- Shaikha (9/5): Best located hotel in Jabal Omar, Makkah - أفضل فندق من حيث الموقع والقرب إلى باب الملك فهد 79 (الباب الرئيسي للعمرة) بعد تجربتي لأكثر من 3 فنادق في جبل عمر. الغرف مريحة وعملية والغرف المتصلة مناسبة جداً للعائلات. من أفضل خدمات الفندق خدمة الغرف وغسيل/ كي الملابس وخدمة التوصيل إلى المطار (خدمات المغسلة + التوصيل عليها رسوم إضافية طبعاً ولكنها سريعة وممتازة). كل الشكر لموظفي الاستقبال على ترحيبهم وتعاونهم الدائم. ليست إقامتي الأولى في الفندق وباذن الله لن تكون الأخيرة. تأخر استلام الغرف خلال المواسم المزدحمة مثل شهر رمضان.

And too much waiting to get our order

- Hana (7/5): كرههت الفندق - - حجزي كان عن طريق بوكينج بمبلغ جيد وبشرط الدفع في مكان الاقامة لغوه وانا بالقطار متوجهه لمكة ؟!!!!! رحت حجزت بالساعه ب3 اضعاف حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل علما ارسلت لهم رسالة من الليل قلت فيها بكره جايه ع الحجز وراح ادفع بالفندق ومايحق لهم الالغاء الا في حالة الاتصال الشخصي برقمي وسوالي استغلال قالك عشان حاولوا يسحبون من بطاقتي ورفضت البطاقة خير ان شاء الله اذا تبون عربون من قبلها بيومين ارسلي رسالة لك
