de la chambre B202 est un peu bruyant. Un entretien s impose.
