- Lucypearmain (4/5): pay the extra 20-30RM and stay somewhere more comfortable - location is easy to go to Aman Central and Mamak is nearby. Easy and fast for transport. Staff were friendly and helped me carry my suitcase upstairs. no lift- If I had known this I would not have booked. sheets were stained bathroom had mould paint was peeling on walls air conditioning had no front cover- i was afraid it might fall down. no kettle in room although they had dispenser in hallway

- Jeffrey (1/5): Disgusting 、I’ll never stay here again. - The location was wrongly listed it’s actually right opposite Parkson Mall, and there are plenty of food options nearby Cleanliness is the biggest issue. The bed sheets smelled terrible and had visible stains from previous guests. The floor tiles were broken and could easily cut your feet. There were ants all over the room. I stayed for less than an hour before deciding to leave and book another hotel. This was honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

If you have a car this area property not easy to find a carpark. If available after working hours. This area quite busy traffic. The carpark must pay selected hours. You must know carpark what date and time to pay it.

- Sara (8/5): Good cheap stay - Great location, staff all very friendly and helpful. Room had everything we needed, TV working in good location, WiFi alright (could stream netlix), shower hot and powerful, mugs and hot water so we could make our own coffee. Location is perfect Reception area really nice, rooms need abit of an update but thats okay for the price. We had an issue with our first room - plumbing issue in bathroom of our first room - and obviously bathroom haddnt been cleaned due to this plumbing issues, maybe reception weren't aware the room should be closed and put us in it. Overall good stay

- Sri (1/5): waste - nothing After booking my stay and making the payment, I arrived at the hotel only to be met with an unexpected hurdle. Despite providing my password and confirmation number, the staff insisted on receiving a PDF format receipt to verify my purchase. This requirement seemed unreasonable, especially considering that I had already shown them the email with all the necessary details. To make matters worse, when my daughter needed to use the restroom, have to go nearby restaurant instead of accommodating us within the premises. This left us waiting for hours with young children in tow, which was not only inconvenient but also disappointing. Overall, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I have serious doubts about returning to Hotel Bee Garden Aloseter in the future. I hope they reconsider their policies and prioritize customer satisfaction if they wish to continue operating in the hospitality industry."
