- Jake (8/5): Perfect location for those wanting a relaxing, peaceful stroll around the old town! - - Professional and welcoming check in process, extremly friendly staff who familairse you with the area and personally show you to your room - Walking distance to the Old Town (about 5 minutes) - Clean and tidy room / lobby - Decent breakfast with plenty of options - Minor issue but directly behind the property was some construction that started early in the morning (07.30 hrs) but appreciate this is out of your control and done to avoid the hottest part of the day. - Air con took a while to cool the room down

Room is huge and clean The hotel has a small swimming pool and fitness gym Location is around 10mins walk to Old Town - great if you enjoy the peace and quiet moments at nite. Otherwise, a grab 2-wheel is around 15K VND The breakfast selection is decent; toiletries are very basic - body wash and shampoon are provided without cconditioner. Shaving kit comes without any shaving cream

Staff helpful snd attentive. As an older ciuple we sometimes found the walk into town a bit far in the heat, however, Grab was quick and easy. Fantastic stay and excellent value for money.

The breakfast menu is quite small. We specifically booked a riverfront cottage but were downgraded to a normal room. Additionally, the stay was very noisy due to nearby building works. I would not recommend this based on the current price point.

The location is unbeatable—waking up to views overlooking the canal while being just a few steps away from the Old Town is incredible. A massive thank you to Sally, Jenny, Lily, and the whole team for their genuine warmth. They truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel special. I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else!

- 516kaelab (10/5): Wonderful honeymoon stay! - 10/10 stay! My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon while in Hoi An. We were actually booked in somewhere else and when we arrived our room was filthy and decided to search for an alternative elsewhere. We were hot and exhausted when we stumbled in and Jenny completely turned our day around. She showed us room options and the other facilities before we made a decision. Once we decided to book she took the time to go through all of their recommendations (which were all fantastic). We were offered welcome juice and cold towels while we waited for them to prepare our room. It was clean and comfortable with great AC. The breakfast was awesome and location perfect for us. Walkable to everything we wanted to do but far enough away from the noise of the town to actually relax when we wanted to. All of the staff were amazing, but particularly Jenny made our time in Hoi An relaxing, fun and memorable. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely stay here again for good value if/when we return to Vietnam.

Everything is easily accessible. I can't say enough about the hotel Everything is clean and very comfortable. The best part by far are the staff at this hotel. They are all so friendly and helpful, it makes for a very enjoyable stay. You will feel like family very quickly. Absolutely Wonderful.

We had a fantastic river view room so spacious and well appointed. The most important part of this experience is Lisa and her team, they were exceptional. - Memphis_11 (6/5): Construction Noise that Just Dosent Stop - We stayed three nights at this hotel, which is directly across from the river, so has lovely views in the bar and breakfast area. We found a couple of things at this hotel which were annoying. The breakfast food was luke warm, unless you had made to order eggs and the coffee was just dreadful. Worse was the construction noise outside out window from early in the morning to late afternoon. The rooms have double glazed windows, but the noise is persistent and there was no sleeping in for us and even an afternoon nap to overcome jet lag was impossible. I mentioned this at check out, and was told yes the rooms can get quite noisy and then quickly moved the conversation on. We had twin beds, as I was with my friend, maybe other rooms are not affected, but it would have been nice to be advised about such an inconvenience prior to our arrival and we would have changed hotels. Before you book you room, check where its located. Holidays are for rest and relaxation, this hotel was a dissapointment

- Y1259TGjoanc (10/5): Fabulous hotel. - I highly recommend staying at this hotel. My room was clean and spacious with a view of the river. The hotel is literally a few minutes walk to the main area of the floating lanterns and restaurants. The hotel has a spa, pool, gym and a restaurant bar which overlooks the river. Breakfast (buffet) was excellent with Vietnamese and western food and also many healthy choices of salads and fruits. During my 2 day stay, I had coconut coffee, cold chocolate and mango smoothie and for dinner cao lau which was delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff were amazing. Sally Ngo (the operations manager) was there when I checked in at 10am. She made sure that my room was available within an hour and also offered me breakfast from the buffet while I waited. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and loved this hotel so much that I have already booked a 12 night stay over the Christmas/New Year period.

- Wanderlustaustralia2 (6/5): It was okay - Upon checking in, a staff member, without asking us if we wanted to hear about tours, sat us down with brochures and started talking about everything they could organise for us. We just had a 3.5 hour car ride and it was really off putting to have the upsell put on us. This was a terrible start to our stay. The location is great. It’s a short walk to the buildings of old town and the night market, but far enough away that you don’t get the crowds. The wifi was really weak and we had to use international roaming. The hot water in the bathroom takes a good 3-4 minutes to heat up, and even then, it’s lukewarm at best. Every afternoon and evening we heard furniture being moved in the room above us, which was noisy and disturbing. The buffet breakfast was okay, but often the warm food was actually cold. The breakfast staff weren’t friendly. The river view rooms have a lovely balcony to sit on and watch people go by. There is only one lift, and you will often be waiting a long time. When we wanted to check out, and were in a hurry, there wasn’t a staff member to be found.

- E6939EWjoanad (10/5): Lovely staff, accommodating service, and great location. - This hotel thinks about your needs and wellbeing before you could even think about it when the time comes. Like they gave us extra towels the moment we arrived since they saw that we were a family of five and they knew they only had 3 towels in the room. I did book for 2A and 3 kids, although 2 kids were free because of their age. Hence maybe the 3 towels only. But to give us the extra towels meant more convenience and comfort for us. All of us had a welcome drink and cold towel the moment we arrived which was very nice especially after coming from a super early flight and long a very long trip to My Son Sanctuary before we checked in the hotel. They were very good with the kids too and the room service is prompt. There is always a person on the desk 24hrs. The location is walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Hoi An. The Boat and Lantern Release, the Old Town, Japanes Bridge, Day Market, Night Market, we did everything on foot with my kids under 5. I've got nothing but High praise to this hotel specially the staff. The restaurant is also well priced. We left some souveniers at the hotel when we left and they offered to post it to our Da Nang hotel. We were just so well looked after. Highly recommend this place.

Short walk to old Hoi An avoiding the need for a grab. On the river with a lovely outlook. Plenty to see and do. What I will remember is the staff who are lovely and do nice to talk too. The location is absolutely perfect—right on the riverfront with beautiful views, and just a short, easy walk into the Ancient Town. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. What really stood out, however, was the staff. They were so warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, making us feel genuinely cared for. If you want a mix of scenic beauty, convenience, and great service, this is the place to stay.

- Go23816221686 (10/5): Warm reception, great value, 4 ticks! - Reception staff especially Jenny, was warm, informative, gave tips on where to go to have dinner, shop etc. Before the trip, there was news about flooding. Nelly provided updates on the flood situation and was very prompt in answering our queries. All the staff were very friendly and helpful too. Buffet breakfast was adequate and the food variety changed daily. A colonial styled small boutique hotel whose best asset is its staff. Rooms are clean and bright!
