• Chloé (5/5): - 地點在美麗的佛寺旁邊，附近有夜市，房間空間是寬敞的，浴室整潔乾淨。 雖然旅館裡面直接貼了告示要我不要直接評論，私下跟老闆講，但實在找不到老闆，我還是想在這裡告訴老闆哪裡可以改進。衣架很多但長得不一樣看起來像撿來的，房間裡的吊燈是壞的，桌子有洞少了面板，臥室沒有衛生紙要去廁所拿，淋浴用的水管部份是斷掉的，廁所的衛生紙架不存在，衛生紙只能隨便找個地方放置。洗髮精和沐浴乳沒有補充的跡象，洗完澡浴室會暫時淹水。其他備品例如礦泉水需要自己去樓下跟工作人員領取，第一天晚上還突然停電，門禁和攝影機都停擺了，也沒有工作人員可以求助，好險停電沒有太久就恢復了。重點是冷氣會吹出謎樣的煙霧，而且很大聲，甚至髒到我自己把濾網拆下來洗出大量灰塵👍

• Erwin (8/5): Simple and affordable stay at a central location - if you like a bone hard mattress :-) - Top location and it was quiet although it is very central. The matrasses were uncomfortable. Very hard and I even felt the springs poking my bones - and I'm 70kg, so not really above average.
• Israel (6/5): Pleasant - Spacious room. The location is okay, close to the walking street and 7/11 but relatively far from the beach and the livelier area of ​​town. Terrible shower with a bad smell of sewage coming from the toilet. The room looks clean but there is also a strong smell of mold in the room
• Marina (5/5): Location is fine, but the room could be better - The stuff is great, one of them spoke English to us. They also have laundry by a kg, but you can also find a few washing machines and dryers outside. Location is convenient if you are young and looking for night life. The bathroom was terribly designed. All water from the shower stayed on the floor so there was always a big puddle on the floor. Our room needed renovation, the paint had peeled off the walls. If you are rushing somewhere and waiting for a taxi, make sure to go closer to the main road, otherwise because the hotel is located on a tiny road, your taxi might get stuck for 10 mins.

• Ella (5/5): Pros and con's - It had a great location you could walk everywhere so you don’t need to spend money on getting a car. The shower was great, the water does go everywhere and get the whole bathroom wet but we didn’t mind too much. The staff were lovely and helped us out a lot. The room was very spacious. The bed was like a rock, wasn’t comfortable. The bedsheets were stained. There was also a lot of ants in our room which we weren’t too keen on but you do get what you pay for.

Can only pay by cash at the front desk even tho the booking was confirmed by card? beds extremely uncomfortable, like sleeping on a plank of wood. There are no lifts in the property. Room wasn’t cleaned once while we were there and towels also were not replenished with fresh ones. Stains on bed linen.

• Denise (6/5): Great location, peaceful area. - The window view and the spaciousness of the room. Bathroom is clean spacious. The bedsheet was dusty when I arrive. It triggered my nose and eyes. Had to change the bedsheets immediately the next day. Tried explaining to the reception on the matter but she only nods and agrees to change the sheets.

• Chanelzha (8/5): Clean facilities, friendly receptionist and safe place to stay. - Great, clean and was close to a small local night market. A bit of a walk to the end of the street to be able to go into the guesthouse.
• Samantha (9/5): Superb - The staff were so helpful and kind. Our first night we went with the cheapest room with no windows and let’s just say we didn’t sleep well. The next night we upgraded to a room with windows and it was so worth the extra few bucks. Room was spacious and the bed was a lot more comfier. Also really loved the location, it was easy access to everything. They also did our laundry for super cheap which was nice.

• Kateřina (8/5): Very good - The staff was super nice, even let me and my friends (who did not stay there) leave our suitcase and backpacks there after check-out, so that was super helpful The room I stayed in was really noisy, I could hear basically everything that was happing at the hall, and even outside (rooster:D)
• Hannah (10/5): Exceptional - Staff were all so helpful and friendly. Room was big, very clean, modern and air con was perfect, super cold. Large wet room style bathroom, good shower. Huge bed, candy pillows, bed was a little hard for me but my partner had no issues with it. It seems bed's are just hard in Thailand. 2 bottles of water in the room which is a really nice touch. Small mini fridge. Quiet, peaceful nights sleep. Staff allowed us to store our bags after check out when we went out for the day, when we popped back they gave us a couple more free bottles of water. Really great stay even though only for one night, would definitely stay again.
• Georgia (4/5): Okay - it close to the square, bars, restaurants, temples. Mini fridge in room and aircon was cold. Very cheap - you get what you pay for - ok for somewhere to rest your head but not comfy after long busy days. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable. Shower head was not working properly and kept falling off. The tap in the sink didn’t run fully. Bugs. No window in room. It was what you paid for I guess, very cheap.

• Tim (9/5): Superb - Comfortable little place with everything you need for a budget stay. Owners are nice and everything is kept very clean. Problem with the shower drainage in room M/2 which unless dealt with leads to a pool of cold water to constantly step over.

• Fay (9/5): Perfecy location, perfect staff! - The location was ideally located for the old town and everything you needed and within a short walk to a food market which was on every evening offering great local food. The room was huge as was the bathroom with a great shower. The highlight was the guesthouse owner, her family and staff! Sorry to say I didn’t get her name but she went above and beyond and was very welcoming, kind and friendly! All you could ask for
• Sophie (8/5): Clean, Great Shower, Excellent Host - The room was incredibly clean with everything we needed. The shower was the best we’ve had since arriving in Thailand in terms of temperature and power. The owner is absolutely lovely, she is so helpful and welcoming giving us advice on what was happening around Chiang Mai during our stay. The only thing that we would have liked was a window in the room as it started to smell a tad damp after 4 days with no natural ventilation. There are window rooms available though at the guest house.

• Shelbie (7/5): It was a nice stay, however very quiet and not very social - it was quiet, comfortable and good value for money there wasn’t a big social aspect and the room had a smell of damp/cat wee.
