- Audrey (9/5): Parfait pour un City break! Excellent rapport qualité / prix. - Logement suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes. Très calme. Literie confortable. Bien équipé en électroménager. Emplacement idéal car la rue est très calme (principalement des hôtels) et à 50 mètre d’une rue parallèle avec tous les commerces nécessaires (supérettes Sainsbury, Tesco, M&S, restaurants) et 2 stations de métro qui donnent accès à différentes lignes dont Circle (vraiment très pratique). Arrêts de bus à 2 pas également. Salle de bain trop étroite. Impossible d’ouvrir totalement le robinet du lavabo par exemple. Difficile de se pencher au dessus du lavabo. Il fait chaud dans le logement et impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres en grand. Il manque un plat pour pouvoir utiliser le four.
- Fanie31180 (9/5): Excellent emplacement mais duplex sans AUCUNE aération - La localité est un gros + : proche des commerces, métro, parcs... Le calme de la rue, alors que située en plein centre, vraiment très appréciable 👍 La fréquentation de la zone, on est dans un endroit très tranquille avec un niveau de vie des résidents plutôt élevé. Les restaurants situés à 2-3 minutes à pieds sont nombreux, variés, de très bonne qualité (on a testé pizzeria rudy, fish and Chips... C'était parfait). Le parc (Hyde Park et Kensington) sont parfaits pour les enfants (9 et 10 ans), il y a des cygnes, des canards, des écureuils tous les 2 mètres) Pour l'appartement, c'est quand même le critère principal à noter 😅, le duplex était suffisamment spacieux pour 4, la rampe pour monter certes raide et etroite, mais c'était pas un souci, au contraire, les enfants l'ont grimpée x fois... Les équipements sommaires certes mais largement suffisants pour 4 pour 6 jours. Des petits détails moins appréciables cités ci dessous. Je dois dire que le personnel a été très sympathique et réactif, il s'est déplacé pour l'histoire du tapis, de la chaleur, mais sans grand succès malheureusement 🥺 Pour le prix, j'aurais apprécié une douche plus propre dans les coins (la saleté incrustée ne partait pas, et c'était plus de la vétusté dans ce cas précis). Le tapis du salon aurait mérité un d'etre changé, et pas, simplement aspiré. Il était visuellement sale, je l'ai signalé, on m'a répondu qu'il avait été désinfecté... Je demandais un simple nettoyage... Et il faudra m'expliquer comment on désinfecte un tapis 🤔... De surcroît visuellement sale. Bref, je conseillerais de le retirer définitivement, ce serait plus sain. Et le gros hic... AUCUNE POSSIBILITÉ D'AERER. Les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas. Nous étions en avril, il faisait très chaud dans le duplex malgré une température extérieure de 15°. Le personnel adorable m'a expliqué que le duplex donnait sur la rue et que les ouvertures étaient soudées 😳... Il m'a gentiment donné un ventilateur. Mais je voulais à minima pouvoir aérer l'appartement, et aussi diminuer la température... J'imagine en Juillet-Aout😥, l'appartement n'ayant pas la clim (perso je peux m'en passer, mais là, je serai pas restée dans cet appart en été). Et niveau sécurité, c'est moyen je trouve.

- Ana (6/5): - Localização próxima a 2 estações de metro e autocarro. Zona segura. Funcionários simpáticos e disponíveis, sempre que solicitamos algo. Guardam a bagagem à chegada e à partida. Sofá cama, não é de grande conforto. Utensilios de cozinha em número reduzido e sem essenciais, como sal, azeite, apenas café em pó e chá. Nível de limpeza não é extraordinário, é médio, chuveiro degradado e com calcário acumulado, roupa de cama com manchas. O sofá cama teve de ser preparado por nós e apenas 2 almofadas e uma colcha já muito usada. Escadas são muito perigosas, com nivel de inclinação elevado e apenas meios degraus.

Eravamo in due e la sera in cui ci siamo fatte la doccia e capelli entrambe una delle due l’ha fatta gelata perché l’acqua calda non arrivava più.

- Romeo (8/5): Overall, I had a great stay despite the stairs. - Very accessible and conveniently located. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall we had a pleasant stay. There was no lift/elevator. Our room was on the 4th floor, so carrying luggage up the stairs was difficult during our 2-night stay.
- Nicoletta (8/5): Ottimo, ci tornerei. - Ottima posizione, vicinissimo a due stazioni metro, fermata bus, strada con diverse opzioni per mangiare e hyde park. Il monolocale, nonostante fosse nel seminterrato, è stato comodo e confortevole. Abbiamo viaggiato con un bimbo di 4 anni, la presenza della cucina e gli spazi del monolocale sono stati perfetti. Il monolocale seminterrato ha una portafinestra che dà direttamente sull'esterno dell'edificio, accessibile da una scala dalla strada, seppur privata, fruibile da malintenzionati. La finestra era allarmata, nessuno ci ha disturbati, ma comunque di notte a volte mi ha dato pensiero che potesse accadere.
- María Milagros (7/5): Buena ubicación pero mejorable - La ubicación es excelente, está en una calle muy tranquila al lado de Hyde Park y en la calle paralela hey todo tipo de servicios, tiendas, supermercados,bares, restaurantes...Hay dos paradas de metro muy cerca y también de bus. Está muy bien comunicado. El personal de recepción es muy amable. Nos dijeron que nos comunicáramos por WhatsApp para cualquier cosa, y a los dos días se habían salido del WhatsApp que nos facilitaron, por lo que no nos limpiaron el apartamento más que una vez en una semana.Los utensilios de cocina son muy escasos, no hay ni una bayeta. El sofá cama es muy incómodo para dormir varios días.Y las escaleras para acceder al baño y a la cama son muy pocos accesibles.

- valerio (8/5): Ottima posizione e pulizia - La posizione fantastica, vicinissimi sia alla fermata di Bayswater (linee gialla e verde) che di Queensway (Linea rossa). Pulita, abbastanza grande, silenziosissima. Un po' troppo calda e non abbiamo trovato il modo di regolare la temperatura. Non ci sono servite ma abbiamo notato che non c'erano posate nella cucina. Avrei avuto bisogno di fobici o di un coltello ma non c'era nulla, ho dovuto chiedere alla reception. (Inezie considerato tutto, siamo stati benissimo)

- Izzy (9/5): Great - The location was great. Close to Hyde Park and two tube stations. The street was quiet and safe. There were hotels and apartments in the area. There were also grocery stores nearby, but the street next door was quite lively, great overall. The bathroom and toilet could have been at least 20 cm wider. We had no problems, but if someone a little bigger came into the apartment it would have been difficult to go to the toilet. The first guests above us were also a problem, because they were constantly walking back and forth all night. When the other guests arrived it was fine. I guess that's understandable for older buildings, only the guests were a problem.

Etwas enttäuschend war die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Das Badezimmer hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Der Boden war staubig, und man hat ungewollt mit den Füßen diesen ins Bett getragen...

- judith calvet liñán (6/5): - La ubicación es excelente. Tienes dos estaciones de metro muy cercanas, supermercados, etc. Falta mantenimiento. Considero que el depósito que se pide, 100£ por habitación, es desmesurado teniendo en cuenta lo que es en sí la habitación. Nuestra habitación era un dúplex. El hecho que el lavabo estuviese arriba fue un engorro, y más teniendo en cuenta las escaleras minúsculas que tiene.
- Anatolia (5/5): - Apprezzo il fatto che sia davvero vicino alla metro. Purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata positiva. La stanza era decisamente sporca e non assolutamente adatta per tre persone. Ammetto che in parte la responsabilità può essere anche mia per aver prenotato, ma allo stesso tempo è anche vostra se mettete a disposizione una camera del genere per tre ospiti. Tra l’altro, quella stessa stanza risultava disponibile anche come opzione per due persone, il che fa capire ancora di più quanto fosse inadeguata. Abbiamo trovato la stanza sporchissima: le lenzuola del divano erano riposte all’interno del divano stesso, dove si accumulano chili e chili di polvere. Anche la cucina era sporca, come si può vedere dalle foto. Un livello di pulizia davvero inaccettabile.
- Daniela Angeli (9/5): Soggiornio londinese in famiglia. - Abbiamo trovato un appartamento comodo e con spazi ben distribuiti, perfetto per 5 adulti. Si trova al primo piano in una zona tranquilla ma strategica: a due passi dai parchi e ottimamente servita da due fermate della metro e una del bus nelle immediate vicinanze. La strada adiacente offre moltissimi negozi alimentari, fast-food, ristoranti e pub. Un ringraziamento speciale al personale, davvero molto cortese e premuroso. L'unico dettaglio da segnalare: la mancanza di ascensore per i bagagli, anche se, essendo al primo piano, non è stato un grosso problema.

- MARTA (8/5): - Nos alojamos en el dúplex. El sofá cama es grande y cómodo. La escalera es empinada pero los peldaños son grandes. Tiene una terracita estupenda que da a la calle. Nos ofrecieron limpieza de la habitación sin coste añadido. El personal de recepción muy atento, el tostador no funcionaba y nos lo cambiaron rápidamente. Todo tal y como nos lo imaginamos. Solo advertir que la zona de arriba incluido el baño tiene el techo bajo, por lo que no lo recomiendo para personas de más de 1,80. La escalera no la recomiendo para niños menores de 6- 7 años.

- Deirdre (10/5): Nice accommodation in a nice area - The apartment was spacious, plenty of room for the 4 of us. The beds were comfortable, the kitchenette was well stocked, and there was a hair dryer available. There was also a small laundry room for a small price available in the building, too, if needed. The location was perfect, there is an underground station so close to the accommodation, it makes coming and going very easy. The area is also very lovely with plenty of choices for restaurants and bars, some souvenir shops and small supermarkets to pick up any items you might need. Kensington palace and park is only a minutes walk from the accommodation, and you can easily walk through there to get to Hyde Park and beyond. Paying the security deposit.

- Filipa (9/5): - Localização é magnífica! Metro, principais autocarros, restaurantes, supermercados e lojas de souvenirs e a meia dúzia de passos do Hyde Park! Apartamento com tudo o que é necessário para uma ótima estadia! Voltarei quando regressar a Londres! O único fator pouco agradável é a inexistência de elevador, o que torna tudo um pouco mais complicado com malas e um carrinho de bebé. Mas isso não estragou em nada as nossas férias!!

Une caution est demandé ce qui est normal. Comme l'a caution est demandée, il serait bien de changer les équipements cassés et de faire un état des lieux en entrant.

- Alyenda (3/5): The bad service matches the apartment…. - I loved the location. Paddington is such a cute neighbourhood to stay in. Would definitely stay somewhere in Paddington again! In the next street is a little shopping street. Where you have two supermarkets, Starbucks. And if you want to grab an aperol spritz or a good pasta go to Garum, he is the nicest. We had the apartment 15, i think we had to go about 4 stairs up. They mentioned it before hand, but truly don’t underestimate it. We climbed the stairs with 20 kg suitcases and hated every second we had to go up. The kitchen was clean, 4 pits to cook on. The bathroom was rusted and we spotted some hairs in the bathtub. Although it smelled clean, it didn’t feel like it. On the upper level we hade the kitchen, bathroom and two single beds. Then you had to exit the room and had to go down the stairs for the the bedroom. The bed was fine, no issues with the mattress whatsoever. But when we woke up in the morning there would be condensation on the windows. The room was really dry and we got a sore throat after our three day trip. We eventually slept with the window open, which helped a bit

For 3 60 year olds it was tough. Maybe bookings should suggest that some apartments are too high to carry luggage. Overall was ok. Steps
