The villa and pool offered a fantastic view of the jungle. Every morning, they carefully prepared breakfast for us and tidied up the living room and bedrooms. The villa has all the amenities: hot water, air conditioning, internet and TV, security, parking, and convenient access. The staff is ready to help with any questions. You can also fully relax without leaving the place by ordering massages and spa treatments from true professionals. We will definitely come back again! -

• Nadine (9/5): Une parenthèse magique dans la jungle ! - Un endroit merveilleux niché dans la jungle ! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à la Villa Umah Shanti : paisible, relaxant et vraiment très confortable. Depuis chaque chambre, on a une vue magnifique sur la jungle et le son de la rivière qui coule en bas. Le lieu, la décoration, la vue (quelle vue !), tout est magnifique. Et la piscine est assez grande pour l'emplacement et offre encore une vue imprenable sur la jungle ! Un merci spécial à Rasna pour sa gentillesse, son professionnel et sa disponibilité. Le seul point à noter est que les chambres ne sont pas sur le même niveau/ à côté et qu'il y a beaucoup d'escaliers raides pour monter et descendre sur la propriété entre les chambres, le salon et la sortie. Aussi, il est préférable d'avoir un scooter pour etre mobile et se rendre au centre-ville d'Ubud, car le trajet dure 20 minutes en voiture. Nous n'en avions pas, mais Rasna a été très gentil et il nous a amené et récupéré tous les jours. Nous sommes vraiment ravies de notre séjour et recommandons chaleureusement la villa Umah Shanti ! Honnêtement rien, c’est un endroit exceptionnel
• Randy (9/5): Het uitzicht, het zwembad, de rustgevende natuur en het toegewijde personeel zorgden voor totale ontspanning. - Het uitzicht, het zwembad, het geluid van de natuur en het personeel die tot het uiterste gaan om een fijn verblijf te garanderen hebben ervoor gezorgd dat wij oprecht tot rust zijn gekomen op deze locatie. De bezienswaardigheden van Ubud zijn op ca. 30min. afstand te bereiken met scooter en auto. De villa is relatief afgelegen: voorzieningen zijn niet op loopafstand te bereiken.

• Alizé (9/5): Entre copine séjour top ! - La villa est jolie. Le living room est beau avec une superbe vue. J’avais la chambre avec salon, chambre spacieuse. Ma pote avait la chambre sur la piscine elle était ravie. Le petit dej est top. Le service Niquel. L’emplacement est plus compliqué assez isolé ! On nous a conseillé un pack massage de 3h avec massage, bain, et pédicure Le massages était bien mais nous étions frigorifiées Le bain était dans de l’eau froide car pas géré le temps de remplissage de la baignoire. Et la pédicure était pas bonne. Je regrette d’avoir payé ce service.

Команда виллы тоже на первый взгляд отличная) - в одной вилле не было горячей воды - и это так и не исправили. В целом нам уже было все равно, потому что на вилле преимущественно только ночевали - из закрытого сейфа у нас украли 500 долларов. Персонал виллы в целом просто сказал, что никто на территорию не заходил, камеры возле самого сейфа нет в принципе. Эта ситуация капитально испортила отдых, потому что это была наша первая локация. Остаток отдыха приходится экономить. Рекомендуем не оставлять ценные вещи в сейфбоксах.
• odile (8/5): Pleasant stay - The staff were very kind and welcoming, which made our stay pleasant. The property consists of three villas and a separate living room with a nice view of the jungle. For breakfast, you can choose between two options: American (toasted bread with jam, eggs, fruits, smoothie) or Indonesian (fried rice, noodles, smoothie, fruit etc.). The villas were spacious, with comfortable beds, and the rooms were cleaned daily. They also offered the option of arranging a private driver to take us around Ubud, which was convenient. The bathrooms were large as well, though the windows are not covered with glass. This might feel a little uncomfortable for those worried about insects or animals, but we personally had no issues. Even those in our group who were a bit uneasy ended up sleeping fine. The hot water worked, though it wasn’t always completely stable, but it was bearable. Some people in our group found the open window in the bathroom a little to much for their comfort. So maybe I recommend install some sliding windows or something to give them the choice to let the bathroom open or close. But this is our personal opinion, we were happy about our stay!!

People with - The property is beautiful and literally in a jungle and very close to nature. The staff, Budhi & team was amazing and did their best to make us comfortable. It doesn’t say anywhere that these are 3 different rooms with steep stairways and people with accessibility issues shouldn’t consider it. It was a task for my parents who are 70+ and my sister who has an infant. We booked thinking it’s a 3 bedroom villa and we all will be staying at one place

Tout est très très propre et le personnel au petit soin. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, des jus de fruits frais et des oeufs cuisinés à la demande. Derek nous a conduit pendant ces 4 journées et il est très attentionné. C’était parfait! Le diner le premier soir n’était pas incroyable.

Cadre dépaysant au milieu de la jungle, personnelle la pour chaque questions et situations à n’importe quelle heure, budi est spécialement à l’écoute et disponible pour chacune de nos requêtes. Juste un peu difficile de trouver la bonne température des douches et baignoire mais rien de grave 😅

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful villa in stunning location. A little bit long to get into Ubud (but to be honest, we didn't want to spend much time on Ubud, though, so was all fine) :)
• Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional - This property has 3 different villas that are all yours. There are stairs that connect all the areas, just a heads up! The breakfast was amazing and the staff are so friendly. They helped us with anything we needed! The property is secluded and very peaceful but you will need a driver or bike to get places.
• Konstadinos (8/5): Great value for money villas in the jungle - The property is basically a group of three separate villas/bedrooms, with a separate living room and kitchen area as well as an external pool. The villas are great value of money, the staff are very polite (particularly shout to Rasna), and by being located in the jungle, the scenery is amazing. There was also free breakfast There are a few minor things that could be done to further elevate the villas. The property is a bit old and you can tell, e.g. the mosquito net covering the beds had blood stains, the pool cushions were also dirty. These could easily be changed to new. While the jungle location is great to unwind, Ubud's crazy traffic may mean that you need >40min to reach downtown on rush hours. Final thing, though the free breakfast was really tasty and nice (fruits + eggs), there could be a bit more variety.

• Mahesh (10/5): Exceptional - The facility is good. Separate kitchen available with lots of cutlery 2 refrigerators. Nice valley view. Swimming pool with valley view. Open to nature hot tub. Staff are friendly, welcoming and supportive. Location is perfect for those who want to stay away from city traffic. Nothing.
• Linh (10/5): Great place to stay, highly recommend. - This place was amazing. It was not too far from center Ubud. Far enough from the main roads, where all you hear is the birds, crickets, and the cicadas. The service was exceptional. Rasna was the main person we contact for help. We were there during a big ceremony day where every restaurant was closed in the area. Even when we tried using Grab Food, no one was taking our order. Then comes Rasna who saved us! He picked up food for us, and even dropped it off on his way back home. The place is a little older, but it wasn't terrible. Humidity is pretty high there, so your towels and dirty clothes don't get dry when it's hung. They get stinky fast.

• Esther (8/5): Overall nice villa for those who loves nature - The manager and staff are all super nice and helpful. It’s very clean given the fact that it’s located inside a jungle. They tried their best to help with the issues we had and resolve it. To be fair to the property, it’s a good villa despite the fact that it’s deep within the jungle. We didn’t know that the living and 2 bedrooms are all scattered in the property. It’s not within one villa itself and this is not suitable for us. For couples who enjoys privacy and space, it’s a good place to stay. Lots of frogs and it’s irritating for us as the frogs went into the toilet bowls despite us closing the doors daily and yet it managed to come in through the open concept bathroom maybe. Mosquitoes are plenty too! We had to climb the stairs up and down whenever we go to each others room and even to the living room. It’s a steep climb as the villa is located in a jungle. And at night with those small animals like frogs and lizards… it’s kind of irritating. I think overall the villa is nice for those who really love nature and likes to stay with open concept. We didn’t like it and the booking.com website when booking didn’t mention all these. The booking.com site should mention that’s it’s all separated and not in 1 villa where by living and bedrooms are joining. It’s not. This is very misleading and hence my low rating is directed to the website.
• Surina (10/5): Connected with the Nature in Ubud - The hotel was amazing, located in the beautiful place in between the mountains, stunning view from the room covered with the huge windows. If u like being close to the nature, this the perfect place … we loved everything, the view, the room, the pool, the living room was huge. The staff was so kind and attentive and very professional. Thanks to Rana 🐸 hotel manager, for making our stay memorable arranging everything perfectly through out of our stay. He took took a good care of us. The breakfast every morning was so delicious. Staff, Rizka, Chandra and Arin were very kind and helpful as well. Thank u very much and we will be back very soon again 🇮🇩❤️🤍 Only one small thing, that hot water wasn’t stable

• Anton (10/5): Excellent experience! Best value for money in the island! - The location. It's such a powerful place on the top of hill where you can hear the river, birds, see the trees and the beauty of the valley. Very spacious rooms with the beautiful furniture. I'd probably recommend the staff to spend less time in the kitchen which is located in the living room to give guests more privacy. But generally the staff is very nice.
