The bed is super comfortable and so are pillows I asked for extra pillows and they were there : ) Mackenzie River is great Room 117. Refrigerator wasn’t getting cold. It was up to max. Freezer was iced over pretty bad. Only 3 usb ports and one didn’t work I had a minor surgery so a cold refrigerator for cold packs was needed.

I’m tired of being a local and being charged like a tourist but Thats life. I was in Polson paying for a room my girlfriend insisted on happening. So nothing really. I work on the road and off i was, it was pleasant.

- Charl (6/5): Potential but needs better management - The hotel is fairly new, so everything is still looking in good shape. Rooms were not very clean, there were hair in the bath and on the carpets. The carpet was not vacumed properly. Overall the hotel is quite, but our room had an door joining the next room and we could hear every word from next door, we could even hear what people were saying on the phone! We put the TV on a soft music channel so that it could buffer the noise(also his snoring) Breakfast: if it was not got the mini omelet and wafel maker I would have nothing to recommend for breakfast.

- Margaret (9/5): Good, clean, comfortable hotel for one night stay - This was a very nice location for an overnight stay while on our way to Glacier NP. The room was fine, spacious, clean. The breakfast was a little better than standard hotel buffet, The staff at breakfast continually checked and replenished food. The scrambled eggs were typical but fine. There was also a cheesy potato casserole which was a little different than usual fare. The waffle maker worked well. Coffee was decent and refilled as needed. There was plenty of single serve half and half, but not milk dispenser, although there was 2% milk in pints in the self serve fridge which was nice. The location of this hotel is in part of a shopping/strip mall complex, nothing exciting to do nearby, but there's a walmart, dollar general and safeway nearby, all very useful for picking up items needed for our trip.

- Holly (8/5): - Really nice and new Red Lion. Great views of Flathead Lake. The staff was great. The location is great, with a restaurant connected and a coffee shop across the street. Our only complaint was that the air conditioner unit in our room was so loud that it would wake us every time it turned on. We are frequent travelers and never mind the sound of the ac units, but this had a high pitched whistling noise when it kicked on that was very startling.

- Mark (4/5): Argh Is The Word - Dated property on the hill too far from Flathead Lake to even be noticed. While from staff was engaged and friendly, the price was about double what it was ever going to be worth. Rust and pitted stains in a 70’s old porcelain on steel tub with a shower that was questionable. Bed about as hard as they come. One of the worst lukewarm pre-cooked, pre-frozen, not really fully thawed-out, frozen pretend breakfasts-in-a-cellophane-pouch experiences you would ever have the unique displeasure of having to deal with. Argh is the word.

Not a huge deal but $15 per dog additional and $5 check out fee. I was fine with the dog fees but then at check out getting charged the extra $5 seemed ridiculous. I would still stay there again though.

- Elvira (5/5): Hotel need to be updated and it's expensive for what is not being offered. - Location and staff. Hotel is being promoted as pet friendly; they have the minimum fee of $15 charge per day, but you have to sign the form acknowledging that your pet can not go on any furniture or it's not welcome in public facilities. Before we left i made sure that there is not one hair on any surfaces. Bathroom doesn't have exhaust fan! The next door restaurant didn't allow our dog even outside on the terrace.
