Most hotels serve water daily(Hotel branded drinking water) we only got when we arrived for the rest of the days the was no water after room service.

Security was good There were no plates or cutlery in the room. We did not get a remote for the gate so needed to wait for the gate to be opened.

Valda (2/5): Terrible experience - Disappointing for a 4star. Limited breakfast options, simple things like, no fried or boiled or poached eggs, no filter coffee. Only one plug point in the room. Iron in room had no settings and I ended up scorching my garment. Noise was on another level from staff, and when asked to please quiet down a bit , was laughed at. The pics are nothing like the actual venue. Pool was green, so in scorching 30• weather you could not swim either. I would not stay again or recommend either.

Room 4 bed is broken balanced with a brick under the base. Dirty and smelly carpet. No TV remote in room 4. I had to pay additional fee to be moved from room4 to room 11 due to smelly carpet.

Anonymous (3/5): Poor - My stay at this guest house was disappointing, to say the least. Despite claiming to be a four-star accommodation, it barely reached a two-star standard. The bathrooms were a letdown, with masking tape poorly concealing issues around the taps, and the plumbing felt precarious. The worn-out sofa in my room was torn, adding to the overall shabbiness. The neglect extended to the property's exterior, evident in uncut grass and broken tiles. This place falls far short of the advertised quality, and I would not recommend it for a comfortable or enjoyable stay.
