We arrived at 5am due to a sleeper bus arrival and this was no problem for the host who welcomed us in, the host was super kind and helpful. The beds were some of the most comfy we’ve had in Vietnam and the room was lovely. Great location, we would definitely return.

• Yao (10/5): I had a great time. It is at a quiet but convenient location. Vicky treats all her guests very well. - It is a boutique hotel with a very convenitn location. Easy to get to good restaurants, river and old town. The owner (Vicky) is super super friendly. She helped us book tickets to activities and the price she charged was very fair (did not find any lower price anywhere else). We got an upgrade of our room for free. Anytime we had any issues/questions, she would show up immediately even if it is late at night. I like that she knows every guest and pay attention to each of us. Already missed her big smile :) Hope to visit back in the future. Not much.

• Leendert (10/5): Mijn verblijf daar was zorgeloos omdat de manager me over van alles op de hoogte hield, zelfs van mij eigen vlucht en ve - De manager was een voorbeeldige gastvrouw die alles voor je verzorgde. Op mijn dag van vertrek (ik moest heel vroeg weg voordat er iets open was om ontbijt te kunnen halen), heeft ze toch een broodje met kip en ei laten bezorgen zonder dat ik daarom gevraagd had. Wat een service! Er zitten raampjes van melkglas in de deur van de kamer. Als het licht op de gang brand dan zie je dat ‘s nachts. Ik slaap met een nachtmasker dus had daar eigenlijk geen last van.
• Jewel (10/5): Perfection in every way - We stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights as a group of 3, and honestly we loved it. Our room had one queen/double bed and one single bed, and the room itself was HUGE. The bathroom and shower were absolutely ginormous. The shower had great water pressure and stayed nice and hot the entire time. There was also air conditioning that worked really well, which was amazing after long hot days outside. At the beginning of our stay, we had a small issue with the AC, but it was honestly our fault because we probably played around with the buttons too much. She came to help us right away and fixed everything immediately. She was always available anytime we needed something, and we could easily message her whenever we had questions. The room was super clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the linens and towels were always fresh and clean. They provided amenities like shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, towels, and other essentials. If we ever needed more of anything, she would happily give us more. The room was cleaned and the beds were made every single day, which we really appreciated. There’s also a pool that was very clean and well maintained. It was honestly so nice to have when it was super hot outside. There was also a lounging bed by the pool area. It would maybe be even better with two loungers instead of one, but it was still really nice to have. There are also sitting areas in the front where you can relax or smoke if you do smoke. The location was also amazing. It’s super close to everything. You can easily grab a Grab within minutes or simply walk almost everywhere. It was less than a 10-minute walk to the Old Town, which made everything really convenient. We were also on the first floor, which was super convenient because we didn’t have to carry our luggage up multiple flights of stairs. The owner was honestly one of the best parts of our stay. She greeted us warmly when we arrived and explained everything about the area. Nothing ! This is really the best place !!!!

New towels were being provided. Location is walking distance to the main area. Has a pool and the host accommodated us every time we use it.

• Yéliz (8/5): - Le rapport qualité prix. On ne peut pas s'attendre à un 4* vu le prix donc cela reste correct. La gentillesse de l'hôte. Les photos ne sont pas représentatives. Le mobilier extérieur est mal entretenu. La chambre est correct même si un nettoyage en profondeur serait nécessaire. L'emplacement est très bien hormis le fait qu'il se situe vers un pont emprunté par énormément de scooter donc lorsqu'on sort il faut faire extrêmement attention et dans tous les sens. Pas idéal avec des enfants.

The owners were lovely, so friendly and helped us book tickets to the Memories show and generally gave us advice about where to go and what to do in Hoi An. We really enjoyed our stay here. Nothing.

• Rebecca (10/5): An excellent, affordable last minute booking! - The hosts were very accommodating! We booked a very last minute stay, late at night, as I needed to return to the tailors the following morning for a fitting, and didn’t want to taxi back to Danang. We arrived after midnight and were warmly welcomed. The room was very spacious and the beds were pretty comfortable. Although we didn’t get to see much, it was an excellent location, just a 15 minute walk to the old town and looking out over he river. I would definitely stay here again, when I return to Hoi An! Nothing.

Vicky and her husband were amazing and nothing was to bigger ask. They were also quick to provide the best advice regarding tours, recommendations for tailors and where to get the best prices. The hotel was quaint and relaxed with a comfortable vibe. Not flashy or upmarket, but had a wonderful home-like feel as Vicky and her husband treated us like family. There is a wonderful coffee cart (small business as you walk down to the ancient town night market. Easy for transport to locate for longer journeys Nothing! We ran out of toilet paper once but that was quickly remedied lol

• Millward (10/5): Vicky! Vicky! Vicky! - Vicky is the most wonderful host. She embodies the absolute best of Vietnam - kindness, compassion and sheer hospitality. The location is perfect for Hoi An - it is quiet and away from the noise of the town, but still a short and picturesque walk to the ancient town. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bathrooms are impeccably modern and clean. The hotel has a stunning view of the river. We cannot put into words how much we enjoyed our stay, it was truly memorable and special. Thank you so much Vicky for everything. That we couldn’t stay for longer ❤️

Vicky est tout simplement extra, elle est constamment disponible au besoin et n’hésite pas à donner plusieurs recommandations sur le région. Vous économiserez d’ailleurs de l’argent en passant directement par elle pour certaines commodités.sa joie de vivre est un plus à l’hébergement. Rien nous avons adoré l’expérience. Petit clin d’œil à la photo de la chambre où l’on voit une grande piscine, il s’agit de celle de l’hôtel voisin. Celle de l’hôtel est bien celle des autres photos, elle est plus petite, mais elle est tout aussi belle.
• Lori (10/5): Excellent homestay! - We loved the receptionist she was so friendly, accommodating and very very pleasant, helpfu,l arranged our trips, our transportation. She was avaliable almost instantly on WhatsApp if she was not there at the moment. There was always water. The pool was wonderful the room and bed were super comfy and the balcony a bonus. Air conditioner worked best in all the places I have previously stayed in Vietnam. Daily housekeeping was a pleasant bonus though not necessary. I would say, combination of everything during our stay was above and beyond. I would definitely stay here next time Reminder to plug your fridge in upon arrival as generally they are unplugged..but I am already aware of this at most places and we like to buy yogurt and things that we prefer to be cold.

Little pool area, but great for a dip and to cool down. It’s really peaceful with a view of the river, but only a short walk in to the main part of the old town. Would definitely stay again! It was perfect for our 3 night stay in Hoi An.

From the moment we arrived (family of 5 with 10, 7, 4yo) she was amazing and incredibly accommodating. The location was great, the room was perfect for what we needed and the pool was used a lot. Vicky organised everything for us including airport transfers, drinks on arrival and departure and even banh mi for our whole family when we checked out (it was breakfast time). The home is located so close to everything and can walk or bike where ever we needed to go. Lots of good and cheap food and drink options very close too. Nothing. It was all perfect.

Bedroom was clean, bed was so comfy, hot shower and location was about 10 mins to old town so super convenient but also tucked away from the hustle and bustle so nice and quiet in the evening! For the price it was excellent definitely reccomend! Nothing.

I would encourage everyone to book with her as you would support a local family run business. It os good value for money and within walking distance of everything. They are the kindest people ever and will make you feel right at home😍 Nothing. Everything was great.

• Marcin (10/5): Very friendly and helpful hosts, nice and very clean property, comfy bed, good location. - Viki and her husband are very nice hosts, she is very funny and friendly, gives a lot of advise regarding good places to eat and visit. Viki offers help with the trips, local activities and booking the taxi. She offers a laundry service as well, we gave her our clothes in the morning and they were cleaned, dry and nice folded by the evening. The property is very clean, comfortable bed, fresh towels every day, bathroom cleaned daily. You’ll get a bottle of water on the arrival which you can top up daily at the reception. The property is by the river, about 10 mins walk from the old town so you can enjoy a good sleep away from the town chaos. The door is open 24hrs so no issues if you want to come back late. We recommend this place, would stay there again. Nothing bad to say.
