• Bondthegreat (6/5): agréable mais le service est totalement aléatoire... B-Chill juste à côté est nettement mieux - La situation et la facilité pour quitter les lieux.. La tranquillité et la sécurité de l'endroit le servie inexistant et l'impossibilité de communiquer facilement avec les propriétaires..Messages via Whatsap restent sans réponses. Il vaut mieux ne pas avoir de souci sur place car personne ne vous répondra La moitiés des lampes étaient hors service..J'ai procédé au changement des ampoules moi-même.. Les codes d'accès reçus par moi pour rentrer dans l'appartement étaient erronés..J'ai donc du me débruiller tout seul pendant 45 minutes pour enfin recevoir le N° de mon appartement et le nouveau code d'accès!

• Brian (4/5): - Central location Not such a quiet area, we had problems with the upstairs apartment banging on the floor. On the last night we were woken up at 4am by the stomping noises. 🫩
• Emanuela (7/5): - Es war ok Ich hatte dieses Objekt als Hotel gebucht, vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass es sich um ein Appartement handelt. Das war etwas irreführend. Der Fernseher funktionierte leider nicht, da kein Kabelanschluss vorhanden war, und auch über das Internet konnten keine Sender empfangen werden. Der Preis war für das Gebotene insgesamt zu hoch. Zudem habe ich mich als alleinreisende Frau vor Ort etwas unwohl gefühlt. Insgesamt war das Appartement zwar in Ordnung, aber aufgrund der genannten Punkte würde ich es nicht noch einmal buchen.

I was wanting to work remotely & the WIFI connection did not work, it was very frustrating. I was not able to do any work the whole stay!

• Joy (4/5): Not worth the hassle, dont go unless you speak german - The bed is comfy The tv didnt work, only had german channels and wouldnt connect to the wifi. We told them about this on night one but they had done nothing by the 4th day. The wifi didnt work properly, there was no cleaning products and we were given a shoe shining sponge to wash up. Really not worth your money. Reception is never there

• Coen (5/5): - Positive facts are: good location (near to city center), quick response from staff in case of calling them or sending messages and the room is spacious. We agree with the review from family Wael from Switzerland. Our room was also not clean, dust was on the shelves near to the bed, there were even some black hairs found on the bed sheets just after arrival and the beddings didn't even smell fresh! Besides that, the safe was broken, cutlery not complete (no forks at all), a bathroom light not working. For elderly people: be sure you have a condition, because the place has no elevator and the stairs are steep! If the room was clean and cutlery complete, we would consider giving a 8+. So hopefully the staff picks this issue up seriously in order to be fair with regards to the amount you have to pay for booking one of those suites.

• Yulia (5/5): - Я забыла под подушкой AirPods и когда вернулась через 2.5 часа написала хозяину квартиры они сказали что спросят в парня который убирал квартиру но конечно он ничего не нашел.было ужасно не приятно мы остановились в этих апартаментах на неделю и ожидала человеческого понимание ,нам понравились апартаменты и наушники стоят меньше чем 2 ночи там .проверяйте людей которых берете на работу

• Katalin (9/5): - Super hübsches, geräumiges Suit. Sehr bequemes Bett. Küchenzeile gut ausgestatten. Check-in usw funktionierte super. Die Dusche floss nicht gut ab, nach 2 minuten musste man das Wasser abdrehen sonst wäre sie überlaufen. Wlan ist ohne Internet.

Мне нужно было доделать работу и было неприятно узнать по прибытию, что интернета нет и уже 19:00 и в коворкинг не пойдешь. Также в номере присутствуют неочень приятный запах.

• Evelien (8/5): Echt een aanrader! - De locatie was perfect, een paar straatjes vanaf de koningsallee, waar de kerstmarkt is. Het appartement was heel netjes en hygiënisch. We kregen heel snel contact met het personeel. Er was aangegeven dat er een oven was, maar dit bleek een magnetron te zijn. Bij Booking stond dat je tot 11 kon uitchecken, maar in het appartement wordt aangegeven dat dit 10 uur is.

• Alfonso (9/5): Soggiorno impeccabile nel cuore di Düsseldorf - Tutto è stato perfetto. La suite era spaziosa, elegantemente arredata e dotata di ogni comfort, compreso un angolo cottura ben attrezzato. La posizione è centralissima, ideale per esplorare la città a piedi. Pulizia impeccabile, ambiente silenzioso e attenzione ai dettagli: davvero una sistemazione di alto livello. Se proprio devo trovare un piccolo difetto, la struttura si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore, quindi ci sono diverse scale da salire. Nulla di grave, ma può essere scomodo con bagagli pesanti o per chi ha difficoltà motorie.

• Andy (8/5): Kann man machen - Die Größe des Appartement war super. Betten waren bequem. Check In ohne Probleme. Telefonisch immer jemand zu erreichen. Die Vorhänge hingen nicht mehr richtig fest,so dass man nicht das ganze Fenster blickdicht machen konnte. Für so ein großes Appartement ist eine Toilette zu wenig. Wir waren mit 5 Leuten dort und dafür wäre eine zweite Toilette super.
• Eefje (5/5): Goede locaties, maar kan wel wat upgrades gebruiken… - Fijne locatie, vanuit hier ben je binnen 15 minuten lopen op de kerstmarkt. Er zat bloed op de lakens, deurklink van de badkamer viel er af, twee slaapkamers hebben geen deur en de gordijnen verduisteren niet. ook zijn er maar 4 eetkamerstoelen terwijl het appartment voor 5 personen te boeken is. Ik zou heel wat upgrades voor dit appartement kunnen bedenken…
