- Oliver (10/5): Calme et relaxant, à côté du tumulte du village - Contact très efficace et chaleureux dès le début de la réservation, puis navette pour venir nous chercher à la gare et gagner les lieux par un impressionnant tunnel d'entrée. Appartement avec un immense salon-salle à manger avec deux chambres disposant toutes de spacieux balcons. Les chambres sont très lumineuses et très bien aménagées avec armoires tout en étant très bien isolées, avec chacune une salle de bain complète. La cuisine est fort bien équipée et les copieux et délicieux petits-déjeuners y sont servis avec discrétion à l'heure désirée. En outre, chaque soir nous avons profité de la piscine intérieure. Tout était parfait.

We stayed in a beautiful apartment in Zermatt, and it was truly exceptional. The interior design was stunning—classic, elegant Swiss style that felt both luxurious and incredibly comfortable. The apartment is located in the heart of breathtaking nature. We could even see squirrels jumping between the trees – they were so cute! The view of the snow-covered chalets was magical, like something straight out of a winter movie. The hosts were extremely polite, welcoming, and helpful. Truly outstanding hospitality. If there were 10 stars, I would gladly give even more. The breakfast was another highlight—delivered straight to our room, delicious and beautifully prepared. A level of comfort and luxury that is absolutely worth the value and more.

- Melih Akca (10/5): Absolut empfehlenwertes Hotel...! - Das Hotel ist 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof gelegen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, mit einer Sicht auf Matterhorn und auch Zermatt liegt zu Füssen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, Die Stube ist grosszügig und und so ist die Küche mit dem servierten Superfrühstück. Wir haben auch das Hotelbad benützt, klein und fein. Da war nichts zu beantanden.

- DWTravel (10/5): 5 star plus experience - The location is perfect, away from the crowds but near the center. The facilities and supplies are 5 star plus. The apartments are very soundproof. The spa is enjoyable, especially after a long day of walking. We all appreciate the full attention to every detail, from the sleepers and robe in the bathroom to the full supply of spices, choices of coffee, and tea. Laura and Katrin (and all staff) are friendly and helpful. The included breakfast is very impressive. La Vue Luxury Living Apartments will definitely be our number one pick overnight place if we visit Zermatt again. The doorbell for apartment 220 is not working.

Service from all staff was perfect, they accomodated various requests, the breakfasts served to the appartment were amazing, everything was clean, we had all the needed also to cook food for dinners in our rooms and asked for raclette/fondue sets and enjoyed nice meals. Upon check in, we were welcomed with wine and chips to celebrate our stay in Zermatt. The apartment and terrace was very spacious and confortable. We will definitely come back and recommend to friends!

- Yvonne (8/5): 房間舒適 寬敞 適合度假 非常推薦 但運氣不好遇到電梯保養 - 提前告知飯店會請小車來車站載行李+接送 (乘車服務僅限於入住跟退房) 飯店位置在主街底部離車站有點距離但走個10幾分鐘還是可以. 飯店的山洞電梯真的是很有特色 但這也是唯一的缺點(等等會說) 早餐會有專人送餐到房間幫你擺得好好的 真的很享受 房間也夠大 櫃台接待人員有禮貌也專業 景色也很美 雖然外面有工地施工但這也是為了建設更美的度假環境 唯一遇到的不便就是有兩天我們居然遇到山洞電梯維修(山洞電梯是飯店的唯一入口 載人 載行李都靠它 沒有對外樓梯 沒有對外樓梯 沒有對外樓梯). 詢問櫃檯後說是只能走飯店後方的土路 因為飯店是在山坡上 所以土坡會非常的傾斜 比溜滑梯還刺激 因為帶了長輩跟小孩來此 很擔心長輩會跌倒 所以有兩天走的心驚膽戰. 我還看到一個印度家庭 老人更多 超怕他們滑到河裡...說實話如果靠一台電梯當整個飯店的出入口真的很危險也不便, 真心希望外面的土路能修成讓人行走的階梯 (不知道是正在蓋還是不能蓋). 可惜這次的小小遺憾 下次我還是再來入住的~

The apartments and views are even more beautiful in person, and Laura at the front desk was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Because there are so few apartments, we barely saw other guests, and it felt like we a private resort to ourselves. We left the doors open at night to enjoy the sounds of the nearby waterfall. The breakast, served in our apartment each morning, was a real highlight. 10/10!

Every morning began with a generous breakfast, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. They even thoughtfully offered us electric car transfers to the train station. We’d definitely love to stay at La Vue again next time we visit Zermatt.

The apartment was close to the town and the apartment if walking has a incline so for anyone who have difficulty walking would find this difficult

The location was fantastic, and waking up to a table full of breakfast every morning made me feel good. I was so happy to be able to visit beautiful Zermatt again, and if I come Zermatt again, I would definitely come back here at La Vue.
- 425ajithg (10/5): Outstanding experience - Family of 6 stayed at the Idyll penthouse for 4 nights. Booking - Initially booked via booking .com, but canceled as lower price on the website. Pre-stay enquiries - Extremely helpful reception team who advised on the weather, pick-up, etc Arrived in Zermatt at 8 pm. We requested pick-up (which was complementary) after dinner in a restaurant near the train station (09:30 pm). I was about to pay a gratuity to the gentleman who picked us up when I realised he was dressed in expensive clothes. I am glad I didn't, as he turned out to be the owner! We were taken to our penthouse and our requests for the breakfast (menu, timing) and taxi for the morning were taken. Amazing spread of breakfast, the reception booked our electric taxis in the mornings. We went in summer, so the rooms used to get hot even at night, though pedestal fans were provided. Overall, a great experience

It was massive and filling to get our day started to see Zermatt. The spa area was fantastic and my children enjoyed relaxing in the plunge pool too. The apartments were very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. Very easy communication with the hotel for our pick up from the train station and being brought back down. Perfect stay in Zermatt! Nothing!

The kitchenette was actually a fully equipped kitchen. It was a shame we didn’t cook. The breakfast spread was so good with so much variety. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was also very close to rhetorical train station and main shopping street. Mainly restaurants were nearby the hotel, it was very convenient. Loved every minute of our stay! Nothing.

Breakfast delivered daily was a feast! Beautiful presentation and great quality. The beds are super comfortable and the sound of the waterfall in the bedroom created the most amazing sleep! Location is perfect. Walkable to the town center where we found great shops and restaurants. We will be back!
