Since the room was nice it wasn't a big problem. But for someone it might be not so comfort.

I was also attending a concert at the O2 Empire. Plenty of choices for food and shopping nearby. Nothing I didn’t like.

Amazing value for money and staff were very kind, friendly and attentive, really lovely people. The air con in the room was great for cooling the room down and there was great facilities in the room. Next time I would like a room with more of a window but this wasn’t an issue for me this time as the air con was great.

We wanted to change the room and the day after they changed our room from a double bedroom without windows to one with windows on Sheperd Bush market. They understood our request and changed the room. Additionally, people around the hotel look friendly ;) Located in a very good position, close to metro in a multicultural area. We had a first room without window, the window was there, but covered from outside. We asked to change it and they prepared a different room for the last 2 nights.

Egy másik vonal is kb.6-8 perc sétával elérhető. A környéken mindenféle étkezési lehetőség, boltok és egy piac található. Maga a szállás nagyon tiszta, a berendezés új, a személyzet barátságos. A bookingon 4*-os, de attól nagyon messze van. Nagyon kicsi a szoba, de ha várost nézel csak az éjszakát töltöd ott. Az ablakunkat nem lehetett légmentesen becsukni.

- Nicola (7/5): It was a pleasant stay, perfect for a night. - It was a perfectly situated for the tube and westfields. The staff were very friendly especially the housekeeping lady. Air con in the room was a bonus. The window had blown in the room which let it down. Also when we came back in the evening the smell of drains in the room was strong but once we opened the window and sprayed deodorant it went.

Removal of limescale in the bathroom taps & shower. Deep clean of dust in room also behind furniture. Beds made with hospital folds, or just a little more care rather than stuffed under the mattress. Pillow covers washed to remove stains.

Despite verbally complaining and making my dissatisfaction known to reception no offer of compensation/refund was ever offered. In fact I was never contacted by the hotel …

- Rebecca (6/5): Clean but lacks security - It’s in a really good location and was very clean with good facilities in the room There was a lot of noise from other guests. The people staying in the room opposite were so loud I had to ask them twice to be quiet. What was worse was they brought men back to their room who weren’t guests and this went unchallenged by hotel staff. As a solo female guest I did not feel very safe.

- Hugh (8/5): Perfect budget solo work stopover accommodation - Great spot, friendly helpful staff, very comfortable bed, just the ticket for a budget work night stopover Always a struggle shaving in small hotel room sinks... a plug would have been helpful, but to be honest not really a big deal

- Tania (8/5): - Great location for where I was visiting. the room was clean and quiet. only dealt with the staff at reception and they were friendly and professional There was no natural light in the room the window wasn't a window so it was quite alarming to wake up in the pitch black. Trying to get ready for a night out was difficult as the lighting in the room wasn't bright enough to see well to apply your makeup

- Luciana (3/5): No deben engañar a los clientes diciendo hotel 4 estrellas, porque no como mucho sería 2 estrellas - La atención de recepción para solucionar problemas como el cambio de toallas y almohadas Toallas deshilachadas y con agujeros y sábanas rotas , almohada por dentro daba horror. No tiene ascensor solo escalera empinadas y moqueta no renovada , Está Ubicado en una calle que justo para entrar en el hotel hay que pasar por la tarde y noche por grupos de gente fumando dr0dras . Los colchones muy viejos
