- Sharon (10/5): Exceeded every expectation - Keyless entry, automatic check in and out. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked Everything
- Cheryl (10/5): - Breakface was not good
Location was great Different food for breakfast
- DAVID (10/5): Once my booking issue was cleared up the stay itself was excellent in every way. - Latasha your guest services manager was excellent. She went out of her way to help me with a booking.com issue. The facility was very comfortable and clean. Excellent!!
- DAVID (10/5): Very nice facility. We will be back whenever we are in Baltimore which usually is twice per year. - Latasha was extremely helpful in correcting an issue with my Booking.com reservation. Very pleasant and professional Guest Services Manager. Booking.com. I will not be making reservations through them in the future. As far as the hotel goes, everything was excellent. The only amenity that we didn't have that would have been appreciated would have been a microwave oven in our room. There was one downstairs in the lobby however, so all was well.

- Kathleen (10/5): - Excellent staff who friendly and professional. Very helpful Wifi was a bit schetchy

- Lorena (7/5): Nice hotel for an overnight stay - Nice, clean hotel. Common areas were clean. Pool was heated. Room sizes were nice for 2 queen - still felt like plenty of room to move around. Nice to have small fridge in room. All staff we interacted with were very friendly. We couldn’t get the room to regulate temperature wise. No pool towels available. Location is ok, just not much around the immediate area.
- Patricia (10/5): -
- Paul (9/5): Enjoyable, easy, safe, no hassle. - Clean, convenient. No bar or restaurant, but that wasn’t a big deal, really. Plenty in area.
- Janet (10/5): -
- TINA (6/5): Decent stay, great location. - Excellent location Uncomfortable bedding. Probably the worst breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel
- Siana (9/5): -
- Ward (10/5): Honesty - Pool No vending

- Christopher (7/5): okay stay for the price. - complimentary breakfast shower door was broken
room heater didn’t work
- Jawaun (8/5): - Gym and location .. staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the area
- Carol (1/5): Cancelled stay - Notice sent that masks would be required in public spaces. I refuse to stay any where that draconian scare tactics are used again. Cancelled the booking on that basis
- William (7/5): Acceptable for the price, but some improvements are warranted. - Very clean room. Good water pressure in the shower. HVAC operating efficiently and quietly. Exceptionally friendly staff. Very hot in the common areas on the fifth floor. No air moving and clearly no operating air conditioning on that level. My recollection is that this was true in the common areas the last time I stayed as well, which I presumed at the time was an anomaly.
The elevators are also showing signs of poor maintenance - metal access panels loose and moving during elevator operation, stains on the flooring from spilled beverages, and a general sense that the elevators are not kept particularly clean.
- Wayne (10/5): Excellent - Room, staff and hotel was nice.
- katharine (10/5): Surprising and Perfect - It was tightly tucked away next to Sams Club and wasn't crazy about this BUT Bill I think his name was at the front desk was just truly the best gracious funny and so accommdating. My father has trouble walking and he switched our room to one that was available right next to the elevator so he would not have to walk very far at all - and gave water for us to take to our room. The hotel itself is not large and the interior felt surprisingly boutique-ish and comfortable - was so clean and the room was up to date, clean and really just perfect.
- Kathy (10/5): - The check in was fast and professional, I like the amenities, such as the swimming pool, gym and complementary breakfast. The beds were also comfortable and the walk in shower. I just wished the bathroom had a tub as well as the shower, it would’ve been perfect, I was looking forward to taking a bubble bath, lol.

- Robert (10/5): The usual great visit at this Hampton Inn! - We stay here every time we need a hotel room in the area. This place never disappoints. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Place decorated beautifully for Christmas! Breakfast is very good and has a nice selection of hot and cold foods. Large area for eating and relaxing. Rooms are the perfect size, and the bed is comfortable. Alway able to get a great deal from booking.com. Great location - close to restaurants and the highway.

- W7996AIjohnf (2/5): Add on parking fees - I stayed at the Hampton inn December 12/13 and prepaid , as in not refundable, my reservation. The website listed parking as included in my rate. After checking out, a $5 per night parking maintenance fee was added to my credit card. This fee was not listed on my receipt when I booked. I was not told about the fee when I checked in, nor when I checked out. I called the hotel to ask what the charge was for and was informed it was a parking maintenance fee, not actually a parking fee. Like a parking hoa fee. It’s not a lot of money, but it is a scam. The hotel adds the fee to every guest every night. It diminishes the Hampton inn brand.
- stevensF6851TK (2/5): Unreasonable cancellation policy at this property - Woke up this morning to a Delta flight cancellation, so I was unable to arrive at my destination and this hotel. I called the hotel immediately upon finding that I could not make the trip. I am a lifetime Hilton Hhonors Diamond member, so I have traveled a lot. I understand about cancellation policies, however, I have never had an issue with cancellation charges under these circumstances. I have left multiple messages for the manager of the property, but no return calls. I had two rooms booked, one for myself and one for a business associate (also on the same flight). It's pretty poor customer service that we were charged for two rooms when we were unable to board the plane to get there. Flight disruptions happen regularly for a variety of reasons. There is no reason to be unreasonable about cancellation policies. This is not simply a "no show".
- Stephen (10/5): Quiet and comfortable beds. - Clean and modern, excellent customer service. Conveniently located and ample parking next to Sam’s Club and Lowe’s Home Center.
- Peter (8/5): functional hotel with extremely helpful staff - Front-desk staff were extremely pleasant and helpful—directed us to what I am convinced is the best local restaurant, etc.. Facilities and room were well kept up.
Hotel otherwise is standard and set in a sterile environment surrounded by big-box stores and mini-malls, far from convenient mass transport. The major transport service to BWI was no longer in business. It would be good to arrange for short-term transport to train terminals or else shuttles to the airport. Thanks. See above
- Karla (10/5): The room was gorgeous, clean & the temp was great - Clean, fabulous location, good breakfast There’s no hot tub & the pool was cold
- Heather (7/5): -
- Harvey (4/5): - Shower didn’t drain. A/c unit completely stopped, shabby, musty environment. The employee s knew it too, they apologized as if they were well practiced at it and genuinely sympathetic
- Nott (10/5): - Location was great not to far off highway. Very clean and the staff was great nothing
- John (10/5): - All good!
- edward (10/5): - It was clean and quiet.
- Florian (10/5): - Great! I always stay there during my business trips in MD
- Vivian (8/5): - Hotel is under renovation upgrade
- Jason (9/5): -
- Rosemary (10/5): Great Stay - Love this hotel. Staff is awesome and location is perfect.
- Rahee (10/5): - Nice
- Michele (10/5): - Wonderful staff who make sure you feel very welcome. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
- Richard (10/5): Consistently excellent value. - Both front desk and Housekeeping Staff were excellent, and very helpful. One of the two elevators was broken.
- Dennis (10/5): - Quiet, clean, nice big room. Nice free breakfast with lots of options. The laundry facility was the added bonus.
- Nancy (10/5): - The rooms were spotless. Our tv wasn’t working and we called Bill at the front desk and he was at our room in 5 minutes.
- craigkL4565JW (2/5): Dishonest hotel changed my rate and will not communicate after repeated messages. - This is a business that is dishonest. I had a reservation for 2 nights, at a rate of $159 the first night and then $189 the second night. I decided to change hotels the second night, and three days prior, and as a courtesy, I notified the front desk manager (Bill) and adjusted my reservation to be only 1 night. He cancelled the second night and confirmed my first night would remain unchanged. When I checked out, I was charged over $250 plus tax approaching $30 for one night. I contacted the GM via voicemail. No response. I contacted the GM via Email, no response. I contacted Hilton customer service and they took the report and said the GM had to respond within three days. No response. Dishonesty and non-accountability abound. Stay at this hotel at your own risk where they arbitrarily change rates, without notifying you of any rate changes. $$$. (I'm still waiting to hear directly from either Hilton or The GM to fix this mistake.)
- Brock (10/5): - Very good hotel … reasonable price … easy to park and access … nice staff … good breakfast … nice basic gym.
- Hanuman67 (6/5): A cut below standard HH - Worst breakfast ever at a Hampton Inn. No OJ, oatmeal, banana, plus terrible weak coffee. Shower didn’t work. Nice front desk people but not up to standards.
- Michael (10/5): - Dependable
- Sherman (9/5): - Breakfast: Oatmeal and coffee were great. I didn’t care for the waffles or breakfast meat. The only thing that was not pleasant was a strange smell in the hallway on the 6th floor.
- Paul (10/5): -
- Gregory (4/5): Don’t Expect Room to be cleaned - No room service in 4 day stay! Had to get new towels daily, shower gel and conditioner ran out, no full garbage cans. We called the front desk that said no housekeepers were there!!!!?!????
Not to put dirty towels outside our room. Looked
Like all other rooms just put them in the hall.
For the cost and no housekeeping staying at motor hotel would have been much cheaper and a cleaner room!
Front desk said th manager would call us and we gave them our phone, but no one ever called.
- Laurie (10/5): Get away - A very nice hotel the staff was very nice. They had my favorite breakfast. Can't wait to come back
- William (6/5): - Hotel actually charges $5 per day for parking.
- Steven (8/5): - Staffs are so nice and shown their welcome and very helpful. The room is very spacious and clean.
I will definitely come back again.
- Li (8/5): -
- China Doll79 (10/5): - The pool it was relaxing and staff.
- Antoinette (10/5): -
- timothyhX1034AD (2/5): Never again! - Have been using Hampton Inn for years. Flew into Baltimore for a wedding. Went o breakfast at 7:45am. Out of waffle batter. No oatmeal. No eggs or Breakfast meat. No attempt to refill those products.
Room had a QR scan to tip housekeeper. What a joke. Stayed two nights. Housekeeping never came to my room. What am I supposed to tip them for? How well they cleaned for the last guest or the next guest?
You had to ask for basics. Had to call the front desk to get a bath mat!
Never again!
- Albert (10/5): - Not enough parking for the size of the hotel
- carolej649 (2/5): Quality No More - I've stayed at this hotel several times over the past 3 years. It's convenient to Johns Hopkins at Greenspring Station and for the most part, staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. That's the good news.
Lately, I've experienced a decline in the hotel's room quality and amenities. My latest experience there the week of July 14 was my last. When I made the reservation at the front desk, I asked for a room close to the elevator, explaining that I was in town for orthopedic surgery and could not walk very well. I was told the room would be across from the elevator. The day of check-in, I called to confirm the room location and was told the room was located directly across from the elevator. (I tried to check in on the app and could not check into the room...I was being shuffled to a room at the end of a hallway) When I got to the hotel, the room was midway down the hallway, nowhere near the elevator. Did the front desk clerk lie, or did she have no idea where the room was located????
The bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. At 11:30 pm, I was wakened by a text message from the front desk clerk welcoming me to the hotel and asking if I needed anything. 11:30 pm! At 6:00 am, I sat at the desk watching ants crawling across the top! (There was no food in the room, but the edges of the desk and the edges of the TV cabinet felt sticky.)
This place needs help. I am a long-time Hilton Honors member and fan, and it saddens me to see the demise of this place. Do yourself a favor and find another place to stay.
- Amanda (5/5): Decent and clean stay - Close to event we were in town for Amenities were fine only thing is I would like to see change is having scrambled eggs at breakfast and some bacon
- Phuong (2/5): - DIRTY and STICKY carpet and floors in room and common areas. WiFi doesn’t work. Limited breakfast options. No microwave in the rooms. Would never stay here again.
- Phuong (2/5): - Very DIRTY. The floors/carpet in the room was wet and sticky and smelled like feet. We requested to move to another room which they accommodated. The second room was a little better and wasn’t wet, but the carpet still had a sticky feel to it. We stayed for 3 nights and were supposed to get towels and amenities refreshed. They removed the dirty towels but didn’t give new ones, didn’t restock the toilet paper which was empty, and didn’t fill the empty soap/lotion dispensers. Floors in the halls by the escalator are constantly wet from pool-goers. Breakfast was the most scarce and lacking out of every hotel I have ever been to. I would never stay here again.
- Yvonne (2/5): - Neat and clean
- Precious (10/5): - I like that the staff member by name of Bill was very engaged in our stay, making his self available for any questions or need if any and I must say I really appreciate that.
- Yvonne (8/5): Very good - No microwave in the room
- Yvonne (8/5): Very good -
- Daniel (10/5): - Everything was excellent - service, room, bed, shower, hallway, breakfast. The only thing I can detract for is the wooden desks and TV cabinet which had some chips, but that’s being nitpicky.
- Yvonne (9/5): Superb - Very clean No microwave
- Irish0514 (10/5): Recommended Hampton Inn - No complaints. Overall a nice one night stay. Room was very clean, quiet, and uneventful. Definitely would stay here when traveling through the area again. The staff at the desk during check in and check out were very friendly and helpful with dinner suggestions and any other questions that may have been asked. Well lit parking lot and property.
- CAROLYN (10/5): - I love the Hampton Inn group, I was a bit surprised by the parking lot charge. That was a first!
- Tiffany (9/5): Great staff great location to get to a lot of things with little travel - Friendly hotel staff No towels in pool area needed refilling maybe
- Charles (4/5): - The one thing we liked was that it was conveniently located for what we intended to do. But the negatives far outweighed the positives.
First, the floors in our room (especially the carpet) was filthy, as evidenced by the black footprints from our feet in the shower and stray hairs of a length and color different than ours.
Second, the servicing of the room was infrequent and when it was done, the service was incomplete -- supplies that one would expect (e.g. in-room coffeee supplies) were not replenished.
Third, two of the four days when we went to breakfast at about 7:00 a.m. there was no coffee in the breakfast room! The urns should be monitored to ensure a suitable supply. The last day, we simply gave up after waiting a good 20 minutes for the urn to be refilled.
Finally, almost every hotel of this supposed caliber has free wifi. But to get "free" wifi at the Hampton Inn, one had to sign up for the Hilton "Honors" program, which after a certain period (I think 7 days) turned into a payment of some kind. Unthinkable in these times.
Needless to say, we will not stay there again.
- Angelo (5/5): Disappointed - Clean and updated They advertise full hot breakfast and when we went to breakfast there was a continental one. when asked why they told me I should have been told. I had to go out for breakfast and pay.
- Debora (10/5): - Breakfast and pool was perfect
- Corrine (8/5): - The property was clean enough. Could use some updates to the carpet. There was also a damp smell in our room on the third floor. Breakfast was delicious. Overall decent stay, I just didn’t like the mildew type smell.
- Kathy (8/5): - Other than a Sam’s supermarket next-door, there is nothing immediately nearby.
- Ashanta (6/5): - The room smelled mildew and the floors were sticky.
- Dinardo (4/5): Disappointing - Close to highway The lamp was broken. There was dirty toilet paper in the bathroom when we signed in. No soap, just overall wasn’t clean. Said the bill was 170 and added an additional 75 which was unknown to us
- Chad (10/5): - Check in was fast and efficient.
- Cylinda (8/5): - It was alright
- Barbara (8/5): Very good -
- Thomas (2/5): - $50 fee when we checked in? please explain
- Judith A (2/5): - My stay was 5/29 to 5/31. I had an accident & chkd in by phone on 5/29, when I left the ER. Female clerk said a relative could use my room, and I could have the room the 2nd night.A male clerk at 10pm denied this, said I was a "no show" and wouldn't allow me to access the 2nd night of my stay. I never was allowed to use my reservation. My original receipt lists the dates 5/29 to 5/31. I think I should be refunded the 2nd night I was denied.
- Raymond (10/5): - Everything was fine.
- Bernard (10/5): Exceptional - Room settings, space available for family congregation0
- jeanne (8/5): - The lighting in the bathroom was terrible. The room had a pink light over the mirror. It was almost impossible to see at night and not possible to put on makeup. That needs to be changed. The room was nice and spacious. It would have been nice to have more than the two paper coffee cups. Maybe two plastic disposable cups for cold beverages.
- Linda (1/5): Bed &!pillow were great! Slept well. But TV system a waste- no selection - Hotels need to check the filter for the Heating/AC units. Tired of having to check & clean them myself. The was a noxious oder in the area around the hotel. Really unpleasant. Not sure of the source.
