• Ulrike (8/5): - Das Zimmer war wirklich in Ordnung und sauber. Ich konnte den Schlüssel meines Mietwagens abgeben und das Hotel hat sich um die Abholung gekümmert. Das Frühstück war gut und auch das Rufen eines Taxis war Problemlos. Das Hotel liegt zwischen 2 Straßen und daher ist die Lage nicht so schön.

• Jacqueline (4/5): - Ich hatte es als Zwischenstation zum Flughafen gebucht. Dafür war es okay. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut . In dem Hotel scheinen viele Jugendliche unterzukommen. Sie haben auch im Hotel Party gemacht. Bis 4:30 . Das war sehr nervig.

I would especially like to compliment the girl who was at the reception with the dark brown curly hair – her positivity and kindness made us feel welcome from the very first moment. • Ilse (4/5): bathroom area not okay. Poor design, continuous wet feet - The shower drain was not engineered properly. All the water drained towards the toilet and basically the whole bathroom area was wet as soon as the shower was operated. So everyone got completely wet feet as soon as they entered the bathroom area. We complained about this, and the hotel personel said that this was the first time that somebody complained about this. However, this is simply impossible, since the levelling of the bathroom floor was not okay. She indicated that she would talk to the manager, but I don't think this actually happened. Also, there was no inclination to compensate us for this very annoying deficiency. So my complaint is also simply the fact that they ignored our complaint and didn't make an effort to compensate / fix it.
• Roland (8/5): Un hôtel bien placé pour une arrivée ou un départ de la Crête. - L'emplacement et le prix attractif idéal pour une dernière nuit ou une première nuit en Crête. Hôtel assez grand et bien fréquenté disposant d'un bar et d'une piscine. petit déjeuner dans la grande salle de restaurant assez copieux et de bonne facture. La chambre était correct avec un petit balcon. Le parking minuscule et donc forcement complet, il faut laisser les clés au concierge car on se gare sur plusieurs rangées de voitures ... et surtout la piscine qui ferme à 18 heures et qui ouvre à 9 heures ... comme de nombreux touristes nous n'avons fait que la regarder ... C'est assez incompréhensible d'autant que comme la plupart des piscines en Crête elle n'est pas surveillée ...

• Patrik (10/5): Na danú lokalitu výborné ubytovanie. V blízkostí kopec obchodov a kúsok cez cestu parkovanie zadarmo. Taktiež veľa požič - Ubytovanie čisté, mäkká postel, vaňa, balkón, raňajky pestré a taktiež bazén ako plus. V okolí hotela je dosť bordel ale to ma celé mesto.

• Ismeta (9/5): Je recommande cet hôtel - Super hôtel nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant, il y a un arrêt de bus pour aller dans le centre d’heraklion à deux pas de l’hôtel, c’est très propre merci au personnel de l’entretien et merci à la gentille dame de la réception qui m’avait donné un sac de glaçon pour ma cheville 😅 J’espère y retourner un jour! L’isolation des portes dans les chambres seraient nécessaires car on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans le couloir.
• Eirini (9/5): Πήγαμε μέσα Αυγούστου, μείναμε ένα βράδυ και είχαμε μία πολύ ευχάριστη και άνετη διαμονή. - Εξαιρετικό πρωινό, η τοποθεσία πάρα πολύ καλή, έξω από το κέντρο του Ηρακλείου αλλά σε μικρή απόσταση. Πολύ εύκολο το πάρκινγκ. Επίσης έχει στάση λεωφορείου σχεδόν έξω από την είσοδο του ξενοδοχείου. Είναι μία πολύ καλή επιλογή για ξενοδοχείο πόλης, αν κάποιος επισκέπτεται το Ηράκλειο για δουλειές ή για να γνωρίσει την πόλη του Ηρακλείου, αλλά και αρκετά καλή επιλογή για κάποιον που κάνει διακοπές και το χρησιμοποιεί ως βάση για εκδρομές-εξορμήσεις, επειδή είναι οικονομικό. Δεν είναι resort, δεν είναι ξενοδοχείο χαλάρωσης, διακοπών και αράγματος, δεν έχει παραλία. Ωστόσο έχει μία συμπαθέστατη, αρκετά μεγάλη πισίνα και ξαπλώστρες, ενώ στο χώρο της πισίνας λειτουργεί καφέ-μπαρ και έχει τραπεζάκια που χρησιμοποιούνται και ως χώρος καπνιστών. Επίσης, η ναυαγοσώστρια ήταν πολύ γλυκιά και ευγενική. Το λόμπυ είναι όμορφο και άνετο και έχει και μπαρ. Επίσης είναι εντελώς προσβάσιμο ξενοδοχείο σε άτομα με κινητικά προβλήματα (ράμπα, μεγάλο ασανσέρ, φαρδιοί διάδρομοι, πολύ άνετο μεγάλο ντους, χωρίς σκαλοπατάκια ή άλλα εμπόδια). Για αυτό που ήταν, νομίζω ότι ήταν πάρα πολύ καλό. Δεν υπήρξε κάτι που δεν μου άρεσε. Ήταν ό,τι περίμενα και ακόμη παραπάνω.

• Lidila (10/5): Ottima struttura, personale gentile - Il personale è davvero gentile, ci hanno fatto usare la piscina (molto bella) anche dopo l'orario di check-out, custodendo i nostri bagagli. I letti sono comodi e gli infissi isolano bene dai rumori esterni, abbiamo dormito bene. Il parcheggio potrebbe non essere semplicissimo, ma la struttura, essendo a pochi minuti di auto dall'aeroporto, risulta strategica per chi arriva o parte in aereo. La colazione ci è piaciuta parecchio, varia e con alcune alternative per vegani/lactose-free (ad esempio margarina come sostituito del burro, latte di mandorla come sostituto del latte).
• Simona (8/5): Hotelul a fost situat chiar la șosea, în afara stațiunii! - Noi am avut o cameră la etajul 4 ( ultimul) pentru 5 nopți, cu demipensiune. Am avut frigider mare în cameră. Foarte cald în cameră ( începutul lui septembrie), chiar și noaptea. Trebuie să folosești aerul condiționat. Nu poți sta cu ușa deschisă la balcon datorită zgomotului mașinilor din trafic. Mâncarea a fost bună, atât la micul dejun, cât și la cină, bufet suedez, tot timpul se completa. Plaja cu nisip este la aproximativ 30 minute pe jos, în zona cu șezlonguri. Frumos apus am văzut în fiecare seară pe plajă. Stația de autobuz este lângă hotel, pentru Heraklion și aeroport, dar și pentru Amoudara. Peste drum este un hipermarket frumos. Nu ne-a plăcut zgomotul care se aude în cameră, datorită traficului mare de mașini și alte mijloace de transport. Nu au răspuns la mesajul trimis și nu au ținut cont de solicitare. Seara nu ai pe unde să te plimbi pe jos, deoarece nu este promenadă pe lângă mare. Te poți plimba spre Amoudara, pe trotuar, pe lângă șosea.

При бронюванні планувала взяти напівпансіон, але вже були розібрані ті номери (за ціною), що мені підходили, тому довелося брати тільки зі сніданками. Сніданки були не дуже різноманітні, але все було смачно і те, що ми завжди їмо вдома. Ми ходили не на пляж, що близько від готелю, а на Амудару, він в 15 хвилинах пішки. Там були кафе і магазини поряд - дуже зручно. Дуже добре, що біля басейну працює людина, яка наглядає за порядком, а також за людьми в басейні, підходить і запитує чи все добре, якщо раптом виникли проблеми в басейні. Прибиральниці прибирали щодня, завжди чиста постіль і чисті рушники, молодці. Кондиціонер працює добре. Дуже зручно, що зупинка транспорту поряд. І поряд два великі супермаркети - просто супер. Голодні не залишилися, бо там готові страви продаються. Персонал привітний. Ліжка зручні. Було дещо шумно, коли сусіди на поверху серед ночі приходили і стукали дверима. Душ з суцільною підлогою, бо вода була всюди.

• Sandra (2/5): Tragedia - Jedynie co mi się podobało w obiekcie to tylko obsługa i śniadania W hotelu było brudno i dodatkowo bardzo głośno, słychać było wszystko, szuranie krzesłami, krzyki innych ludzi, nie obowiązuje tam cisza nocna a powinna- dla ludzi co słabo spia ten hotel się nie nadaje Bardzo śmierdziało tam wilgocią. Po za tym widać było że obsługa nie przykłada się do sprzątania, na podłodze leżały włosy poprzednich ludzi :(

• MIGUEL ÁNGEL (7/5): Puede cumplir en líneas generales, pero no entiendo porqué tienen tan descuidadas las habitaciones. - El hotel cumple más o menos con lo que me esperaba de él en lo referente a limpieza, desayuno, personal de recepción, piscina, etc. Dispone de un pequeño parking en el que sólo caben unos pocos coches, aunque dan la opción de dejar las llaves en recepción para en caso necesario moverlo. No obstante, para no andar en contratiempos, hay un parking a menos de 100m (no asfaltado) en el que se aparca sí o sí. Al igual que ocurre en otros hoteles, las habitaciones no concuerdan con lo que esperas mientras estás en el vestíbulo del hotel; parecen hechas hace 30 años, y desde entonces ni las han tocado. En mi caso, una habitación individual, en la ducha casi ni espacio para enjabonarse. El colchón, almohadas, sábanas, mobiliario y demás, antiguos y descuidados.

Le canapé lit est inconfort , impossible de dormir dessus. Le lit d’appoint était correct. Extrêmement petit pour une chambre de 4 personnes .

• Alessia (8/5): - Il personale era sempre molto disponibile riguardo le nostre richieste. Ad esempio ci hanno dato la possibilità di recuperare una colazione la mattina del check-in che purtroppo non saremo riusciti a fare l'ultimo giorno dovendo partire la mattina presto, senza farci perdere una colazione pagata. Lo stesso è accaduto per un escursione prenotata, per cui saremo dovuti partire prima dell'apertura della sala per la colazione.
• Susann (6/5): Gut aber nur für einen kurzen Aufenthalt - Das Frühstück hat ausreichend Auswahl. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sauber. Das Personal war nett. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Für ein paar Nächte möglich, aber nicht für eine längere Zeit. Das Reinigungspersonal wollte die Zimmer immer um die Mittagszeit säubern, obwohl wir ein Kleinkind dabei hatten. Deswegen wurde das Zimmer dann oft nicht gereinigt.

Персонал відповідав на всі наші запитання, підказали як добратися до них на публічному транспорті( свого трансферу не мають), у кімнатах чисто, кондиціонер працює дуже комфортно!!!! При увімкненому кондиціонері можна спати і нічого не дує!!!! Шумоізоляція чудова, сусідніх номерів не чути, при закритих вікнах зовсім трішечки шум транспорту з вулиці. Поряд з готелем 2 супермаркети, якщо пройтися в напрямку центру- можна відвідати чудові ресторани і магазини. Сніданок в готелю був шикарний!! Наїлися досхочу і дорослі і діти! Персонал під час сніданку оперативно прибирали за гостями!!! Басейн… Найбільш марна частина готелю це басейн! Якщо ви розраховуєте на гарний час в басейні для своїх дітей,- вам не сюди! Враженя від готелю псує тількі цей басейн, вірніше, той «жандарм» який приставлений доглядати за басейном. Не бігати Не пірнати Не стрибати Не кричати Без дорослих не можна( хоча нашим дітям: 16,14,11 та 9)і всі добре плавають! Можна добавити тільки: Не плавати Не дивитись в сторону басейну І баста! Доречі він ще і працює з 11 до 19ї. Власник марно витрачає фінанси по догляду за цим куточком готелю.

• Stela Oustamanolaki (10/5): Πολύ όμορφη εμπειρία! Άψογο πρωινό!! - Όμορφο ξενοδοχείο!! Πολύ καλό πρωινό!! Απο τα καλύτερα που έχουμε δοκιμάσει!! Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό!! Θα θέλαμε να άνοιγε νωρίτερα η πισίνα.. Ανοίγει στις 11 !
• Maryna (10/5): - Легко доїхали з аеропорту до готелю, автобус номер 6 , ціна 1,20 євро. ( Трансфер на таксі 26 євро). Увага! Номер автобуса назад до аеропорту N1. Зупинка автобуса прямо біля готелю. Є безкоштовно парковка для авто. Поселення в готель о 15:00, виселення в 11:00. Ви можете очікувати в гарному холі готелю, замовити щось поїсти чи випити, скористатись туалетом або залишити багаж і піти знайомитись з містом. До моря 5 хвилин пішки. Магазин Лідл та інший супермаркет поруч, також Міні-маркет, який працює, мабуть, цілодобово, поруч. 2 місний номер достатньо просторий. В кімнаті є все необхідне: постіль, рушники, шампунь і гель для душу, зручні ліжка, кондиціонер, сейф, холодильник, телевізор, шафа, тумбочки і розетки біля ліжка, дзеркало велике, електрочайник ( чай чи каву купіть самі і чашки ваші). Балкон зі столиком і стільцями. Безкоштовно WiFi на всій території готелю. Басейн з лежаками і парасолями працює з 11:00 до 19:00 (рушник для басейну беріть свій). В барі напої : кава (2 євро), чай, коктейлі - за гроші, але ціна мінімальна, порівняно з іншими кафе. Стійка реєстрації працює цілодобово. Персонал привітний і гостинний. Говорять грецькою, також англійською. Але через перекладач можна говорити любою мовою, якою вам зручно. У мене було включено сніданок. Сніданок з 7:00 до 10:00 дуже великий вибір страв і напоїв. Також можна докупити вечерю за 15 євро, якщо вам потрібно. Поряд є грецькі таверни, де можна пообідати і повечеряти, познайомитись з місцевою кухнею Греції. Пляж піщаний, захід у воду пологий, підходить для дітей. Я задоволена! Рекомендую цей готель!
• Lyndsey (8/5): Good value - Great pool with sun all day Good pool bar Helpful staff Very clean - room was mopped daily, beds made and bins emptied. Rest of hotel kept clean also. Good breakfast and a breakfast bag was provided when we left early for a ferry. Close to bus stop with buses running regularly in Heraklion. Factors out of the control of the hotel such as noise from busy road

• Bryony (6/5): Great for a night or 2 away - The staff were so lovely, the woman on the desk really welcomed us and left a great impression. The breakfast was continental but a good selection, and the staff in the dining area were lovely. We really enjoyed using the pool. The rooms are quite dated, and a lot of noise from the corridor can be heard inside the rooms. The pool is heavily policed by a lifeguard, who told you off if you pin dropped into the deep end. It made the pool area feel a bit strange. The staff was accommodating with parking, but there was barely any spaces for guests

• Liz (6/5): Nice hotel for a short stay - Comfortable and clean hotel. The location was both a pro and a con. The pro is that it was walking distance to a laundry facility and the beach. The location - there wasn’t much in the area. The pool closed quite early.

• Laetitia (8/5): Très déçu dans l’ensemble de notre semaine passée dans cet hôtel et dans cette ville où il y a pas grand chose à y faire - Proche de heraklion Lidl derrière Supermarché devant À notre arrivée pas de chambre de disponible on nous a trouver une chambre pour la nuit et le lendemain on nous mis dans une chambre bien pourrie après avoir râle on nous a changer très rapidement avec des excuses et mis à l’étage des enfants . au niveau de l’accès à la piscine trop strict ouvert que de 11h à 19h bassin de 3m de profondeur et impossible de sauter ou plonger. La surveillante de la piscine s’occupe bien de la sécurité de nos enfants mais beaucoup beaucoup trop strictes on peux pas manger du chewing-gum on peux pas s’amuser chahuter si vous sauter ou plonger par oublie vous avez direct un coup de sifflet c limite si les enfants on pas peur !!! Pourquoi avoir une aussi grande piscine et une aussi grande profondeur si on peux rien y faire !!! Je comprend mieux pourquoi il y a casi personne dans la piscine.

• Emily (9/5): Complimenti a tutti, abbiamo passato delle buone ferie. - Ho soggiornato qui per 5 notti in vacanza. Il personale è stato eccezionale, la signora alla receptionist molto gentile e disponibile e tutto lo staff in generale, comprese le ragazze che si occupavano di gestire la sala per le colazioni. Ci hanno aiutato a trovare un tour adatto alle nostre esigenze per visitare il palazzo di Cnosso e ci hanno sempre fornito le informazioni necessarie. Posizione comoda per il centro di Heraklion ma la spiaggia vicina all’hotel non è proprio così bella, noi siamo anche stati sfortunati perché c’era sempre molto vento. Tuttavia c’era la piscina molto bella e pulita. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e possibilità di fare pranzo e cena a buffet con soli 15€ a testa, molto buoni. La prima stanza che ci avevano dato non aveva lo scarico funzionante e il balcone era difficile da accedervi, ma poi ce l’hanno cambiata perché avevamo prenotato per un letto matrimoniale ma inizialmente avevano disponibili solo letti singoli, e la seconda stanza era davvero molto bella.
