Kæmpetv foran fjernsynet som man gik ind i hele tiden og ikke kunne flytte da det var sat fast i gulvet. Og så var morgenmaden virkelig ringe. Dårlige råvarer; røræg fra flaske der ikke smagte godt, brændt bacon, dårlig kaffe, ingen varm kakao til ungerne, rådne frugter i frugtkurven, og personale der blev irriteret når man venligt spurgte om fx madvare der ikke var der, et æggebæger eller en ren kop.

- Patrice (8/5): Je suis dans l'ensemble très satisfait de mon séjour. - Personnel serviable et souriant, à la réception comme au petit-déjeuner. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, varié et de qualité. La chambre est spacieuse et éclairée, avec un équipement très complet (kitchenette, vaisselle, etc.). La localisation dans Lund est idéale. La chambre et la salle d'eau sont globalement propres, mais l'aspirateur pourrait être passé plus à fond (poussières sous les lits).

- Antonia (9/5): Sehr gut, zentral und ruhig. Gerne wieder - Die Zimmer waren sauber , hell und ruhig. Wir haben sehr gut in den Betten geschlafen. Das Badezimmer war überraschend groß und gut ausgestattet mit shampoo und Co. Großer Spiegel und Föhn. Das Frühstücksbüffet war reichlich und vielseitig, es wurde nachgelegt sobald etwas leer wurde. Das Personal war aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war nicht so schön. Wir schauten in den Innenhof. Ich persönlich mag keine weißen Handtücher.

- Georgia O. (2/5): Extremely disappointed - Location was great, city center. Cleaning was good , decoration and common areas were great. Our studio, even if booked in advance, was located between the stair case, elevator, and cleaning storage. The noise every 15 minutes was horrible. We have recorded the noise. We booked a studio that on booking was described as "1 full bed" , and we were suprised the bed size was 140*200cm. Very tiny for 2 adults At the reception I told the lady "I don't think the 140*200cm bed is what I booked" and she replied "Yes it is" . Not even the minimum effort of offering a different option , even for an extra price. From a personal perspective we felt there was no empathy at all. I felt ill, it was New Years Eve, family was waiting for us, I did not feel like arguing for a 2 nights stay, and besides, after 18h there was no one at the reception desk This experience was uncomfortable and unacceptable for a 4 stars hotel . We feel misled.

Everything you might need is very close, bus stops, restaurants, cafés, shops, and the central station is only about a 10-minute walk away. The room is not luxurious, but it is very practical and comfortable. It has everything needed for a pleasant stay and was very clean. Daily housekeeping is provided, and towels and bed linen can be changed whenever you feel it’s necessary. Basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are included. If you need additional items like slippers, you can request them at the reception. Breakfast was good and sufficient, with a decent selection. We also had a late check-in, which was handled smoothly without any issues. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay.

- Sami (7/5): Nice hotel but way too pricey for what they offer - The breakfast was good and the staff in general nice. Also the location is very central. The room fullfilled basic cleanliness if you do not look too close and provided the basic facilities you would expect. The windows do not block sound, you can hear everything from the street and especially on the weekends people like to be very loud. The room was very sparsely decorated and thus not very comfy sadly. The kitchen missed an oven and disallowed to cook between 9pm and 7am (something that was not clear when booking!). Also coffee in room was just a water cooker with coffee powder. All in all it did not feel at all like a 4 star Hotel. In may opinion it was not worth the 180 € we payed per night, surrounding cities provide similar or far better experiences for just 80 - 94 € a night.
