• Martin (9/5): Overall, a pleasant stay, with managment being easy to deal with, Central location, OK to stay again - Excellent location, spacious apartment, easy secure onsite parking, directly opposite beach, close to shops, good beach walks, great coffee shops, and within easy walking distance of. two surflife saving clubs for. easy no fuss meals at night. Floor of the Unit could have been a little cleaner, some minor repair issues ( that were promptly attended to by centre management)

• Jeanise (10/5): Would highly recommend this property for a stay - The apartment had everything especially if you choose to eat in. The beds were really comfortable. The apartment location was close to restaurants shops etc and the apartment overlooked the beautiful beach. The manager,Peter was great to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. Location of information address could be clearer on entry to property when using a car.

The room was tired, not the cleanest needs a repaint and furniture update to demand what price we paid. Grills on aircon were hanging off and zip tied. Kettle was infested with ants Lost internet , issue with the TV Toaster broke Cutlery, plates etc a mismatch of items Pool was dirty and not cleaned ( 9 days never sore it used) Never serviced the room on day 4 apparently you have to request it !. Carpets were heavily stained and dirty Curtains we couldn't open and shut as on a pulley system which was broken. Our room was nothing like what was advertised on web site Room was very noisy from the traffic which we never had at the previously property we stayed in down the Rd. We will never stay at this apartment again unfortunatly as was not what was advertised on the web site very disappointing.

• Dennis (9/5): Had a great stay. - The apartment is excellent and is well situated and has great views. It is tastefully furnished with all amenities avaliable. Could not have asked for better. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stay on the gold coast. The only downside was the barbecue and cooler needs a good clean. Could not use.
• Steve (10/5): Pure Kirra is a great place to stay - Our apartment, on level 1, had a huge deck, outdoor spa, bbq and 4 outdoor settings!! With beach and sea views. The apartment itself was well equipped, clean and spacious for 2 people and could easily cater for 4. (2 queen bedrooms) The media room also had a sofa bed if required. Kirra beach is a great family beach. Close to the airport, a number of shops along the main Street, and a great vibe. One of the nicest places I've stayed at in the Gold Coast area.

Great apartment will stay again. Very spacious comfy lounge Very relaxing. Very minor we stayed for 8 days, extra Garbage bags would of been great and beach towels so you dont have to use bath towels or mid week replenish would of been good. Reception not always open. Internet not very good.

• Jackson (8/5): - Size of the apartment and facilities Bathrooms need a bit of a deep clean. Clean on the surfaces but showers, drains and toilets appear to have build ups of dirt and hair. Person staying above us was very loud and their footsteps could be heard all hours of day and night. Probably wouldn't want to stay at the same apartment again due to this (603). Floors don't seem to dappen sounds of footsteps.

The apartment was incredibly sound proof.Instantly you arrive you feel on holidays. The outdoor spa had not been maintained, it desperately needed a really good scrub and drained .

The bed in the master bedroom was super comfy. Great cafe under the apartments. Suggestions: having beach towels available and a sun umbrella. A plunger coffee would also be great. A midweek change of towels would have also been nice. The apartment was also quite dark and to begin with it felt a little depressing.

The location is excellent for catching the Translink bus to Coolangatta and Twin Towns as well as stops to Broadbeach south. Undercover parking was also a bonus. There was no dislikes

• Wendy (7/5): Security needs to be looked into. This is why we would not return to Pure Kirra. - Location was great and view of the ocean from our room was the best. First impressions were fabulous. The view is to die for but a couple of reasons why I would not come back is - first the lift opens straight into the apartment which seemed great until on Day 2 when I was sitting in the lounge room in my pyjamas when the lift opened and a stranger walked in. He apologised and said "oops wrong apartment" and left. The next day I used my swipe to my apartment on level 3 and it opened up onto an apartment on level 2. I reported both instances to reception who were not helpful, to say the least. They said maintenance would come next week. This is not good enough. This lack of security is one reason I would never recommend his property. Secondly there is a note in the apartment and I was sent the information via email prior to arrival advising that if we inadvertently set the fire alarm off we would be charged for the fire brigade call out ($1500). We were told to ensure the exhaust fan was turned on when cooking (which I would always do regardless). This includes when making toast. If this was to set off the fire alarm I would refuse to pay the fine due to the exhaust not being able to cope with a toaster.

Well located with beach across the road, cafe downstairs and nice stroll past playground to Surf Club. Lovely staff, very helpful. Couldn’t fault it!

• Craig (9/5): Great position and views - The property is in a great position, has uninterrupted views and is very quiet. The unit was very spacious and well furnished. A great cafe at street level. Only minor things, but the internet could be improved, and the wine glasses were an odd collection.

• Mary (5/5): Loved the Kirra/ Coolangatta Beach vibe. It was pleasant enough. - The beach front view was amazing. The traffic noise is dreadful. As the unit faces the main road we had difficulty hearing the T.V. due to traffic noise unless you closed the verandah doors and put the aircon on. This of course defeats the purpose of being beachfront.

Took the bus from the airport which was a 5 minute ride, and the bus stop was directly out the front of the building. The beach is directly opposite. The views are magnificent. Just awesome!

And the lift opened straight into your apartment. The a/c was very good. And the view was fantastic. The beds where a little on the firm side but a small price to pay for what was right.
