Suraj (8/5): Overall a good stay . If they could maintain the cottage a little more better way, would love to come back again - Location is pretty good . Some facilities like hot water was not available 24/7 due to which we had change the room plus in that the other room also failed to provide hot water due to which we were about to miss our paid breakfast. Rooms need maintenance there seems to be cockroaches as its all wooden cottage.

Robert (1/5): Stay somewhere else. - Nothing The pictures show swimming pools. But they were half empty full of algae and had sawhorses with signs saying keep away. The little cabins you stayed in the grouting was fallen out in areas and you could see through to the outside. The beach was inaccessible. The whole place is falling apart. I left after a couple of hours and went to another hotel. It no wonder that it’s no refundable, I doubt anyone stays. Booking.com should not even list this place as the pictures are false advertising. The lady at the hotel I left for nodded her head when I told her where I came from and said years ago it was good but they don’t maintain it.

Good breakfast. - Liked the location of the property, it's a massive area to walk around and use pools. Price is reasonable at peak Christmas period. Room, lighting inside the room was bad - so dull and unappealing. The receptionists are lazy and not approachable. I was confused to find out a scuba diving company located inside the property and receptionist lady was so lethargic to not answer or show the directions properly.
Hough (10/5): Lovely little rustic retreat away from hustle and bustle of Indian life. - Lovely quiet resort, away from the crowds. In a private bay, lined by local fishermen and huts. Small sandy beach area. Clean clear water. Sheltered. Very helpful and attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Location is remote and too far to walk to shops. Staff did a beer run for us and we're back within 30 min. Only charged 200rps for fuel/time. Restraunt good and quiet. Good value. No alcohol though.. But no problem. In room 118, with clear sea view veranda, basically had out own small pool next to us. Was great and would stay again. There is a dog too, that either we adopted or she adopted us! So loving. She lay on veranda with head on my feet, feeling safe sleeping. When we went out, she curled up on my chair, waiting for me to come home. Obs been in a few fights over the years as her ears had been chewed a few times.. But what a lovely dog. Please bring treats and look after her. OK, now the constructive bits (don't like negatives as things can be addressed and improved upon for next time) The place is lovely, a remote quiet resort. It may be too quiet for some as everything around is too far to walk. Taxi is simple to use and just a few minutes to civilisation. The resort must have been very luxurious when first built. Everything had been laid out and built well. But it is a little run down and neglected. Tiles fallen off the pool. Wonky wooden doors that no longer seem to fit properly. Dodgy and intermittent WiFi (although roaming data is still good). Kids Play areas and keep fit areas are nice, but look neglected and could do with bleaching or a lick of paint. Overall I would just call it all rustic. Nice, aging a bit, but perfectly OK. Oh and the walk from reception to rooms are a bit steep.. Especially going up, but staff are quickly on hand to carry all your luggage with no issues.

740farhanp (2/5): Awful, only place in India we asked for a refund! - What an awful place do not stay! It was very dirty and facilities did not work or were not maintained. They call themselves and Eco Resort but they burned rubbish on the beach. Look at the pictures for yourself. Certainly nothing like the images on booking.com. The staff told us they made things look nice only for the photos. But the pictures online are so different to the reality. We stayed all over India and this was the only hotel we asked for our money back in. If you do stay and ask for a refund, make sure they give it to you straight away, they will not give the money back otherwise.

Traveller... (1/5): Not recommended at all... - Not what I expected for the money I spent, beginning with the room, completely different from what is advertised by bookings.com. Property location is good but need a big upgrade for everything what is at the property. Room cottages r not evn worth 1000 rs. Linen n mattress is not replaced since the property is opened I guess it's completely worn out. Breakfast is not even worth going for. A big zero for breakfast. I don't know how this property is still on bookings.com. Cleanliness is zero . Basically everything is zero. Not worth going to stay there. Waste of money n time. Not happy at all, hopefully owners will do something to get the property back on track.

Tania (7/5): Good - The location is very pleasant. You feel like you are on a topical island, even though you are only 5 minutes from the airport. Its quiet. You have a private cabin in lovely garden environment and the pools are great. There is a restaurant on site, which had good food. The beach is not pleasant and the rooms are very rustic. Access is difficult, easy if you have a car, but without, you really need to rely on a taxi as its a 3 km walk to the main road. They don't have a liquor licence.

Choose the place to get away from the buzzing noise but an event in the property in the night ruined the experience.

Since we are senior citizens, the climbing up & down was a little challenging. It is beautiful as a family getaway!. We enjoyed that very much. Deepak, the organizer of the transports, did a magnificent job. We were never stranded! There was nothing not to like. The replenishing of the room emenities was a bit slow but we collected each day as it came. Perhaps the staff was overworked because it was a wedding!

Dreamer55923618542 (2/5): Worst service, full of poisonous insects inside the room - Worst stay, worst experience. Property was not maintain at all. Food was worst too much salty. Leach, millipede, lizard all this r available inside the room. Not at all safe for anyone specially for pets and kids. I booked for 4nights but as it was unsafe I have to checkout on the very next day. They claim it's pet friendly however they don’t allow pet in restaurants, so if I have a pet with me where should I keep my pet if I have to go for breakfast. I will not recommend to stay in this property. And also for your kind information breakfast was not provided in the room.

Shinjita (5/5): Passable - The resort has a lot of greenery and the rooms are cozy. The ocean is right next to the property and the gardens are very beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We visited during the off-season when the room had a musky smell of dampness, with lizard-poop all over. The property needs to be better maintained, cleaned and aired during the rainy season. The restaurant food was not fresh, and very oily. Although the room service was very prompt, not having telephones in the room made it difficult to maintain communication as the mobile signal is not great at the site. I personally love dogs, but the stray dogs in the property didn't seem very well taken care of. Some of them had diseases. The pools were not functional and extremely unclean. Although the stay was not horrible, it was definitely not worth the price.

Room is big and the view is extraordinary. Food was wonderful and staff was to good with us. The washroom was not clean and some amnestie was not working proprely, robineterie... Swimming pool was dirty, water was completely green and need maintenance.

Leena (8/5): Great place for a peaceful weekend stay! - The surroundings were beautiful. Lush and green. The cabins were clean and comfortable. Staff was sweet. Being totally far away from the maddening crowd meant it was extremely peaceful with a sea view. Climbing stairs to reach dining spaces or even access the cabin we were staying at or even the restaurant was completely off-putting. Difficult place to stay for people with knee problems. Great for youngsters. The breakfast choices were extremely limited and even ordering Ala Carte was limited to what was available at the buffet. The breakfast buffet at INR 600 was extremely expensive for the choice offered.

The room was comfortable and close to the airport as a final night stay in Goa. The bathroom needed much maintenance. Unfortunately the staff lied to us about alcohol, when we asked for two beers they told us they couldn’t serve it to us as the elections were on. It turned out they lost their license. Very disappointing..

Northcott (9/5): Amazing People Taking Care of You - The staff was amazing. Any requests were met. They were helpful, warm, kind and went beyond to "do nice things" for us. Bugs 😂. Yet how can there not be bugs. I was not bitten it's just not what I am used to. There are cracks in the log cabins where they come in and I am sure they are attracted by the light.

They didn’t have telephone. Hotel expects you to have local sim to contact them for any questions/services!! The Hotel messaged me their bank account number expecting me to pay full amount before check in. I declined to pay upfront as it’s against booking!! I informed receptionist at 12pm about the shower and drain blockage. I got back at 7pm and the problem wasn’t solved!!

We choose the property for the pool...and unfortunately an event was in preparation with unskilled noisy people.many stapples all around the pool . cigarette filters...noisy organizers looking at us as if we were inviding the premises...

Wish it was maintained proper - Location!! really nice chalets by the sea with amazing view and garden. Nice chalet but not properly maintained.. locks don’t work properly. Had Ants in the room and bed and everywhere and had to change the room. Tadpole in the wash basin and bugs.. dead leaves were everywhere in the balcony. Such nice place but shame it’s not clean and properly maintained.

Lordsajan (7/5): Its value for money. - Though the location is sea side but cant access it since its rocky. Situated at a higher location well maintained landscape good place near to the airport. The wood log rooms concept was nice and interesting. Without your own vehicle its pretty far to access even to the nearest place. The food options are limited except for the only restaurant of the property. Bogmolo beach is not far away. Probably 2 kms from there
aadharsharma (2/5): Vacation - Took it for a day reached late in the evening stayed there for 24 hours thank God we booked it only for a day. The location is beautiful but the resort is poorly managed. The beds mattress are poor quality found cockroach around the buffet place. I would avoid and suggest others to follow suit. Their drains are not cleaned and the area smelled. The way to the beach is dirty. Bad experience Avoid. 7500 was a waste.

Nikhil (4/5): Rooms not maintained well. - Greenary is maintaines well No facilities apart from a swiming pool. Breakfast that good, no My Ac and heater was nit working, they changed the room still heater was not working. Had to cut short stay
