End tables were small The A/C unit in #14 makes WAY too much noise; kept waking us up. I paid $434.91 for first night in Beach Club unit #14 and $402.21 for the 2nd night. Looking now, 2 weeks later same month, I could get the Ocean Facing King for $309 less taxes.. Makes me feel I overpaid. For $400+ per night, I can do much better up the coast..

- Michael (10/5): - I was away for a quiet Mom moment and it was PERFECT! Ill say right away, honestly, that the walls are real thin and you gotta know that. It wasn't a problem for me. Everyone was so nice (including staff from the sister hotel a few doors down). Everything was super clean. The restaurant was delicious and location....perfect. I kept waiting to be disappointed but they just seem to be so intentional about details and customer service. I hope to visit again! The thin walls wouldn't fit every occasion....a lamp with charging stations would be a marvelous addition!

I left an electric car charging connector there attached to the Tesla charger. They retrieved it for me and made arrangements to ship it to me. Their restaurant is excellent too.

Unfortunately there had been a large storm and there was a lot of seaweed on the beach. It really stunk. Obviously the hotel couldn't help that. The bed was comfortable. There were many options for dining within walking distance, including ice cream stands. Floor was sandy when we check in. There was no conditioner in the shower. I know it's an old building, but the bathroom was incredibly small. The pillows were not that comfortable.

Cons: curtains are too small, street and hallway light are bright at night, hallways smelled like someone smokes inside, view is obstructed by power lines + telephone pole. Room was advertised as ocean front walkout which is not accurate. This was a 3rd floor room and did not look like the advertised room. At almost $1,300 for two nights, disappointed with quality / value.

- Vik1234 (8/5): A well-managed property with a great restaurant - The hotel is located in a nice part of town that is fairly quiet. The location is great for those looking to escape the crowds and relax by the ocean. The restaurant on property was excellent and it's a big plus as there are not many restaurant options around. Everything was fine.

- Kathleen (7/5): Good - Breakfast was not offered despite the fact that Booking.com posting said it was. Office told us it was Booking.com’s mistake and made no effort to correct. Utility wires were at eye level just feet off our 2ndfloor balcony. This is not the hotels fault but it certainly took away from the wonderful water view. Back door entry up narrow steps and office closed by 5 and had not reopened when we left about 8:30am.
- Brett (10/5): Love this place. - Easy check in/out. Rooms are exactly as indicated in photos. The location is great and the food at the restaurant and sister properties is amazing.
- Laprade (10/5): Worth Every Penny, don't give it a second thought. Just Book it! - Newly remodeled, extremely clean, staff was top notch, perfect layout!! I wouldn't say I didn't like it.I just think that there should be a sign at the front of the building pointing to where the lobby is for check in. The restaurant staff told me where it was and they were really nice, we just got a little confused. It really wasn't a bad thing I just think it may help other people enjoy this beautiful place. The other thing was the Balcony needed some paint on the railings. Nothing terrible. These are very minimal things. Nothing that would stop me from coming back.
