Márcia (1/5): Pior hotel que já me hospedei - Da localização. Banheiro péssimo o vazo pingava o tempo todo. O chuveiro não fecha fica pingando. Ar condicionado não funcionou. A luz de detector de fumaça pisca na cara de frente pra cama. Reclamei do ar cond. e pedi coberta recepcionista não gostou. O andar do quarto no mesmo do café da manhã. Bastante barulho tanto quanto a noite como de manhã. As fotos é de quando construiram.

Infelizmente minha experiência nesse hotel foi péssima. Reservei a hospedagem pelos comentários positivos, mas, ao chegar, encontrei uma realidade completamente diferente. O hotel é muito antigo e mal conservado. O quarto e o banheiro estavam com mofo, a ponto de eu precisar deixar a janela aberta porque estava difícil até respirar dentro do quarto. A sensação era de falta de limpeza e manutenção básica. No café da manhã, a situação conseguiu piorar: peguei uma xícara com cheiro de barata, o que foi extremamente desagradável e preocupante em relação à higiene do local. Sinceramente, o valor cobrado não condiz com o que é oferecido. O hotel precisa melhorar muito em estrutura, limpeza e cuidado com os hóspedes.

No frigobar, fiz o consumo de um achocolatado (Toddynho), porém o mesmo estava na geladeira já vencido há pelo menos 2 meses. No check out, não nos foi cobrado esse consumo, e o porteiro acionou na hora o grupo de limpeza para verificar os quartos. Mas enfim, eu já tinha tomado, e passei mal o resto do dia.
