• Gunther Verhulst (9/5): Top hotel waar je als klant op alle vlak in de watten wordt gelegd - Het ontbijt was super,al wat je je maar kon wensen. Showcooking indien gewenst. Vriendelijke mensen, toffe accomaties. de ligging is niet super, ligt een beetje buiten centrum in een achterbuurt.

Iedereen heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mooi zwembad en heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. Ontbijt is binnen wat jammer is bij mooi weer, mar de ontbijtruimte zelf is mooi en ruim.

• Nazar (10/5): Excellent all round - Everything was amazing, felt more like a five star hotel, nice aesthetic, lovely pool and facilities, clean modern spacious rooms with balconies and great helpful staff. Nothing to dislike, a slight walk from the town where there are restaurants and bars but it is worth it for the peace and tranquility of the hotel when you are there.

Relatively good access to the town center, about a 15 minute pleasant walk. The surroundings were not nice, messy. The hotel itself was perfectly fine. Parking space freely accessible from the street. The bed mattress was slightly sagging.

Das Bett hat leider bei jeder Bewegung geknarzt und die Dusche war nicht so sauber und schon etwas heruntergekommen, ebenfalls die Balkonmöbel. Zudem hatte das Sofa einige Flecken. Sonst war das Zimmer aber sauber und ordentlich.

• Smarti16 (8/5): Nette Unterkunft mit Charme - Selten so nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal erlebt. Von Check-in bis Check-out lief alles super. Die Lage ist anfangs irritierend, weil es abgelegen scheint, aber letztendlich mochten wir die abendlichen Spaziergänge zur Altstadt und zurück (ca. 15 Minuten pro Weg). Am Abreisetag hätte man noch den ganzen Tag im Hotel und am Pool verbringen dürfen. Das haben wir leider nicht genutzt, fanden das Angebot aber sehr freundlich. Das Bett war leider schon sehr durchgelegen, weshalb wir nach den 4 Nächten leichte Rückenschmerzen und keinen erholsamen Schlaf hatten. Ansonsten hat uns das Hotel sehr gefallen.

• irene (9/5): Un soggiorno rilassante. - Camere famigliari spaziose, con spazio esterno in giardino utile per far giocare i bambini. Struttura molto pulita e curata. Personale attento e disponibile, molto gentile. Posizione comoda per il centro (in auto sono 5 minuti). Teli a disposizione per la piscina. Colazione varia. Parcheggio gratuito in loco. In camera non ci sono cassetti per riporre oggetti/vestiti. Nella zona soggiorno manca una luce più "soft" (per noi era la seconda camera da letto, serviva qualcosa tipo una abatjour). La colazione dolce è un po' da migliorare: i succhi di frutta sono davvero terribili come sapore. Noi avevamo l'auto e in 5 minuti eravamo in centro, ma senza auto alla sera non è sicuro andare a piedi in centro: la via è poco illuminata, stretta e senza marciapiedi.

Tiene parking privado gratis. La habitación grande y cómoda, pero la cama y las mesas de noche no corresponden con la decoración del resto de la habitación. Son anticuadas. Pareciera que todo había sido modernizado menos la cama. Tambien el colchón era muy blando para mi gusto.

Breakfast was varied and delicious. The pool area was relaxing and stylish, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Especially thanks to Theodore 💐 Wi-Fi connection could be a bit slow at times.

Havuzu küçük ama kullanışlıydı. Hoşgeldin ikramları çok nazikti. Resepsiyonist bavulları arabadan çıkarmaya çalıştığımı görmesine rağmen vale ya da bir yardımcı göndermedi. Bavulları odaya siz taşımak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Şehir merkezine biraz uzaktı.

• Richard (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Kos and hope to visit Diamond Boutique Hotel again! - The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the pool and bar a relaxing area to enjoy a drink but it was the staff who made the stay even better with their friendly manner especially the breakfast staff. We also enjoyed the variety of fresh food available at breakfast, omelettes, fruit, yoghurts etc. Thank you for your hospitality!

• Chris (9/5): Lovely hotel and staff were amazing. Highly recommend. - We had a lovely week at this hotel. The pool was lovely and the sun beds were luxurious. Most of all I would say the staff make this hotel from the moment you step foot into the reception. Sofia, an English/Greek receptionist was just so attentive, polite and very professional. She didn't waste any time in checking us in and having a welcome drink ready for us. She then proceeded to show us to our room and explain the functions etc. Secondly, the restaurant staff, Sofia and Gianni were just superb. Big smiles whenever you met them and nothing was never any trouble. I was fortunate enough to spend my 50th birthday here and the staff sang Happy Birthday, balloons, a cake and candle which wasn't expected and duly embarrassed me on a good level in front of the restaurant!!! But all seriousness, Sofia and Gianni are an absolute kingpin to the restaurant and make your experience extremely pleasurable. The room was nice and airy and the air-conditioning was very welcome. The storage space in the rooms could be bigger or some drawers as we like to empty our cases for our stay rather than living out of them!! Pool area was lovely, plenty of beds and their "don't leave towels on beds and then head for breakfast policy" works well as we never struggled to locate 2 beds. All in all, a lovely hotel, clean, presentable and very well managed by excellent staff. Restaurant - We went half board and to be honest the 5 course Ala-Carte menu was a bit too much for us. Plus some of the dishes we didn't enjoy - lacked flavour or their menu was misleading on some items as they mixed greek elements with english so was confusing. The shower in the bathroom could have been cleaned better especially what looked like limescale on the rainfall shower head ( clumps in the small nozzles) and the fixing of the hose looked corroded. Since it was quite hot, a lot of hotels offer complimentary water. This would have been useful if a cold water fountain was available - would have been a nice touch as opposed to paying 4.50euro for a bottle of water each time we needed to hydrate and if you bought your own bottle of water or coke from the shop, they would notify you that you can't drink items around the pool that were not bought from the bar. Thats their policy to keep this in mind.

• JAMIE (10/5): Brilliant staff and excellent facilities make the hotel a hidden gem in Kos Town - This was the second time we stayed at the hotel. Being set back from the main streets means the hotel is quiet. However, it’s within easy walking distance of the town (about 10 minutes) The facilities are excellent and well maintained. The rooms are slightly narrower than other rooms we’ve stayed in but are a very good size and well laid out. High quality fixtures, bedding and towels add to the feeling of luxury. Lots of choice at breakfast and a really nice, airy dining area. But the best feature of the hotel is the staff. Always friendly and helpful from check in to check out. We had a couple of minor issues with the room that were fixed straight away. I’d definitely choose the diamond boutique hotel again. The bed is a bit low for my creaking bones

• Marieke (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf nabij Kos-stad - De ligging, het ontbijt, super vriendelijk personeel. Fijn zwembad met heerlijke ligbedden. Kudos voor schoonmaak, iedere dag perfect op orde. Op korte loopafstand van het strand en centrum (strand tent Baltic is een aanrader met een bijzonder vriendelijke eigenaar). Ook leuk is Mylos beach bar, hele hippe tent. Veel restaurantjes in de omgeving, dus wij kozen niet voor halfpension. Alles bij elkaar een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het bed zou wat hoger mogen en iets minder zacht.
