Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was a beautiful condo, super clean. We just freak out when we arrived because we thought the AC didn’t work. It was complicated to get there and find the entrance but Laurie helped us a lot, step by step and she was very nice, always responded my texts thru WhatsApp, we appreciate the service!
- Rejane (2/5): Beware extra charge ay come your way - I wasn’t going to leave a bad review at all however they managed to ruin it all. It started that day your confirmation email is a mile long and extremely confusing. They write 1 million things however the address is in small print size... they also don’t make it clickable or give you a link. To find the place is a nightmare. They promised they’d meet at check-in but than they didn’t not sent anyone, so it took me more than 20 minutes to figure out where the building was, then which gate, then the code for the gate, then to find apartment itself, and then I almost broke all my nails opening their stupid lockbox to get the keys out. They already set the tone in a bad way but I decided I wasn’t going to stress out since the place is extremely clean, pretty quiet, and close to everything however I was surprised with a WhatsApp message charging me 1000 pesos for a broken cabinet. The cabinet was already like that when we got there and it’s very interesting to see how fast they managed to charge me on a Sunday afternoon when nothing is open. How did they know that the cost to get the cabinet replaced would be that amount? The worst is that my friend who stayed there with me ran into the housekeeper on her way out and the housekeeper never said anything was broken. Be careful dealing with these people. I would have had no problems paying had i broken something!
- EBONY (10/5): comfy, cozy and clean - My husband and I were staying here during a trip to celebrate our anniversary. The property was clean, safe he even lost his passport outside and a neighbor found it and reported it. The street is quiet and the grounds are well kept. The parking was simple and there were plenty of spaces. The water was very hot and had great pressure. The internet worked well and we had plenty of towels and linen. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything necessary for cooking a large meal.
We really enjoyed our stay and would surely return.
- Erik (8/5): Good for independent travellers - Zama is a great option if you don't need any information about activities or the area. You also almost have to have a car or at least bikes. There are many places to rent either.
Tulum seems very safe and the apartment was very clean and we'll furnished. It was a little complicated getting into our apartment because the entry codes had changed. Once we were in we didn't see any staff until our last day. That is when we were able to ask where to take our trash out (which was needed!).
- Verified traveler (10/5): Better than expected - Beautiful area, would definitely recommend
