Guest Reviews
- Tyler (10/5): - Clean and roomy Nothing
- Stephanie (9/5): -
- Zwanziger (7/5): -
- Steven (10/5): Excellent place to stay - Room was spacious & clean, property was clean, staff was nice. Breakfast selection was poor. Pool was closed in the middle of April.
- Karen (9/5): Friendly - Location Clean
- Garcia (7/5): - The location was great and dog friendly. Room size it nice and roomy too. Didn't like getting bit by bugs or fleas... can't say for sure which one but I had a few welts and itchy bumps before leaving.
- Garcia (7/5): - The location was great. Pet friendly and has potential to be better. Could have done without the bug/flea bites. Perhaps some flea & bug treatment on the carpets would help after someone stays who has pets.
- Pavel (10/5): - Very spacious Queen suite.
- Bryan (10/5): - The lady who greeted us was super nice and helpful
- Ashley (5/5): - No hot water for the shower. There was hot water in the bathroom sink, but no hot water for the shower. It was like the control for the hot water would not turn all the way to the hot water. Almost like it was " governed ". Other than that, the stay was great.
- Bryce (8/5): -
- Abdul (1/5): - Location Worst check in, place smelled like weed , room was not clean at midnight all closets were open and bed sheets had blood stains. Never coming back!
- Jonathan OR Alisha (10/5): -

- Charliedog (9/5): Overall, would stay here again the next time we spend a few nights in Knoxville. - Great location. Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast, had bananas but no gravy for the homemade biscuits. Nothing significant
- Maureen (6/5): - This location is our favorite place to stay when visiting for UTK functions and events. The property seems to be getting a little worn.
- C8641PDerics (10/5): A great place to stay - After 11 1/2 hours on the road, Debra at the front desk could not have been more welcoming. She took care of our room needs and even advised a dinner stop.
Though short, the stay was just what the doctor ordered. Home2 Suites has become our go to hotel.
Thank you

- Kevin (9/5): Very nice place to stay just needs a few changes. - How big the room was, how clean everything looked, and a very nice staff. Showers need updating, drink fountain wasn’t working, the prices were too high for cokes and snacks, and I felt like the price for the room could be a little lower especially with this economy.
- April (10/5): Excellent! - Very clean! Staff were really
Friendly! Room was amazing! Nothing
- Cormier (9/5): -
- Bobby (10/5): Very good - Perfect location for our stay
- Tracy (8/5): -
- Chalaine (7/5): A few changes would greatly improve the stay - Easy to get to our rooms. Complimentary water. Good parking. Spacious rooms - Love the couch and footstool. Pet friendly!
After being told by one front desk agent that I could not get printed receipts, I called back later and Hannah was able to email the receipts to me. Many thanks to Hannah, who was pleasant, helpful and professional. Hannah is a credit to your Home2Suite brand. The hot breakfast items in the case were not very tasty - the round cinnamon bread, eggs and meat had no flavor at all. The meat was sliced too thin and it dried out. Stacking foods in the case makes it hard to get the food out of the case. Food in case was not hot enough. Did not like yogurt pump. It took too long. Rather have yogurt cups.
I asked for a printed receipt upon check out and request was abruptly denied by one agent. I was told that the third party I booked with was the only one who could get me a receipt. (After calling back, another agent, Hannah, was able to help me.)

- Jane (4/5): - We stayed 3 nights. After the first night we asked to move to a different room because the shower faucet wasn’t working properly. We did not have any water pressure and the water was cold unless you used the tub faucet? It was strange. So then we got moved and the shower situation wasn’t much different. The faucet did work but there were times it was almost like a drip to take a shower in. No matter the time of day. Also, the bathroom smelled like mildew. Overall the place was clean. But we will not ever stay there again. When paying $250 a night, I just would expect a decent shower… at least once over three days. I never complain and am fairly easy to please but I was really unhappy with this stay.
- Jeremy (10/5): - Loved the size of the room and the cleanliness.
- Keith (6/5): - Pre-arranged a King Sized bed away from the elevator. Did get away from the elevator, but we ended up getting a queen size bed.
- Yolanda (10/5): I will come again - Didn’t see much other than the room. But it was glorious after a long drive and storm. It was dark, raining and wasn’t obvious from the road.
- Marshall (10/5): - great
- Randall (10/5): - The location was good.
- Fabien (9/5): -
- Lonnie (9/5): -
- Wolf (10/5): - Great stay.
- Maureen Elam (8/5): -
- shanta (10/5): - Super friendly staff, hotel was clean and nice
- Jerry (8/5): - Staff is absolutely rude don’t say hi by or kiss my but
Food was left in freezer from previous guest makes you wonder what else was clean would stay again only because how handy location is to everything
- Roberto (10/5): - My kid really enjoyed staying in this hotel!
- Misty (8/5): - Clean, spacious room. Pillows were too hard and uncomfortable. Staff was nice. Had trouble with WiFi
- Alston (10/5): -
- Tricia (10/5): - Easy access to the i-75. Rooms are clean and spacious, Pet-friendly.
- Craig (10/5): - good breakfast
- Robert (8/5): - You asked about eco-friendliness. With the many outright scams, lies and half-truths of the environmentalist movement, I've come to the point where I view "green" initiatives much as I do cries of "racism!"; Neither draw my attention. This is especially so in an instance where I've asked to provide my thoughts on a product or service. It comes across as an extreme case of virtue signaling. The Home2 in which I stayed was nice and had the basic amenities I expected. To interject a question on "eco-friendliness" was not needed nor appreciated.
- Amanda (10/5): - This was hands down the best hotel i have ever stayed at. I stayed here for 3 weeks on business. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I had a suite that had a daily replenishment if snacks and drinks in it as well. Their included breakfast is amazing and delicious always cooked to perfection and so many options to choose from. The room was so clean, spacious, and smelled great when i arrived and the air conditioning worked great. They also have a great gym and guest laundry room. The area is safe and essy to access and the parking lot was spacious.
- Stephanie (6/5): - We booked 2 rooms for an overnight stay to catch an early flight. The rooms were spacious and clean. The air conditioning did not work properly in one room and it was very hot with no air flow.
- Amy (10/5): - Check in was great. Got a text later in the evening to make sure we were ok. Room was perfect size for our family of 5. Plenty of space to move around and a nice privacy area with the curtain for our teenager. Pool was great!
- David (8/5): - .
- Ashton (10/5): - The room was way bigger than i expected and it looked brand new and the rooms ac was wonderful
- christy (10/5): - It was a great place to stay
- Jason (8/5): Very good -
- Tamara (10/5): - S
- alba (6/5): - Sofa bed was not working properly. The receptionist gave me extra blankets to even the sofa. We have been on the road for the last 4 nights, staying in hiltons hotels, 3 out of the 4 nights, the soap dispenser was empty...
- Rebecca (10/5): - Spacious, clean, quiet room. Lots of restaurants nearby.
- 30305guy (2/5): Worst and grimiest hotel in the Hilton system. - I just finished up a two night stay in a King 1BDRM Suite, as a Hilton Diamond. I was thoroughly disgusted at the room conditions. On the morning after my first night, I noticed two "boogers" that were wiped on my bottom sheet. Thankfully NOT on the side I slept on. I began getting texts from the front desk that morning, about how my stay was going. I immediately told "Deb" that I did not think my sheets were changed before my stay and she assured me that she would get housekeeping right on it. Showed up later that evening (around 6:30pm) and my room had not been serviced at all. No refresh of coffee pods or cleaning at all. No changing of my dirty sheets. Went down to front desk and was told there was nothing they could do, because the housekeepers had gone home. Gave me three coffee filter packs (unusable in a Keurig machine) and a set of Queen sheets that I could put on the bed, over the dirty ones. Except I couldn't, because I was in a KING SUITE. Terrible experience in a "Hilton" brand hotel. I know this is a franchised location but Hilton needs to do better.
- Cheryl (2/5): - The room smelt like throw up and piss. Call down and told the staff at the front desk. The reply was it’s a pet friendly hotel and it says that on the site lol. Definitely would not stay there again. Also found that the bathroom was not restocked. And the shower was never even cleaned. Horrible !
- Edwin (8/5): - Nice staff.
- Daniel (8/5): - Too many dogs.
- debbie (10/5): - Clean, quiet, close to restaurants shopping and interstate. Great staff!
- Kalyani (6/5): - The room was very dirty when we arrived no shampoo very dusty but since we arrived late we couldn’t change rooms
- Juliann (6/5): Pleasant - They allow pets in their hotel rooms and ours smelled like dog
- Sydney (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jonathan (10/5): - Very clean and well maintained.
- Melissa (6/5): Smelled Musty - The hotel overall was clean, but our room on the fourth floor smelled like mildew.
- Christian (8/5): Very good -
- Kathi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brett (10/5): - Large rooms. Clean with lots of amenities
- Charles (4/5): - Convenient to I-75. Room was not very clean. The breakfast food was terrible.
- VIDIA (2/5): - terrible
had handicapped room
dirty
loud noises
it was like a truck stop with prostitutes' screaming all night
- Melissa (9/5): Superb -
- Bridgid (4/5): - Front desk receptionist was distracted and rude, property very dirty, extremely noisy, placed in room with adjoining door and the room next door was so loud, no hot water or water pressure. Way overly priced for the state of the property! Terrible stay
- Lisa (4/5): Unsafe and un-flushable - We discovered on the last day of our stay that we could push the room door open without a key or turning the handle. When we told the front desk they suggested we didn't pull it right (which was incorrect anyway) instead of taking accountability. The toilet did not successfully flush and had to be randomly flushed to ensure it was emptied out.
- Courtney (10/5): Love this hotel - Plenty of parking
Safe area
Clean all over except for the elevators (not gross but not mopped often)
Very friendly staff
Good breakfast
Easy access to shopping, food, gas, interstate
Great experience overall. This will be our go to hotel when we travel to the area again.
- Christopher (10/5): - Very comfortable, convenient place to stay, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
- Latonya (10/5): Great! -
- Themagicman59 (10/5): Great value - Loved it. Courteous staff.largw roo.
- my3sons0606 (6/5): Good location - We pulled in to this hotel after a long day of driving because Home 2 is always consistent. Plenty of room and the fridge I needed. They didn't have a room with 2 beds (my problem not theirs) but we booked 1 bed and a pullout. No bueno on the pullout. We've utilized them for years being a family of 5 and I put this one back in the couch and slept on the floor. The room was clean though. Thankfully. The hotel is in a good location. I could have done without the guy at the front desk talking about how there was too many people in the hotel last night and all he wanted to do was "hit his vape". 🫣
- STEPHEN (10/5): - Great location great place
- Sheila (10/5): Quite clean stay! - Clean
- Cook (5/5): Passable -
- russellkV83XN (10/5): Great Service! - Great service from Aaron Hinkle from the moment I arrived! Friendly and very helpful! I was arriving after a long two days of driving, and I was truly in need of a comfortable, safe, clean, and friendly environment. Thanks to Aaron, I got all of that and more.
- Sarah Ann (8/5): - Nice clean rooms
- Tchoparov (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ioanna (10/5): - Location was convenient. Very clean and friendly staff. I liked the temperature and quite in the room. I usually feel cold and the radiator makes noise.
- Janel (4/5): Room reservation - I paid for a king size bed and this was on my receipt but got a room w 2 queens. The hotel.said tjat was what hotels.com sent them but that is not what I picked nor on my reservation from hotels, com and they said they couldnt switch us. The breakfast was very bad.
- Brennan (10/5): - It was exactly as expected from the description and pictures. Staff were very friendly
- Dawn (10/5): - Nice clean property. Friendly staff at checkin.
- Thomas (10/5): - Nice hotel for families. Large suite room that slept 6 very comfortably. Pet accommodations and area close for walking them.
- N6444LNjohnb (10/5): Great people - This property needs a little bit of renovation. However, the people are fantastic, the general manager was very accommodating to special requests for a meeting room where a couple families could get together for a last-minute celebration and the overnight guy made our family get-together really special.
- Aldo (10/5): - The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, with different options to choose from. The room was in great condition so was the Hotel. I highly recommend it.
- Andy (10/5): - Really nice place clean
- Cayla (6/5): - Clean and very comfortable and quiet. Qualms: The mattresses need to be replaced. It was surprising for how nice everything looked, but the mattresses had what felt like huge craters in them. It felt like sleeping in a hole. Some of the dishes were dirty, but I’d wash those before use anyway. Pets are welcome but for a $75 fee that is not disclosed until you check in.
- Maria Ines (10/5): - There's a very nice place to rest.
- Brendan (8/5): - As there are different style rooms I cant speak for all, but our room had two large counters, each in front of the beds. Another unique feature is that the blinds provide full blackout as they are line drawn and set within the window frame. Another plus is a curtain that could be pulled to separate the pull out couch area from the bed area.
- Kiara (10/5): - I liked everything, but especially the beautiful scenery.
- Gina (10/5): Great Knoxville Stay - Did a short weekend getaway to Knoxville with our dogs. The hotel was dog friendly and was able to accommodate our room request to make our dogs less stressful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Loved having a small kitchenette in our room. Breakfast was good and had a great selection of items to choose from. Location was great and had a lot of stuff near by. Even though it’s located next to the interstate- I didn’t find it distracting or loud. Staff was great and super friendly. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!!!
- Pamela (6/5): - Convenient location
- Christine (4/5): - The room was ok. There was a bug on the window sill, the shower was dirty under the shower doors and the pull out sofa was the worst! Breakfast wasn't anything great either for the amount of money I paid for each night. Probably will never stay in Home2 Suites again. Sorry!!
- angelabP9522XY (10/5): Kudos 👏🏾 Mr.Aaron Hinkle 🫡 - Firstly let me start by saying upon walking through the front door I was greeted with a big welcoming smile by Mr Aaron Hinkle. He checked me in very swiftly and made that process a breeze. Also the property smell amazing throughout. I am very pleased with this and look forward to an amazing stay and glad to have met a new friend to laugh with after a hard days work.
- Chass (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ediz (10/5): - Quiet and wonderful
