- Susan (6/5): overall clean and decent place to stay - Overall the room seemed to be clean but the dark carpet made me uneasy (I'm not a fan of carpet in hotel rooms from a cleanliness perspective). The location was convenient for walking the downtown strip of Gatlinburg. Get rid of the stinky carpet in the stairwell. There were no towel bars in the bathroom to hang wet towels.

The pool was nice, and breakfast hit the right spot in the morning. The room was clean when we arrived, and the bathroom was stocked It would have been nice to know that housekeeping happens every other day

The bathroom door squeaked so bad if someone used it during the night it would wake everyone up. The sheets were stained. The "heated pool" was cold.

- lee (1/5): Place was not worth the money. - Nothing I’m not much writing reviews what I feel this time I have to country in and Suites is a total rip off the place is not clean the other side. Looks like something that I cannot explain right next to it is in a car if you wanna stay. The staff are rude and the breakfast is a joke. I hope I can attach pictures. I can’t believe I was charged $580 to stay at this dump. I was putting up with it till the last day when a staff. Member was totally rude and disrespectful. All I did was asked to change the channel on the TV in the break room. It says three stars people are being kind if I have to give a star. I will do one, but I would like to color it black this place isn’t complete joke . Don’t waste your money. Find another place. I can’t believe how they photo chopped their photos.

- Andrea (5/5): Couldn’t sleep but I didn’t have to move my car once I got there. - Location and parking were great! Room was huge, and mostly clean. Breakfast wasn’t great but there was a lot of options waffles maker is good but very busy from 8-9:15. We were on the 4th floor room and when you got off the elevator it smelled damp, this wasn’t the same on all floors. The pool was cold cold. The beds are probably the worst beds I’ve even slept on very hard.

- Dresbach (7/5): - It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent. The directions to the hotel were terrible. The directions took us to a pay lot that cost 20 dollars. I then found out we were in the wrong area. I asked to be reimbursed for the 20 dollars but was told that they wouldn't do that. There is no signage off the street to the hotel. An easy fix would have been to reimburse me 20 bucks, but they didn't find that necessary. The location was nice but I will not stay there again due to this lack of customer service. I know that the supervisor did not have the authority to take care of this but he told me that the GM would not reimburse. We drove around for 45 minutes trying to find the hotel!

- shawn (1/5): We will not stay here again it had bugs and smelled bad - The building looked night from the outside We killed several cockroaches the room smelled like dirty feet on one blanket their we stains on it the pull out couch wasn’t even level to sleep on and you could feel the springs when u laid down.

The view from our balcony was a building stuffed with trashed furniture and old toilets. There was garbage all over the lot. That was the only downside.
