- adriane (5/5): O nome do hotel não condiz com a realidade - Do jantar servido no hotel, são poucas opções, mas são bem servidas e a pasta muito saborosa Decoração antiga, carpete nos corredores com aspecto de sujo, elevador arcaico, só cabe duas pessoas, café da manhã deixa a desejar, fraco, sofás no jardim quebrados e mal conservados, o jardim está atirado, o hotel apresenta um aspecto de abandonado. Presenciamos uma briga entre o cozinheiro e a garçonete durante o jantar, aos berros, com total falta de respeito em relação aos hóspedes. A recepcionista é atenciosa e simpática. O hotel fica bem afastado, mas o passeio no vilarejo foi aprazível. Ficamos uma diária, e não pretendemos retornar a esse hotel. O nome não condiz com a realidade.

Schönes, älteres grosses Haus mit schöner nostalgischer Einrichtung ..lichtdurchflutet und von den Balkons aus wunderbare Weitsicht! Einfache, aber schöne saubere und geheizte! Zimmer mit Daunen Duvets, was in Italien nicht selbstverständlich ist. Sehr nettes Personal! :-) ich liebe dieses Hotel und komme gern wieder! :-) Das Frühstück könnte etwas Gemüse/ Gurke / Tomate und mehr Abwechslung bereitstellen

Gutes Essen, freundliche Empfang an der Reception Kleine Toilette im Zimmer, Alte Ausstattung, Vorgegebenes kleines Menu für das Abendessen. Sehr Langsamer und kleiner Aufzug. Service Personal unbrauchbar. (Hat nach dem ersten Gang die benutzte Gabel aus dem Teller genommen und auf den Tisch gelegt zur Weiterbenutzung).

De nombreux tas de poussière sous le lit et des papiers sales sous la table de nuit. Pas de gel douche ni de shampooing dans la salle de bains. Fuyez le restaurant, portions minuscules mais tarifs exorbitants, choix très limité. Ex: Soupe de carottes à 10€... Plats froids. Malheureusement il n’y a rien d’autre dans le secteur alors ils en profitent.

- danin (7/5): Scelta di fiducia ma con alcuni accorgimenti - Colazione abbondante, staff gentile e qualità prezzo molto buona. Ho soggiornato nel periodo di fine Settembre nella stanza economy, ovvero quando inizia a fare "un pò più freddo". Ho anche avuto sfortuna con il tempo poiché ha piovuto molto, in ogni caso i termosifoni della camera risultavano spenti. Non c'erano come pecca della camera delle tende che coprissero dalla luce esterna, più che altro perché la casa su cui dà la camera ha dei faretti molto forti che si accendono durante la notte (si può dedurre che non abbia dormito molto). Per il resto tutto ok, resta comunque una scelta di fiducia nel caso dovessi soggiornare di nuovo a Verbania.

- Ramez (6/5): Hôtel correct pour une nuit - Hôtel très joli de l’extérieur, un beau jardin, nous n’avons pas du mal à nous garer (peut être car nous sommes arrivés avant les autres voitures qui ont fini devant l’hôtel. Chambre correcte mais ça ne sent pas très bon dans la salle de bain. La fenêtre de la salle de bain ne se fermait pas facilement. Petit dej correct, mais dommage qu’en Italie, le café n’est pas bon… nous avions aussi l’impression qu’on nous surveillait pendant notre petit dej ce qui n’était pas très agréable :(

- David (8/5): - We did not actually stay at the moderno as it was somehow overbooked. They did however organise another hotel for us, the Premeno a close walk away. They were nice enough to offer us a free beer on their very nice terrace for our trouble. The Prenemo was also in that old but effective style.

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits. Il manque un piscine pour les journées de forte chaleur. La salle de bain est très petite.

Es un hotel antiguo entre las montañas con un jardín y vistas muy bonitas, ideal para descansar y relajarse una o dos noches. El desayuno me pareció bastante bueno teniendo en cuenta que el precio es muy competitivo. Que el hotel sea antiguo y de estilo también tiene sus contras, como falta de aire acondicionado (podrían poner por lo menos ventiladores) y se escuchan bastante todos los ruidos.

- Adrian (3/5): Für die 3 Übernachtungen ging es so - Lage war OK Frühstück ging so Zimmer und Bad war sauber Personal war freundlich Bett zu weich und zu niedrig Keine Möglichkeit den Koffer abzulegen ( Kofferbank ) Das sog. Bad im Einzelzimmer war eine Nasszelle wie im Wohnmobil Nur eine Möglichkeit ein nasses Handtuch aufzuhängen Frühstück mittelmäßig. Sehr trockene Semmel, jeden Tag gleiche Wurst-Käse Sortiment. Die junge Dame an der Rezeption machte einen überarbeitenden Eindruck Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen Andere Hotelgäste waren auch enttäuscht.

- Tim (3/5): - Das Motorrad konnte in der Garage geparkt werden und der Fußweg zum schönen Aussichtspunkt auf den Lago Maggiore ist kurz, für Letzteres kann das Hotel aber nichts. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, das Bett allerdings durchgelegen und zu weich. Kurzfristig habe ich günstig ein Einzelzimmer für den selben Tag gebucht. 52€ inkl. Frühstück. Am Abend das "Menü" für das hauseigene Restaurant gewählt, da in der näheren Umgebung kaum Alternativen bestehen. 30€ für eine halbe Portion Fusilli Nudeln mit Schinken-Erbsen-Sahnesoße im ersten Gang und einem Gemüse-Omelett mit einem Klecks Kartoffelbrei im zweiten Gang. Die Getränkepreise sind ebenfalls gesalzen, das Bier 7€. Dazu gab es ein vertrocknetes Brötchen, was vom Frühstücksbuffet übrig geblieben sein muss. Am Morgen das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr überschaubar, der Kaffee der reinste Graus - mit Abstand der schlechteste Cappuccino den ich je in Italien getrunken habe, sodass ich ihn stehen gelassen habe. Das Personal ist maximal unbeholfen, wenn auch nett. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Im Hotel gehen viele Lampen nicht, vermutlich um Strom zu sparen. Weiterhin ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Wer kann, macht bitte einen Bogen um das Hotel - auch für 52€ kann man enttäuscht werden.

- Malvina (8/5): Piacevole soggiorno di lavoro - L'hotel è accogliente e il personale gentile e disponibile. Ho apprezzato lo stile un po' retrò e la terrazza esterna. Purtroppo dovendo partire prima delle 7:00 per lavoro non è stato possibile usufruire del servizio colazione.
