Very designed decoration with nice photo books, sand clock and light could be switched off from bed. We got room on the first floor, with the view to the back yard. Where all the trash cans are. Which are being emptied on the Tuesday morning in 7am, the very first morning of our stay and they are very loud doing it. There was also some reconstruction going on in the hotel back area, which was directly below our room and they made terrible noise every day from 8am and woke us with drilling and hammering, but they only did the noise for 30 minutes, until we got up and then stopped. As if they couldn't schedule those noisy works for later. The hotel it self is a maze and for some reason, the back door inner door sensor refused to let us in every day in the afternoon. So we had to walk around whole building. But in the morning, when we were going out the same door and tested, if it works, it did. Very strange. The breakfast is very expensive, crazy 21,50 for one person, so I recommend going to the nearby Albert grocery shop and for 22 Eur you can buy breakfast for 2 people for 2 days.

All the staff were lovely and the list of recommended restaurants / sites were great. Convenient location, would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

- sung (7/5): - 호텔 스태프분들이 아주 친절해요. 방은 수납공간이 많고 사용이 편리해서 짐 정리하는게 편했어요. 지하철이 바로 앞에 있어서 좋긴한데 미술관(반고흐미술관,시립미술관,국립미술관)이 주요 목적지라면 별 소용이 없는 역이었습니다. 그쪽으로는 주로 트램을 타야하는데 지연되는 경우가 많아 시간에 딱 맞춰 가기보다는 시간 여유를 상당히 두고 나가는 것이 좋습니다. 호텔 앞 지하철역은 중앙기차역까지는 편하게 갈 수 있습니다.

La salle de bain est belle, 2 vasques et deux grands miroirs également. La station de métro Wibautstraat est à 1 minute à pied de l'hôtel, ce qui facilite les accès au centre ville et plus particulièrement au stade Johan Cruijff ArenA. Le point négatif de la chambre était la puissance de l'eau dans la douche à certains moment, je pense que c'était aussi une question de timing, peut être que d'autre gens à mon étage prenait également leur douche au même moment ce qui n'aide pas. Le deuxième point serait l'insonorisation, pendant la nuit j'ai pu entendre de la musique qui venait de dehors ( ou des couloirs? )

The location was excellent, making it easy to get around, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. One of the highlights was definitely the hotel restaurant — the food was amazing and the atmosphere was great. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again. There was nothing significant that I disliked about the hotel. Overall, the experience was very positive, and any small details that could have been improved did not affect our stay. We were happy with the location, the service, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

- Lep86 (9/5): Hotel moderno, comodo e ben collegato al centro - La stanza era come da fotografie, ben accessoriata (molto gradita la TV moderna, a cui ci si poteva collegare in cast dal telefono per vedere le proprie piattaforme di streaming e Youtube) e ben arredata. Il letto ed i cuscini comodissimi, abbiamo dormito bene ogni notte. Il bagno ampio, con il doppio lavandino e la doccia grande e comoda. Molto graditi i prodotti forniti (shampoo, balsamo, bagnoschiuma, sapone mani e crema idratante per il corpo). Set asciugamani per entrambi gli ospiti e tappetino doccia. La posizione della struttura è ottimale, perché direttamente sotto l'hotel c'è la fermata della metro, con ben 3 linee che collegano alla stazione centrale. Ad un isolato di distanza, c'è il tram che porta invece in zona De Pijp e Museumplein. Dall'altra parte della stanza, un comodo supermercato Albert Heijn che fa orario 8-22, perfetto per qualche acquisto strategico. Staff gentile e disponibile, spazi comuni piacevoli e curati. Ottima la lavanderia gratuita (utilizzabile tramite l'app The Social Hub), con lavatrici ed asciugatrici a disposizione degli ospiti. L'unica pecca (motivo per cui non diamo il 10 pieno) è stata la discontinuità delle pulizie da metà soggiorno in avanti. Il terzo giorno non sono stati sostituiti tutti gli asciugamani e i tè/caffè previsti, mentre il quarto giorno è saltata direttamente l'intera pulizia della stanza (al rientro la sera, abbiamo trovato il letto ancora da rifare e tutti gli asciugamani del giorno prima nella stessa esatta posizione del mattino). Ma nel complesso l'intera esperienza è stata molto positiva e ci torneremmo.
