Taylor (7/5): - One of the staff was super nice and I love all u can eat breakfast Well one of the things that I did not like was when it was time to eat breakfast it was a lot of crumbs in certain areas and certain tables was not clean I really wish that they paid attention to that and had somebody to make sure that everything was more clean and I wish the housekeeper had made the room smell good you know because we came he was there for a few seconds and done he didn't do a really good job of wiping certain things down but other than that no problem

raybE7963YI (10/5): Exceptional Hospitality and Outstanding Service - From arrival to departure, my stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional. The property itself was clean, fresh, and welcoming, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. This hotel has an outstanding team, and I especially want to recognize Julian for going above and beyond multiple times during my stay. After a long day of work, I had to attend a City Council meeting remotely from my room. During a short 10-minute break, I ran downstairs to order food from the bar, but my meeting resumed before the food was ready. Even though the hotel does not offer room service, Julian personally brought the food up to my room so I wouldn’t miss my meeting. I was genuinely surprised and so grateful for his kindness and willingness to help. Then, on my final evening, after another long workday, Julian once again went out of his way to make my stay special. He allowed me to finish an important business meeting in the restaurant area after closing time and even served me a glass of wine afterward. That level of hospitality and customer care is rare and deeply appreciated. Julian’s professionalism, kindness, and commitment to guest experience made this stay truly wonderful. Experiences like this are what set great hotels apart from the rest. I will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Pks121749 (10/5): A great stay in Chicago's Loop! - Our stay was simply perfect other than the day my husband's varicose vein burst while he was in the shower at the hotel. The bleeding was non stop. My frantic call to the front desk was acted upon immediately. They called 911 which enabled me to put a tourniquet on his leg til paramedics and fire dept arrived. Managers Lydia and Aiasha, along with staff Brandon and Alina were in the hallway awaiting emergency personnel while assuring me til they arrived. We will never forget their concern and kindness during this horrifying ordeal. Once back at the hotel, Brandon left a voicemail on the room phone asking how we were doing and offering assistance after the fact. Fortunately, my husband and I were able to continue our stay and greet our son and his family the next day. Staff secured a room for our family across the hall from us making it feel more like home. In addition, we were grateful to have staff member Dominic looking after our breakfast needs! She definitely offered her own kind, friendly, and competent personality to begin our day! This is the second time we have stayed at Hyatt Place the Loop while visiting Chicago, and we highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to be in the heart of this amazing city! erica (5/5): - I booked for my birthday in March, 14th-15th and still have yet to receive my deposit of $200. I was told to contact my bank and they would have to resolve the issue. I was told that my deposit was released on the day of my check out, almost an entire month ago! This is ridiculous if I had known it would’ve been this much of a hassle to get my $200 back I would’ve booked somewhere else.

Nicole (4/5): - Hi, we recently stay a few days at Hyatt Place Chicago loop. First off the shower in our room was awful! Water leaked everywhere and we were standing in a pool of water in the bathroom getting ready. Then on top of that using most of our towels to mop up the water. ALSO, your plug-ins would not hold our phone chargers in so we could not charge our phones at night. Then to top it off Thursday night we plan to be in the pool most of the night, and there were swimming lessons going on in there, which really disappointed our kids.

morgandW617XU (2/5): Loud, dirty, and terrible service - Terrible experience, room service never came when we stayed two nights, no new rolls of toilet paper in room half used ones were in there when we first arrived, when we ran out and asked for more a staff member when into a room and took it off the toilet paper holder and handed us that instead of a new roll. There was trash bags filed with trash in the hallway. There were teenagers knocking on doors and running up and down the hallway acting as if they didn’t knock on the door. Constantly people yelling in the hallway and being loud. Never got extra blankets or towels when asked. Phone in the room didn’t work, the WiFi was terrible, couldn’t call room service, no microwave in the room. Would not stay here again

685katelandw (10/5): Consistent cleanliness /soft sheets - My husband and I never regret staying here. We always go back to this specific location on Franklin because the beds and sheets are soft. Corner king room is our favorite. Consistent cleanliness as well.
Papadopoulos (10/5): Amazing experience in Chicago, with the hotel having the best location and facilities. - The staff were really polite and helpful, the facilities with the pool and the gym were awesome , and the room perfect, while the price was great including all of these and a perfect location. Everything was amazing.
Kayla (8/5): Good for a clean quick stay - Very clean. Very pricey for no free breakfast, a bottle of water in the room was $8. Very confusing on where to park. Pool closes at 8 which isn't very convenient.

F5308CQstevenc (2/5): The Big Meh - Over priced for what it was. If I stayed for $200 it was fine , but at $400 and not offering breakfast without additional fees is very disappointing.
Patricia (3/5): - The convenience of the location. The security of having to use our room keys to access areas. Broken sink valve, broken bathroom door lock (my girls got lock in the bathroom). The shower flooded the bathroom floor. No linens for the pull out mattress. Fitted sheet for one of the beds was wrong size and did not fit. Floor of the pool scraped up my girls feet. Cobwebs in corners and on fire spray nossel.
